Mi 9t pro screen broken - Redmi K20 Pro / Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro Questions & Answe

Hi all, i have a mi 9t pro with broken screen. Before to order replacement i want to now if it works: when i connect it to a powerbank it seems to charge but i have no idea if the phone works. Is there a way to see if the phone works before to replace the screen?

Let the battery die. Then plug in a charger, press the power button and see if it vibrates. If yes then your motherboard is good.

Phone doesn't turn on anymore, hardware problem? [Xiaomi Redmi 4x]

Hello everyone,
I had a few problems with a phone and I'd like to hear a few opinions from you guys.
I bought a Redmi 4x online, out of the box it worked fine without any noticeable problems. I tried charging it with my computer and with a wall connector, everything was fine.
Then I let it charge overnight on the wall charger (phone was still on when I went to bed) and in the morning it was dead.
No more charging led, no signs of life while pressing the power button.
It was off the charger for a whole day after that, and when I tried booting it up, it was fine for a second, showing the boot logo, then it died again, this time showing a blue screen.
From that time, it never powered on again, and it still doesn't show any charging led.
What is funny though is that once I hook it up to my power bank, it clearly shows that it's drawing power.
I thought it could be a rom issue, problem is once I connect it to my computer, it doesn't show up in any tool I tried (xiaomi mi flasher) neither in device management in windows.
I opened it up and now it is sitting for a while with the battery disconnected, but I don't have any idea on how I could further diagnose it to find a way to fix it.
Should I just let it go or is there anything that I could try in your opinion?
Thank you for advices!
you can try going into fastboot/recovery and then assess your options depending on the outcome.

My desk looks exactly like yours so, lol. But I have an ideia, let the Mi 8 fully discharge, let it in fastboot screen for example. Make sure its fully discharged, try to power on to verify.
I think the deep flash cable work for Mi 8 if battery is unplugged, so what I mean is to cause this situation. When battery is fully discharged, it don't enter on charging screen, it take a while to power on. Maybe in this state (cable plugged, not charging sceeen), the deep flash cable can work.
My Mi 8 is still discharging...
Hey,
Any news on that solution ?
Thanks.
It works?

no charging , brick ?

Hello,
I have a xiaomi mi A2 that no longer charges, the screen lights up, but the battery no longer charges.
I wanted to order a charging card on Ali, but the card I received is not good.
On the picture we see that most of the components are missing.
Do you know where to find quality spare parts?
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
I have a Redmi 4A with RedFox as Recovery and Pixel Experience ROM randomly the phone turn off and then it won't turn on anymore with power button and won't charge neither.
Only way for it to came back to life is to disconnect the motherboard from the battery and to plug it back.
Then it turns on normally.
Any idea where it can came from?

Probably a dying motherboard. It happened to me twice before and the solution that worked for me was to charge it via PC/laptop and wait a few hours.
OK, thanks I will try but it seems it won't last long.
