What works?
- Everything
BUGS??
- This is an initial alpha build for hardcore Android enthusiasts like myself, you might or MIGHT NOT see any bugs. But in my usage, I didn't notice any HUGE BUGS. Remember this is work in progress with no additional features only few changes and minor optimizations although you can daily drive it if you wish so, for others I would suggest waiting for much more stabler builds in the future.
- Note - SELinux is permissive

IMPORTANT NOTES -
Dynamic partitioned devices always had issues with the setup wizard, you can try both bit and flame (For Android 12 ofc) GApps and see what works best for you.
Pixel Experience/AOSP recovery was recommended because of recovery splash issues on Android12 roms. In my testing PE recovery was just fine.
Keep the latest fastboot ROM for your device ready at your disposal if something goes wrong.
Flash Kdrag0n's extensions module to experience monet ( WORTH IT).
If you still have some issues, reach me out and bunch of other helpful dudes on my Telegram group at https://t.me/BakedArrow.
Edit 1 - It has been found that some dual sim users are having issues regarding connectivity. To fix this, clean flash using bit gapps.

Thank you for your valuable input, I appreciate it.

I found that when I reboot directly, it can't enter system, screen always black.
but when I power off ,and then power up, all things work well.
And when I boot system from recovery, all things work well too.

Nice but not for me since Gapps built in. I think devs are underestimating the number of people trying to move away from Playservices these days.
Anyways, great effort! Would've been fantastic if it had a vanilla version for chaps like me to try but oh well.

For me, ColtOS have the Monet Engine, Sakura not. Basically ColtOS have better customizations than Project Sakura, but the performance should be the same. And about the battery life, I think Project Sakura slightly better.

Yeah, whenever I try to install an Android 12 based ROM data is encrypted and I don't have access to internal storage, the OS works but I just can't use TWRP

try using your pin or phone password if you set one
