Question Change Theme in V21 5G EU - Vivo V21 5G

Hello,
in Theme settings there is no "Download More" Button for me. I can only choose between 2 stock themes.
Is this a region issue? is there a workarround, maybe vpn?
I also like to change the icon shape, this button is also not present.

huawei p9 nougat beta themes

Hi guys. I'm on the nougat beta and something caused my lockscreen to lose the magazine unlock feature.
I'm trying to set it back to stock lockscreen but I am unable to.
I hear I'm supposed to do this in Themes but there is no option to set my lockscreen to default and I am also unable to download other themes.
Help please
Hi,
Since the UI in most built-in apps has changed from EMUI 4.1 to 5.0, everything's different from what you might be used to from EMUI 4.1.
At the top of the screen in the Themes app, there should be 4 tabs. If you select the rightmost one, you should see a list of themes installed on your phone. Floating at the bottom should be a pill-shaped toolbar with a single icon labelled "customize" or something similar. Tap it. On the next screen, there should be one large and three small images, which allow you to customize different parts of the current theme. The largest, at the top left, should be "lock screen style". If you tap it, you end up on a list of thumbnails of lock screen styles. Somewhere in the list there should be the "magazine unlock" style. Hope that helps.
Of course, this only applies if the Themes app is behaving properly. I've run into all kinds of problems with the app, on several different Huawei phones, where all of a sudden some functions or UI parts went missing. Usually, that was because of me getting something wrong when flashing new firmware versions. Did you end up with a C900 version (EVA-L??C900B???) after flashing? Has it worked and just suddenly stopped working?
I see. Thanks for the detailed post! Something is actually weird with my themer app. I'll have to look at what's going on. I'll try a reboot.
Mine just says NRD90M test key. Could it be that the p9 nougat beta did not develop this part of the ROM?

Mate 20 themes - icon not changing

Heya,
I found some really cool themes but i'm having trouble changing the text message icon, even if he is there in the icon pack. For some reason almost all themes dont apply this icon that stays with the stupid blue color ruining the theme! It's annoying as hell! Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
I've been having troubles with all themes I've tried to apply with EMUI 8.2 (only Mate20 Lite)
I don't know if it's my phone's problem or it is a problem of compatibility with this exactly version.

Dark Theme for Emui 9 after upgrade to Pie?

Hi, was anyone able to find a dark/black theme for working fully with Emui9 after Pie upgrade?
My findings:
Dark EMUI 9 Theme (Best for Non-pro Huawei Phones: so far the best one I found: the dialer is in white, but rest of relevant apps and settings in black/grey without any bugs.
Generaly there is load of themes partially, not fully working. (in my opinion those are themes originally developed for Emui8 whose creators claimed compatibility with Emui9 without proper testing)
Mostly, the problem occures in certain menu's when user's interaction needed. In numerous menus, the text and background are same color, making text unreadable. You can overlook it during fastcheck,but its very anoying in tons of everyday situations.
How to test it: Choose settings> Home screen and Wallpapers> Wallpaper and choose anyone. Confirm it. Dialogue with choice whether you want to set it on Lockscreen, Homescreen or Both. If this dialoque is normaly visible, theme should be OK. In most cases of problematic dark themes, the dialogue shows in combination white text/white background.
List of tested and not properly working themes (update 19/01/19)
Deep Black Emui theme: Tested v 1.5, not working properly
Dark EMUI 9 Theme for Huawei/Honor: bought, not working properly, returned with refund.
Dark EMUI Theme for EMUI 5/8: not working properly
Moutain Dark Theme: not working properly
Problematic themes from Theme Manager from Huawei
- Samsung One Dark UI: bit confusingly reccomended as working in this topic here on XDA
- Windows 10 Home
- Nightlike
No fully black themes yet sadly, an the theme there has a nasty notification shade slider icon, looks straight out of 2011 ice cream sandwhich 4.0.
Im not upgrading to EMUI 9 until a decent theme comes up.
Maybe you can try this..
"Dark EMUI 9 Theme for Huawei/Honor"
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-20/themes/deep-black-emui-9-theme-t3877187
:good: try this one
iaureeel: I have bought it and it is not working
2WildFirE: you are refering to the same theme as I did in first post. It has problems with dialogues, that are shown with same color of text and background. (e.g. if you connect phone to the PC, you cannot choose charging/copy mode, and many other similar situation).
So far, this is the theme I sound so far best - it has dialer in white, but rest is in black and working.

Yes, I've just seen this. I was too enthusiast
Did some more testing on promising themes, so far no luck.
Added to the first post.
I know it's not a theme per se, but I had the same "problem" when updating to EMUI9 (notification panel and navigation when keyboard is displayed were white). I found there is an option in "Settings > Battery" called "Darken user interface" or something like that, that turns everything dark, even the dialer.
There is no such option... Screenshot?
It's under Battery > the last setting before "more battery settings".

That's very interesting... I don't have this option and my version is 9.0.0.162 What is yours?
Ps) You don't have Honor View10 do you?
I don't have that option, and I'm on B178. What region is your phone for? Is it L09 C432?

My Honor View 10 is the BKL-L09 C432 version and I don't have that option in my phone. I'm on 9.0.0.178 patch 01 at the moment.
This version is working on my honor lite 9, but its not black, notification is still white !

Share MIUI 11 Home Screen (Weather Widget)

As you can mix and match themes to get the best result. MIUI 11 themes availability are region dependent. This means changing region can unlock themes for that region. Good news is once you download a theme changing region will not remove it.
Share here Homescreen screenshot. [mention region for theme]
To apply a specific weather widget (without changing anything else)
=> Open theme app.
=> My Page
=> Select a theme
=>check "homescreen", uncheck all others
=> apply
HTC style widget
Theme "Dark RUS" by Zlyden

Htc Syle Black Color with seconds animation

Totally confused and really need some help
Hi there,
So, I came across this thread because I was looking for the way to get a certain feature on my Redmi Note 8. On several models of Android phones, I have seen that people get real live weather conditions on their lock screen or home screen. So, for example, when it's raining, it shows actual rain falling down. When it's thundering and lightning out, it shows lightning flashes on the screen.
Does anyone have any idea how I can get this feature on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 8?
I would be so forever grateful if anyone could pass on what they know. Thanks so much.
I love simple homescreen.

through a live wallpaper from the play store perhaps, there isnt any built in feature for that in the Note 8.
if you search about there should be some threads on workarounds to apply the live wallpaper on the MIUI lock screen too afaik.

Fonts in the Themes-app is sort of available for 12.0.2..0 QFKMIXM set to Sweden/EU

Since I am on the global rom 12.0.2..0 QFKMIXM and set to the Swedish/EU region I never had the option to change the font via the Theme app, but then something happened... While searching for a stock Android theme in the official Themes app on the phone i noticed something nice, the app suddenly gave me the option to download some fonts. Searching for the word "Font" gave me some more options to download.
So while we can't browse the Fonts in Sweden/EU as some other regions it seems like we at least can search for them for now. However, to be able to remove and change among the fonts you have downloaded we still have to switch region to for example India to enable the Font-button in the Theme app.
Now what I am wondering is if this bug/feature exists in other regions/roms where it was not available before?
