You can flash your device using only the flash_all.bat without miui flasher tool. Just boot your phone to Fastboot mode, connect your phone using usb cable to your Computer/Laptop and launch the flash_all.bat and your phone will reboot automatically when the flashing is completed! If you get stuck into the MIUI Boot Logo, go to your recovery and clean the data..
I think it works because I've tried it several times and it works!
Download the official firmware from Here:

Hard brick never seen! Mia2 -> mi6x System has been destroyed

Hi. Well I speak Spanish and I used the Google translator.
Well here is my dilemma. I had my Mi A2 with Miui 10, root and twrp. I download from xiaomi.eu la rom 10.3.14 for Mi6x and the i try to falsh but i didn't delete the folder firmware update. (I do not know if it matters) when I power on the phone remains in boot loop. I did not have access to the recovery or twrp. (vol + + pwr) only to fastboot mode. The Mi Flash program error with the original rom of Mia2 (android one) and the rom mi6x (miui 10). And touching blocking the bootloader. From there I see "the system has been destroyed ...". from that moment I did everything. Test point edl and Mi flash recognize as COM# but the flash error. I tried with the screen in fastboot also skips error. flash rom Mi a2 and mi6x. I try directly from the .bat but close immediately. xiaomi my unlock does not work. I do not know what else to do. I have installed all the usb drivers and nothing. I try with 3 pc's. really the one with the solution is a God.
Have you tried flashing the ROM manually (not with Miflash) from fastboot?

thats because the fastboot is not in the same folder as the .bat, and you hast to flash hex v288 for wayne in order to 9.3.14 to boot.
I used Havoc rom
Connect phone to pc in fastboot
In cmd:
Fastboot -w
Fastboot set_active b
And boot twrp
Flash rom, flash twrp and switch partition to A

Help! Bad Convert MiA2 to Mi6X

Try to install MIUI 10 Pie in my MIA2, I did all the steps well, even delete the Firmware Update files from the file, but when you pass it to the cell phone to install, pass the original and not the edited one, so install MIUI10 with the folder Firmware Update, which does not allow me to return to Android One, nor does MiFlash work, the cell phone works with MIUI without problems, but all the custom roms do not work, any solution? Or have I lost all hope with the AntiRollBack?:crying:
Check Antiroolback
Turn your phone to fasboot mode

"Flash crclist error" in MI 9 cepheus
Hello, I deleted everything in my MI 9 cepheus, already tried with mi flash, with mi flash pro, with mi suite with xiaomi tools and I can not reset anything.
This happened after installing twrp with adb and within twrp do wipe cache / dalvik, the files were all coded and from there it was in fastboot mode and I can not do anything else.
In mi flash gives the error "Flash crclist error", and died ... peace to your soul :crying:

I had same thing happen to me. You need to force flash firmware. Another XDA member suggested to use miuiflashpro. And flash your phone's firmware back. Part of your phone's recovery has been erased I think. Choose keep data or flash all in settings an your cell will work again

Can you reflash twrp?
Then ADB sideload ROM?
Goto advanced twrp file manager and move ROM to internal storage?
Then flash ROM?

After all this was easier to solve than apparently it seemed. Just installed a new version of TWRP (3.3.1-34), the previous one although it indicated that it was nominated for the MI9, was not the best choice. After installing a new one, I uploaded the ROM(MIUI 10.5 by xiaomi.eu 9.6.20) to the root of the phone and installed it. It's all working again.

Can't flash MIUI in fastboot - phone reboots

I'm selling my Mi8 and want to replace PixelExperience with official MIUI.
Every time I connect the phone to the computer and click on refresh in MiFlash to detect the phone, the phone reboots.
I've tried a different USB port with no luck.
Does anyone have a suggestion?

There are some different possibilities to solve that. A very easy way is:
1. Remove all system's safety measures from the phone, boot the phone into bootloader (fastboot) and connect it to a PC
2. Via ADB/Fastboot boot the latest TWRP-recovery of Mauronofrio https://sourceforge.net/projects/mauronofrio-twrp/files/Dipper/ (it's not necessary to flash TWRP!)
3. Format data partition (not only wipe!)
4. Use TWRP to flash a clean MIUI 11 ROM from an USB-stick. For Global use the recovery-version at: https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/dipper/stable/V11.0.5.0.QEAMIXM/
That's all.
Another easy way would be using Xiaomi ADB/Fastboot Tools 7.0.3 https://github.com/Szaki/XiaomiADBFastbootTools/releases/tag/7.0.3

Question Cannot install any custom ROMs other than Pixel Experience

Hi,
I wanted to install DotOS on my Redmi Note 10 Pro, but flashing with TWRP wiped the entire storage (0mb left), which caused a bootloop/soft brick.
I thought it was a TWRP problem until I tried to sideload it via the commands, same problem.
I tried with the Pixel Experience recovery image, still the same problem.
When I look at the community, it seems that I'm the only one having this problem.
Please help, thanks.
Edit: I should also say that I have tried with LineageOS (unofficial port), xiaomi.eu and back to MIUI too, and it still have the same problem.

Writing super take some time (minute or 2) as it is combination of all partitions
Run MiFlash with administrator
have you try with different USB cable ?

dot os is MIUI based (vendor), you need to flash stock rom or firmware+vendor zip before/after the dot os and format data by typing yes
PE has oss vendor that's why it has no issues booting up
EDIT: Head to telegram group of RN10 Pro for better understanding of things

I had the same problem moving from PE+ based on OSS vendor, and I did this. Maybe you can use this for the future:
1. Copy the new ROM you wanted (MIUI vendor works too) to sdcard instead of internal.
2. In TWRP, Go to Wipe - Format Data. Type in 'yes'. This will lead to internal storage having 0mb.
3. Reboot to Recovery (Not system because that will reinstall PE+)
4. Then go to Install - Choose sdcard instead of internal and flash your new ROM zip.
I was able to go from PE+ (OSS vendor) to Xiaomi.eu (MIUI) without any issues.
