KTweak -- Nord N10 5g - OnePlus Nord N10 5G ROMs, Kernels, Recoveries, & O

Hey there everyone! So since rooting my N10 I've noticed some decreased battery efficiency. In hopes to recover and possibly increase it I've taking the KTweak for the google pixel 4 series and adapted it for the N10. While using the script running on boot with EX Kernel Manager I've gotten some really amazing battery life increases as well as some CPU Governor improvements. Now the magisk module is available and universal I've included it but I personally didn't notice many usage improvements or otherwise. Let me know how they work for you.
files can also be found, as well as a debloat module that can enable bootloader unlocking & rooting without a carrier unlock required : KTweak & Debloat Unlocker
unzip the tweak & use it with EX kernel manager or Franco to run on boot as script.

Try using termux. Available in F-Droid, the play Store version no longer gets updates.

the easiest way to have it run reliably on each boot is EX Kernel Manager. Like so.

Updated Battery & CPU usage almost a month in:

The ads are crunched into the app you're using.
Not the kernel.

I don't know much about this subject. If I do it wrong, will my phone be bricked? Is the increase in screen time causing a decrease in performance?

Anyone else experiencing failures towards the end of the script?

Android One Custom Rom Reviews[Chroma Rom]

Hi Guys this Is Joel back with another review of Chroma Rom.
The Rom is based on Android 6.0.1 Android security patch Feb1,2016 with build no. MMB29U
So the Rom is very good in everything except some but first lets see what we got in this rom
Users get stock android experience and some special features included in the special settings named as 'Chroma'
there is no lags no system errors in his rom and it comes with very less apps in this rom users get about 2.2GB internal storage to use.
I have around 54 apps and still i got 407MB storage free.but the only thing which is bad is the battery yes i kinda feel that the software is enhanced but not the battery. After using the battery i feel the experience the stock android 6.0 battery which didnt even lasts for half a day the same is the condition here but there is a solution in which the battery life can be expanded and that is using root.
Solution=U have to root your device [the link will be in the description] and install 3 things 1.Kernal Auditor. 2.Thunderzap Control.
3. Install Thunderzap 5.1 Kernal. After installing the things simply open the kernal auditor and enable 1,2,3, CPU cores and disable the fourth one and set CPU governer into powersave mode thats it reboot the device:good:
Talking about RAM there is no issue i get 540MB free RAM after moderate usage and multitasking works very well.
Thats it guys there is no other bug in the Rom and i recommend u to use this rom for ur daily usage.
small video review will be given so plz dont forget to check it out.Hit the thanks button if u like it. Thank You

Try it and decide, L Speed also have aggressive doze, but you can use both
Ok, I've been using L Speed for more than a week. I'm on Dark ROM, which is based on CAF version of LineageOS.
I selected battery profiles for everything (including IO and LNET) in Profiles screen. I didn't tweak any individual parameters. I don't notice any change in battery life or performance of my phone, but I actually haven't benchmarked.
Am I doing it wrong?
the blu_plug doesnt work.
controlling other hotplugs and cpu governors could be very nice.
i'm running dirty unicorns (latest weekly) + lastest L-speed beta

I've been using my Mi 9 for a month. It's just great, everything work like a charm, smoothly, like butter. But I've been experiencing some battery issues for 2 or 3 days. "Android" and "Android OS" are draining my battery, (approx. 50 percent total) I can feel, my device is heating up. Can you tell me, how can I solve this problem, can you help me please? Thank you so much, really appreciated.
Are you on stock rom? My device was a bit warmer when I was on stockrom at least. Now I'm on Revolution OS (+ I debloated that additionally) and everything seems fine (using it since ~1 month as well). I can't put my finger on that problem but I ran into something similar as well!
I would try debloating your device or switch your rom (Go with xiaomi.eu or Revolution OS). I hope that helped!

Im on xiaomi.eu witch magisk
Thank you for your answer. BTW, I forgot to mention my software version, MIUI 10.2.3.0. Is there any method to solve this problem, I'm new at Android and flashing ROMs.
I'm thinking of that, maybe, I experienced that problem because of installing an app, or something.

Try holding down the volume up and power buttons at the same time so your phone boots into recovery. I'm pretty sure the stock recovery had a wipe system cache option. If it does wipe the system cache, boot back into the system and see if there is any improvement.
You could also try using the built in cleaner in the security app. Since it's a system app the built in cleaner can clean app cache and various other things that a cleaner downloaded from the Play Store could not without having root access. Just make sure you look at what it's cleaning before you do it or the cleaner might delete something you actually want to keep like media artwork.
You could also download an app like Better Battery Stats from the Play Store. Without root access you will need to follow the instructions showing how to give the app elevated privileges via ADB (they provide step-by-step instructions that should be easy to follow). BBS might be able to show you if a specific app is causing your problem.

Can someone share the modified Xiaomi.eu-APK, so I can test it via ADB Sideload?
I asked xiaomi support and this is their response
We at Xiaomi value your trust and we apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured that we'll assist you on this.
To ensure our users have smooth system operation and the best using experience on MIUI12, this feature/function is not supported due to SoC (System-on-a-Chip) and RAM.
However, we will record the case and forward it to our concerned authorities. Also, I would request you to submit your demand through Feedback & Suggestion (Settings >> Feedback & Suggestion), and wait for the future update.

General MIUI 13 (when paired with a custom kernel and a couple of tweaks) is a very smooth experience.

I've been using an android 12 custom ROM for 2 months (derpfest), but sadly the developer stopped maintaining the ROM. There were many issues in that ROM, so I decided to give MIUI 13 a chance.
In the first 8 hours, there was a lot of stuttering and bugs, but after some reboots and time, it was smooth. However, MIUI without a custom kernel and tweaks is just a stuttering dumpster fire.
I've had the same amount of bugs in MIUI and custom ROMs.
Vantom kernel (for MIUI version) removed most of the stutters and it was as smooth as a custom ROM. I also used a magisk module to make the experience even smoother (MemeUI enhancer).
Here's a list of tweaks that I recommend doing to make MIUI good:
Use Vantom kernel (link below)
Use MemeUI enhancer magisk module (optional) (link below)
To reduce flickering and 60hz problem in youtube and other apps, run the command "su -c settings put system min_refresh_rate 120.0" in termux or replace "su -c" with "adb shell" to run the command in your computer without root needed
To make it look better and add blur in recents, edit the value "devicelevellist" in the setedit app(download from the play store) to "v1:c3:g3" and restart the launcher (might add some stutter)
Nothing is perfect, so here is a list of pros and cons of using MIUI
Pros:
Good sound quality due to Dolby atmos
Full camera functionality
Very smooth (in some areas, its even smoother in MIUI than a custom ROM)
Looks better (in my opinion) than stock android 12
Good customizability with the themes app
Status bar and recents blur (can be turned off in developer settings if you wish)
Good gaming performance (when the battery is set to performance mode and game turbo on)
Many developers working on the ROM
Fast charging
Lower battery drain than some of the custom ROMs I've used
Cons:
Closed source
Ads (can be turned off)
/system is read only
Needs a magisk module to pass safetynet
Bloated on fresh installations
Long boot times
Requires tweaking to make the experience good
Some bullsh*t which needs to be turned off (some can't even be turned off)
No sound equalizer apps/dolby atmos in games
/data cannot even be mounted in custom recoveries yet due to android 12 (Any A12 ROM issue)
I recommend flashing MIUI in fastboot, since I've heard that people were having issues when flashing MIUI through a custom recovery.

Did his code get stolen or what? I know what that feels like. It sucks to be deleted from your own program by some ruthless thieves.
