Hi,
I am an owner of the HTC One (M7). Unfortunately the Hong Kong Variant 622 (Due to an eBay seller lying to me and telling me its the European one).
Anyway, I installed the unofficial Cyanogen Mod for it and it worked great, until I needed to get it back to stock and use an RUU, I flashed the European RUU and not knowing that the phone is the Hong Kong one the phone is now concequently bricked and there is no Hong Kong RUU to my knowledge after numerous hours of researching.
My phone now wont even fastboot and instead of reading fastboot usb, it reads fastboot ac? Might be a computer issue so I am yet to try it with another PC.
If someone could help me with this or can help me find an RUU (preferably an .exe version) I would be very happy.

I recently got my hands on a ascend p7 from china (I know I'm late to the party but I still would like to get this done). So I thought if it would be possible to install an international version (respective the european one). So I basicly want to have back the usual huawei bootsequence (it's now from a chinese mobile service) and would like to get rid of the chinese apps and get the play store back.
So what I found out so far
- unlock bootloader
- flash twrp
- (root)
but from here I have no real clue since there are some custom roms (unbloated ones) but I don't know if it can be flashed on a chinese device since all of them state it's only for L10 (some non chinese version I guess).
Can anyone give me a hint if it's possible to flash either a custom rom or get a european version for it?

I just orders a Red Magic 3 6 GB with 128GB internal and wanted to ask if there are any specific or special steps into rooting the device ?
The phone is via Ali Express with DHL and will arrive on 25 Jun and want to ROOT and TWRP on day one (i think it would be China ROM)
What are the current advice's ? (Update to latest Version before rooting and unlocking the bootloader?)

My phone originally had NE2213 global on it, i decided to switch to the EU version but i want to revert it to stock and lock the bootlaoder. The issue is the OnePlus are only releasing incrimental update zips for the global so I have no idea how to get it back to origianl firmware. There is no MSM tool or i would use that. Ill also say that it does not seem like OnePlus longer care for the community and its sad to see. I am running update A14
NE2213 is EU, not a global device. If you want it stock, that's the software you should be running.
That said, without an MSM Tool available, I would just leave the bootloader unlocked. If anything goes wrong, you have a brick otherwise.
when i got the device it literally said global rom everywhere and looking online there is a global for the NE2213 as well as EU. my phone literally came with a US charger and the 65W charger which is not EU

if it helps at all the SN is b90846ac, sku is 50111019848
This Is just a sugestion..
Try a rollback EU rom with Lokal Ugrade.apk.
