Question Frame drops while playing local videos in third party apps (MX player, VLC) - Realme X7 Max 5G

There are frame drops while playing a locally stored video in third-party applications like Mx player & Vlc. Weirdly there is smooth playback in the system's video player.
Is anyone else facing this problem?

Video Player?

Do we have a video player for android? Its disappointing that there is not ONE decent video player for the Android.
theres a default video player with the phone framework. if you have astro file explorer or similar, you find your video on your sdcard and it will play great in a default player. theres also meridian player. if you update to JacHeroski the HTC video player in that ROM is awesome!
with LukLuk you can stream movies online, i think it will play videos off your sdcard too. I havent tried playing anything off the sdcard yet though...
Cinema has a great interface, Meridian works well also (though one of the last updates it messed with my stock music player when I set it not to be the default for the headset buttons, and it's idea of random music playback is a joke - it makes a single shot randomly sorted playlist - instead of randomly selecting upon skipping tracks).. So, I am sticking with Cinema now.

Photos doesn't honor default video player

I've had a problem almost since the beginning where video shoot on the N6 plays back very jerky using the default video player in Photos. Never been able to figure out why, but changing the default player to MX or VLC fixes the playback issue... for a time. The problem is that at some point videos I click in Photos stop opening with MX player and go back to the default player. And the video gets jerky again. I have not been able to figure out how to force Photos to actually use the default video app. Any ideas? BTW, Photos doesn't let you "clear defaults" like other apps I don't think. At least that doesn't work for me.
Thanks.

Choppy video

I have been continually experiencing choppy video when playing streaming video (horse racing from twinspires) on the "movies" sony app or Mx player. A friend of mine has an iPhone 6 and the same video playback was flawless. Is this a known issue? Any known resolutions?

Video playback pixelized specially on youtube app and mi video player.

Does anyone encounter this issue? Pixelized video playback on youtube, I tried to lowered the resolution to 240, yet still happen to appear jagged video playback.
