Any camera port available with portrait mode for Redmi 4a without unlocking bootloader?

I dont know how to install gcam for redmi 4x(miui 11). I used to have it at miui 10 but know it isnt working. My phone is rooted- i used magisk.

Thanks to Wyroczen I'm using Mi 9 Lite buffer fix and now Gcam is stable and shoots as fast as stock cam
but 48mpx option would be very cool to have because I bought the device for it ( I didn't know about pixel binning back then)
I know that the camera is actually 12mpx but devices like Mi 9 and Mi 9t got 48mpx mods so I'm asking
Can I use Mi 9 module for Mi 9 lite android 10 as they both have the same sensor ?
Is there any developer working on 48mpx module for mi 9 lite android 10 ?
Also is it possible to have 32mpx module for selfie cam ?

Gcam can't shoot at 48mpx but mods can enable it , there are mods for mi 9 , mi 9t and mi k20 pro but unfortunately no mod for mi 9 lite i like mi 9 lite cameras , 48mpx and 32mpx mod would be great to enable full potential of the cameras
