You will need the platform-tools from the Android SDK on your computer. Download the platform-tools as per your operating system.
Windows users will need proper drivers installed on their computer. You can try the simple FWUL adb/fastboot ISO or the Naked ADB drivers or the Universal ADB drivers if you don't already have a working driver installed.
On your device, go into Settings -> About and find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable developer settings. Press back and go into Developer Options and enable USB debugging. From your computer, open a command prompt and type:
adb reboot bootloader
You should now be in fastboot mode.
Download the correct recovery file and copy the file into the same folder as your platform-tools. Rename the image to twrp.img and type:
fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.5.2.0-yarpiin-umi-A11_v2.img
fastboot reboot

Bootloop After Xiaomi EU 12--->12.5 Device not in ADB

Force restarting - boot-loop with Redmi logo
ADB on pc -
./adb works, shows commands
./adb devices List of Devices (None)
Widows devices - Android Driver is unavailable
Tried manually installing drivers from sources: Google, Snap Dragon
Nothing works please help
Actually managed to fix it all.
Things I did:
1. Using a USB-2.0 Dock Instead of USB-3
2.Installing correct drivers - I used ones from Xiaomi Boot Unlock\Drivers folder
3. That was all done to ensure my device connected to pc with ADB/FASTBOOT
4.Opening console by Shift-clicking in the folder of ADB/FASTBOOT
5. Download TWRP file for your device and place it into ADB/FASTBOOT folder
6. Type "./fastboot flash recovery (name of the twrp file).img"

How To Guide [GUIDE] Install TWRP (unofficial) for Mi 11/Pro/Ultra

This guide is written by Hoangsang and you can find it here https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/guide-install-twrp-for-mi-11-pro-ultra.61239/
Before starting the process, the bootloader must be unlocked and Install Xiaomi USB drivers
New update:
Instructions to install Xiaomi.EU rom for Mi11/Pro/Ultra via TWRP
1. Download minimal_adb_fastboot_v1.4.3_setup and install. Note to install it straight into the C drive. At this time, there will be a Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder in the C drive
Download link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qMeXu_DLkF1WlvRo__qy8ZNmm2WAmR3v/view?usp=drivesdk
Or shortened link: https://bit.ly/3oIeg1p
2. Download the TWRP file for Mi11/Pro/Ultra.
TWRP for MI11 venus
TWRP for MI11Pro/Ultra mars/star
(Or check here: https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=318170 )
3. Rename the downloaded file to twrp.img, copy the TWRP file to the Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder in drive C.
4. Download the Xiaomi.EU rom for your phone ( https://xiaomirom.com/en/rom/mi-11-pro-ultra-11-ultra-star-europe-fastboot-recovery-rom/ ) After downloading, copy the rom to the phone (should be in the root directory for easy finding later).
5. Put the phone into Fastboot mode (Power key + volume down key).
Run the file: "C:\Minimal ADB and Fastboot\cmd-here.exe"
Type the command: fastboot boot twrp.img
Tip => Use the TAB key to complete filenames in command prompt windows
Wait for the installation, the phone will automatically run into TWRP
6. On TWRP, Change the language of TWRP to English, by clicking the right button on TWRP and select English.. then OK.
7. Enter the device (phone) password and press Enter for TWRP to have access to the file.
(Note: You definitely need to format data once you change ROMs - i.e. when changing ROM versions like going from stable to weekly, from official to Xiaomi.EU.... For updating within the same ROM you don't need to do that.... Do the formatting right at this step )
Run the following command after formatting to copy the rom.
Code:
adb push rom.zip /sdcard
Note: Rom is copied to Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder in the C
8. Install TWRP recovery to phone by: Select "Advanced" and select "Onekey inject TWRP". (wait for the device to install). Next time you want to enter TWRP, just press the power key + volume up (volume up). [Option]
9. Install the rom by on TWRP, select Install -> find the rom file mentioned in section 4.
10. After the installation is complete, wait for the device to restart (it takes about 5 minutes).
Update: TWRP currently does not support the "update-package" command. So after updating you still have to manually select the downloaded zip file to install. So having TWRP saves the need for a computer, but it's not available for OTA yet
(The device will not lose data if you are using XiaomiEU rom with the same version (stable -> stable, dev->dev))
Why aren't you first install ROM from internal and then format data ... Then you have installed the (custom) ROM without pushing or other things and can find it easily. After flashing you still can format right?

Foolproof method to install roms, twrp + root.

*****Extra Steps Required for T-mobile variant for installing custom roms****
-I tried everything and couldnt get havoc os to install on my t-mobile variant. It would always end up in a bricked state. To get around this, you first need to convert it to international following this guide then follow steps below after you have kept updating it in system until there are no more updates available. https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/guide-how-to-convert-tmobile-op7-to-international.3935947/
Guide for installing custom rom over android 11
-unlock bootloader and enable usb debugging then connect phone- use this video on how to unlock bootloader but dont follow his other steps yet
-open up cmd in minimal adb and fastboot folder and type in adb devices and make sure phone shows up
-in cmd, type in "adb reboot bootloader"
-in cmd, type in "fastboot devices" and make sure phone shows up
-in cmd, type in fastboot boot "name of your twrp file"
It should boot into twrp. at this point, you should have your rom zip file in the internal storage
-install the custom rom.zip. In my case, i installed havoc 4.8. After thats done, go back to wipe and format data. For extra measures, go to wipe and advanced wipe and wipe dalvik cache, data and vendor then reboot.
-to get root, set up the phone and enable usb debugging again. Transfer magisk v23.0 to download. adb reboot bootloader and go into recovery if your rom has one(havoc has its own) or fastboot into twrp again and install magisk. At this point, you can also install twrp if you want. Follow the guide above to install the unofficial twrp.
Guide for installing TWRP and root on official android 11

-in cmd, type in "adb reboot bootloader"
-in cmd, type in "fastboot devices" and make sure phone shows up
-in cmd, type in fastboot boot "name of your twrp file"
It should boot into twrp. at this point, you should have magisk v23.0zip in your internal storage like in download folder if you want root
-go to advanced then flash current twrp
-then install magisk v23.0 and you're done

Root method for Oxygen OS 11.0.5.BE83BA with Magisk

Notice this will VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
I am not to blame for BRICKED DEVICE.
Do this at YOUR OWN RISK.
Things you need :
1: OnePlus Nord N100 - Oxygen OS 11.0.5.BE83BA

Step 2: Connect to the Computer with adb and fastboot installed
On Phone :

Do a check if the device is connected with:
adb devices
On phone :
Allow USB debugging
If nothing shows up on the phone or it says the phone is unauthorized reconnect the phone and try again.
On Computer :
Next we reboot the phone to bootloader with :
adb reboot bootloader
The phone will restart and you shall see a big START
Step 4: The Final Step Test & Install Root
Testing if everything works as expected eg Wifi, Bluetooth, Hotspot, Other stuff because these things broke for me once because I used the wrong version of boot.img.
Id still test them.
On Computer :
fastboot devices
If there is the same device as in Step 3 adb devices command all should be working expected.
Optional :
fastboot boot magisk...img Tip Use TAB to autocomplete in Command Prompt(Windows)
Next up test if all of the wireless stuff is working eg Wifi, Bluetooth, Hotspot, Other stuff
You can also open magisk to see if the device is Rooted.
Going back to bootloader is important for the next sub step("Flashing").
adb reboot bootloader
Flashing :
Did you boot the magisk...img?
If yes did everything work?
If not do not do this part!
fastboot flash boot magisk...img
fastboot reboot
Done!
Sorry for any typing mistakes if there is any.
If you have any questions ill be slow to respond if I even respond.
Sincerely Maxi

How To Guide Root and flash any GSI on Redmi 11 Prime 5G (light)

First things first. What you need:
Platform tools
MIUI 14 Beta Stable Stock ROM
Android OTA Extractor
Device updated to MIUI 14 Beta
Magisk app installed on the phone
Step 1
Extract MIUI 14 zip on your PC. Move payload.bin to Android OTA extractor folder.
Open terminal in the same folder.
Enter following command:
Android-ota-extractor.exe payload.bin
Let it extract.
Step 2
Root your phone via Magisk app.
Move the boot.img extracted from payload.bin to you phone's internal storage.
Open Magisk app.
Click install, select file and patch.
Once done, move your patched boot image to your PC and put it in platform-tools folder.
Reboot device into bootloader.
Open terminal in platform-tools folder.
Enter the following:
cmd
Press ENTER
fastboot flash boot patched_magisk_(press TAB to autocomplete).img
Let it finish. Reboot. Check if device is rooted.
Step 3
Download a GSI of your choice. I personally tested Pixel Experience Base/Plus and Evolution X by ponces. Extract and put the img file in platform-tools.
Reboot to fastboot.
Enter the following:
fastboot reboot fastboot
fastboot erase system
fastboot delete-logical-partition product_a
fastboot flash system yourgsiname.img
fastboot -w
If you want root just enter (you might actually need it, check footnotes)
fastboot reboot
If you don't, then flash the stock unpatched boot.img and reboot.
The process is done. Footnotes:
Set up the device offline. Go to phh treble settings. Select Misc.
Install ims package check both:
Request IMS
Force 4G Calling....
Reboot
Now continue setting up and logging in with your google account. SMS verification should work now.
The problems:
Incoming calls will go through on the callers side but won't pop up on your phone. Some say it might be fixed by using the Truecaller app as default phone app but I haven't tested.
Refresh rate is finicky. You need root for this. Do the following:
Download the Dfps magisk module. While you're at it download the Universal SafetyNet bypass module as well. Enable Zygisk in Magisk app and install both modules. Reboot. Should mostly be fixed now.
That's all folks.
