When connected the phone via USB on Windows computer :
USB debugging enabled and
OEM unlocking enabled and installed original Android or Oppo drivers for ADB interface :
And installed Minimal ADB and fastboot programs with drivers :
Enter the cmd to get feedback througth the ADB :
Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>adb devices
List of devices attached
3a8xxxxx device
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>adb reboot fastboot
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>
After sucessfull reboot pull out the USB connection to phone and after poweron reconnect the USB.
You should now be in Fastbootd Mode (Press English), that is how it should look :
And the USB connection should be Bootloader based :
Warning – QC USB drivers
Install Qualcomm DownLoader HS-USB Driver (QDLoader HS-USB Driver) before on the computer to get acess to QC DL mode :
Win+R type devmgmt.msc
Unplug the USB connection - Press and click the Ver 1.2 at bottom :
And go to download mode after pressing the OK And re-connecting the USB Cable !
After pressing OK and pre installing correct driver (x86 or x64 based) on your Windows computer pull the USB cable OUT and after poweron put the USB cable – connect to phone.
Or u can use adb command via connected USB ("adb reboot edl") to enter Emergency-download mode.
There should be a HS-USB QDL working connection on COM port specified – that is a so called EDL mode (Enhanced Download mode for QC).
It should be possible to flash via QFIL : You have after successfull avtoselection of the flash port approximately 10 s to do it … or it goes to normal boot … Or use QPST server to stop going out of the mode.
Or in the Bootloader interference when flashing throught Realme app :
(MUST HAVE UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER !)
For now only flashing original roms is available.
No unlocking of bootloader possible, no flashing of partialy partitions/blocks is possible.
No rooting also possible.
Flashing of updated firmware is also not possible if not listed as update !
Also guess flashing (previous version) of original roms.
All interesting files inside opf's are MD5 checked and Encrypted and pre-flash verified.
Opf's can be entracted using well known AES keys or use the python script (Oppo OFP MTK Decrypter (c) B. Kerler 2020)
Happy official re-flashing.
Hit the like button also !

Thank you for the summary - I've also got that far

On test phone I'm close to prepare the full non verified flash.
This could lead to option od flashing modded files without pre- flash MD check.
Will post update soon.
Fingers crossed

you're using the rom from http://www.frpbdteam.online/ gdpr version 41?

I tried to follow that guide and :
a) in step "go to download mode" : Unplug the USB connection - Press and click the Ver 1.2 at bottom :
I was stuck running QFIL and having no idea where to get "Programmer" and "build" files with black screen on my phone.
After some time I power the phone with volume up + power buttons combination.
b) in the optional step " Or in the Bootloader interference when flashing throught Realme app :"
I downloaded the RMX3081_11_A.42 ROM from : http://www.frpbdteam.online/ and when tried to flash it I ended up with an error "realme flash cannot find central directory"

Only the official msm and OTA ozip updates are possible for flash.
OTA updates :
Realme Updater
The best place to get Realme devices official stock ROM, firmware, and updates.
realmeupdater.com
Still cannot find any updates available for our phone. I have updated it from .28 to .41.
I'm also unsucessfull with downloading the available update to .42 and .43 witch are also optional to download.
Will try further ...
From the non-rooted phone I cannot download the downloaded update package from the internal storage from the update app because of the restriction - access is denied

Hello, Bootloader must be unlocked? And if the bootloader is not unlocked, is it some other flash method? I have a screen password locked on my phone. which I don't remember.

Frp unlock.

Please short instruction or link? My bootloader is lock. I can't enter edl mode and fastboot.
Edl mode turns on (Vol + and Vol- and power kable usb to laptop) for a few seconds and disconnects all the time. Realme flash cannot find the device.

As said currently only msm and modified msm-Qfil and supported dongle variants are available for only official flash.
Try with https://realmeflashfile.blogspot.com/ You will need to provide phone infos with PCB and will also cost you some $ and the process would be throught msm via remote application.
Hope the phone is yours BTW.
Wipe can be done also throught some bypass in security at initial setup app at start.

The phone is mine . I unlocked my phone using the site: https://realmeflashfile.blogspot.com/. Thank you.

The only way to flash for now is througth MSM tool - only.
Uses RCSM (Realme customer service) credentials.
Example : rcsm-in.realmeservice.com/#/login
Or throught OTP (Realme login tool) reseller credentials.

Regarding bootloader unlock, AVB, flash, root and regarding current specs this would be mission impossible.

Root mi5

Hi I've been trying to root this phone all day and I'm getting to the stage were this phone might fly out my window if i can get this sorted soon so I'm asking for some help with the issues I'm having i managed to unlock the phone i can boot into fast boot but i cant boot into twrp i have read numerous guides but I'm still stuck and Iv never really used command prompt either so I'm lost with that if anyone can talk me through this
Sent from my MI 5 using Tapatalk
Are you on miui MM or N?
I'm on miui global 8.2|stable 8.2.2.0 (naamieb)
Sent from my MI 5 using Tapatalk
I'm assuming you have usb debugging, adb drivers and all set up.
If you've set any password or pattern lock or PIN, remove it
Download this https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8rqkXJNwRqLa1JIY1B5TGpkN2M
Extract to your desktop
Download latest twrp 3.1.0-x . Link is available in another thread in this forum
Place the downloaded image on your phone's internal memory
Power off and enter fastboot mode. Connect to your PC
Open the folder you had extracted earlier. Rename the recovery image to twrp.img
Press shift+right click and open command window
Execute this code
fastboot devices (to make sure if phone is being detected properly.)
fastboot boot twrp.img
Now it will boot into the recovery. The recovery is in chinese by default. In the main screen, select the sixth option which is settings, then select the rightmost tab on the next screen and change the language.
Next install the latest twrp image you had placed on phone memory earlier, select "Recovery" and reboot. You will have installed twrp permanently.
Then flash supersu 2.79 and you're set
when I extract the files it dosent create a folder just the files I can just make the folder but what do I name it also theres no recovery image file

Just create a new folder on desktop and extract to it. The file named ZCX-TWR-3.0.2-X... Is the image file which you need to rename to "twrp"

You're having issue with copying files to your phone storage?
Reinstall the Xaiomi drivers
how do I reinstall the drivers, also when the phone is connected to the pc if I go to the phone it says portable media player and its empty inside.
and when I go to command prompt and type fastboot devices I get a code then fastboot and then I type fastboot boot twrp.img it says could not load twrp.img : no error
I can't get this working i done all in you guide i have downloaded the drivers but still can't get by the phase i posted above what do i do next
Sent from my MI 5 using Tapatalk
It's okay if it shows portable media player but if it's not showing any files inside it, you have a problem. Go to developer options > enable USB debugging and click Revoke USB authorisations. Device drivers install automatically when the device is connected but you can get them seperately as well, just search for mi 5 drivers and install them. Now connect to PC and see if you can access files on your device. If you can, proceed with the guide I've given
When you say device drivers install automatically when the device is connected do you mean they install to the PC
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
I have installed the drivers as far as I'm aware

Sent from my MI 5 using Tapatalk
download mi flash http://api.bbs.miui.com/url/MiFlash
install mi flash if you are on windows 8 or above, you need to disable driver singnature enforcement - how to? google it.
during mi flash installation some windows will pop up, just click install this driver anyway. after installation go to c: > xiaomiflash > source > thirdparty > google > android then shift + right click > open command window here. Power off your phone and boot into fastboot then connect to pc. On command window type fastboot devices if xxxxxxx fastboot or something show up on next line, you successfully install fastboot driver.
I have already done that and got f******9 fastboot
then I type fastboot boot twrp.img and I get
cannot load 'twrp.img' = no error
that's exactly what comes up in command prompt and that's as far as I can get also if I boot into recovery I get 3 options reboot, wipe or im assistant so twrp has not installed,
iv been at this for 3 days now and im not any further than I was back then
See if i factory reset my phone and start fresh would i loss my unlocked status

Try to install twrp, fastboot flash recovery xxx.img.
And if you want temporarily, fastboot boot recovery xxx.img.
If you are on miui, you must use zcx twrp or else it won't boot.
Good luck.
done as you say still no boot into twrp

I think something is wrong with your twrp.img. Try redownloading. Use latest twrp from twrp.me or zcx from afh.
fastboot flash recovery xxx.img, then disconnect the phone. Press and hold power+vol_up until you see mi logo.

Bricked Z2 pro

[Solved] After the last edit, I could go to fastboot and redo a "fastboot -i 0x2b4c boot twrp.img"
Hello,
I have a z2 pro, and i wanted to change the ROM on it. Since it came with a modified ROM, i flash a stock ROM. I then unlocked bootloader sucessfully.
I transfered the new ROM to the phone and did a
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
The phone booted with twrp correctly. I then did a wipe of system, cache and dalvik.
I tried to install the new ROM, but it prompted me the error "Unknown Command [log]". Having already installed a new ROM on another device, i remembered that disconnecting the usb cable or rebooting did the work, so i did both.
Now, the phone isn't recognized by my computer, so i can't redo the "fastboot flash", and when i go into recovery mode, it isn't TWRP that is loaded but this

How can i do to load TWRP again on the phone, or flash a ROM ?
I have shut down the phone and hold the power button, windows seems to recognize it as a cd drive. QFIL still doesn't change his status from "no port available"
Edit: After reinstalling QPST, qualcomm driver and usb driver, QFIL now detect this port "ShenQi HS-USB Diagnostics (COM4)" and if i check "Show Non QDLoader\DIAG Port" it also show "ShenQi HS-USB NMEA (COM7)" and "ShenQi test mode Interface (COM5)".
When i tried to do a download content, i got prompted the following error "Download Fail: Switch to EDL Fail".
When i run "adb devices" it show the phone under "? unauthorized"
Thanks
@maxorus When you power on phone you should have start menu for 5 sec. if your bootloader is unlocked . Just push vol - or vol + , then choose fastboot ( bootloader ) and confirm by power

I think you must delete your old drivers from PC and install news.
Switch off your phone.
Keep Pressing vol down button 4/5 secs & connect usb.
Check device manager in pc.
If its showing diagnosis no problem.
Open qfil & load content file from ur rom.
Click download content & just keep it connected.
Qfil automatically switches to download mode (9008) & starts flashing rom.
If download mode does not start on its own check these items below :
Update Qualcomm driver
Update windows, even optional updates.
Use QPST 2.7
Let me know the progress!!

Hello everyone! So after the new MediaTek DAA and SLA protection bypasses you can find GitHub repo of here , using the bypass we are able to use SPFlash Tool, here is a guide how you can do it! This guide is for RMX3085 (Realme 8) ONLY. DON'T DO ANY OF THESE IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING ELSE!
ALWAYS USE DOWNLOAD ONLY MODE OF SP FLASH TOOL.
DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING RELATED TO FORMAT ON SP FLASH TOOL! (IT'S WRITTEN EVERYWHERE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR IMEIS IF YOU USE FORMAT ALL + DOWNLOAD. YOU ARE SAFE IF YOU USE DOWNLOAD ONLY.)

Install Python from Windows Store
libusb-win32 - Having Issues? Use this.
Get usbdk installer (.msi) from here and install it
Steps:
1) Extract the zip
2) Go to driver folder, find the .inf file right click and press install.

}
3) Download this file and install it, after installing power off phone and connect to pc while holding Vol+- (don't leave the buttons after connecting) . You might need this driver as well if it's not detected.
4) Press next, connect your device to PC while holding Vol+- buttons (your device needs to be powered off, and don't leave the buttons) and you will see the mtkdriver down below. Install it.
5) Choose MediaTek USB Port and install it.
6) Then run the brom.bat under Bypass folder.
7) Now power off the phone and connect the phone while holding volume + and - (Don't leave the buttons until the bypass is done)
8) After the above step Go into Flash Tool folder and open the SPFlash tool go to Options>Option
9) Click on Connections and select UART and set Baud Rate to 921600
10) After that choose scatter file and also if not set, set your download-agent. You don't need to select auth file as authorization is disabled. Once you do it, it should look like this. ALWAYS MAKE SURE DOWNLOAD ONLY MODE IS SELECTED! DON'T SELECT OTHER MODES!
Select all the Partitions except opporeserve2 and cdt_engineering. otherwise you will get errors.
*11) If you want to flash super.img partition also then download this scatter.txt file and replace it with the another scatter file which is present in the decrypted firmware folder. After that select it again in sp flash tool.
Again Make SURE "Download Only" is selected. Don't select ANYTHING ELSE! You will lose your IMEIs, Serial Numbers, Capability of Hardware Attestation etc. if you choose "Format data + Download" make SURE you selected "Download Only".
Now, you can start downloading with the button and after that a checkmark will appear. You can reboot your phone and use it like before now! All your userdata will (inevitably) be cleared!
After flashing it should look like this. Download has been complete. Enjoy!
"Congrats Now your Realme 8 is Unbricked "

If you face any issues write them down below...
Some people having this problem so I want to add one more thing to the guide. If you are not having any issues related to boot then don't follow these steps.
After waiting more then 10 minutes, if it doesn't boot up/bootloop. Or shows DM-Verity corrupt error then do this.
1) Try boot into stock recovery by pressing volume up + power button after that when your screen flashes quickly unpress buttons.
2) Now press volume down + power button, by pressing these you will boot into stock recovery.
3) Go to format option and do a full format.
4) Your phone will definitely boot up after that.

if "Brick" occured in rooting process - then can recovery be done without data loss :
Prerequisite: firmware version on the body must the same as downloaded "Decrypted OFP" (as example both is A.22 )
HowTo:
at step of SPFlashing (currently that is 10-th)
- check ONLY next partitions in SPFlash to restore :
PRELOADER RECOVERY VBMETA LK LK2 BOOT
... and NO any of other
(as thats only are touched by currently described rooting processes)
after recovery exist on every boot:
"dm-verify corrupted..."
how to get out of this message?
Reset with clearing data not helps ...

Ok. format from recovery menu solves ...
now that boots normally =
- no alert
-no boot allowing by pressing key required
good behaviour to see when boot subsystem altered, as at every boot alerted and required to press longer power button to confirm/allow starting ...
interesting, that is something new on mine (device versions) or overall ...
I have it anyway. have you solved it yet? Do I understand correctly?

I Think that is not so solvable /possible if someone decode debug and finds /... but that is quite acceptable for rooting /if you don't want to make illegal spionage and so on/ ... also as if your device will be rooted by someone - you will see alert of changes on boot ... that is good ...
if you are rooted - you must be alerted .
but if you will going to stock rom and have protection - then flashing "stock" (surely without 3 partitions that IMEI-and-so-on-related ) and then format from recovery menu helps return to "factory" operation

There should be some mistake in your process. Because this guide is working and tested by many people.
Does global firmware have realme dialer instead of google dialer?
Can I flash Global firmware my indian device?
on your firmware package, it does not flashes super.img by default. Because in scatter file
- partition_index: SYS48
partition_name: super
file_name: super.img
is_download: false
changing false to true helps fixing destroyed super partition

This method will bring you to the basic firmware of this device (EMUI 2).
From here, your SIM will be locked. (I'm still dont know how to unlock, but everyting work well)
STEP 2
Update to EMUI 4
To do that you can use one of the following method:
a. Using dload
b. Using fastboot (I use this method because i dont have SD Card or USB OTG ), so i will explain this method.
You can download the firmware here
After downloaded, ectract UPDATE.APP from dload folder using APP Extractor.
Extract following files to your ADB folder:
- BOOT.IMG
- CUST.IMG
- SYSTEM.IMG
- FASTBOOT.IMG
- RECOVERY.IMG
Now we will flash IMG file.
* Boot into fastboot by connecting your device using USB cable
* open CMD then locate to your ADB folder
* type following command
Code:
adb devices
//to check connected devices
adb reboot fastboot
//you rdevice will reboot into fastboot mode
fastboot devices
//check connection
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash cust cust.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash fastboot fastboot.img
fastboot reboot
Now disconnect your device. Your device should reboot system and running Android 6 EMUI 4.1
NOTE : First boot will take long time, so be patient
STEP 3
UPDATE TO EMUI 5 ANDROID 7
To do that we need to install TWRP. First you can download this version of TWRP for EMUI 4
You can refer to this tutorial to install TWRP
Download this OEM info
Copy oem info folder to SD Card or USB OTG. Place it in the folder TWRP/BACKUPS/<SERIAL NUMBER>
You can find SERIAL NUMBER on about tablet>>status>>SERIAL NUMBER
Download firmware BTV-DL09C100B307 form here and extract two zip file into SD Card/USB OTG root folder
Put in your SD Card/USB OTG
Now reboot into recovery > restore > locate your OEM info folder > restore.
Install update.zip
Install update_data_full_hw_eu.zip
Wipe
reboot system
First boot will took longer than first boot and you see Huawei logo if success
Congratulation, your device now running Android 7 EMUI 5.0.1
Optional you can install TWRP for android 7 here

The best tool for this is Magisk - I'm not fully sure how to describe it but it's a root implementation that integrates in the boot/recovery image instead directly in the Android image.
It's a bit tricky, you just need:
PC/Mac;
Android Tools (adb/fastboot);
Android drivers;
Xiaomi Account (Mi ID);
The official Mi Unlock tool or the 3-rd party one - XiaoMiTools;
Magisk APK
Your OS's boot image aaaand, just in case, your vbmeta image.
The Magisk APK you can get from the Dev's GitHub: topjohnwu/Magisk
If you don't have them, the Android Tools you can get from here: Android Tools
The official unlock tool is here: Mi Unlock (direct link), and the 3-rd party one here: XiaoMiTool Dowload page
I couldn't find link with the drivers, so I uploaded them here in the attached files. (Only for Windows)
Also want to mention: I'm not responsible for carelessly bricked and boot looping devices. I'm not a professional, but I've done it before! This tutorial only applies to any Mi/Redmi/POCO devices with MIUI 12 and higher. That's all.
Now to setup everything:
Step 1: Asociate Account w/ device (Mi Unlock)
If you want more detailed-on step-by-step turtorial w/ screenshots you can read the Official Xiaomi Unlock Guide.
1. Go back and sign into a Mi Account if you haven't already
2. Go to the setting > About phone > Spam the MIUI Build number 7 times, until a popup says that you're a developer.
3. Go back and scroll down > Additional Settings > Developer options > enable "OEM Unlocking", "USB Debugging" and "USB Debugging (Security Settings)"
4. Go to Mi Unlock and click "Add Account and device" and follow the instructions.
Once the account is successfully added, you should get a message "Added successfully. Mi account is associated with this device now."
5. You may have to wait sometime before your device gets accepted for unlocking
(Mine took an hour, but some people have reported waiting a week. Sheesh!)
6. After that's done, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SIM CARD INSIDE THE PHONE! It will be important to make sure it's yours. :/
Step 2: Unlock the bootloader
1. Open the folder with the Android tools and start Command prompt/Terminal instance.
2. Type adb devices to check if your device is connected. On your phone you will receive a popup asking for Debugging permissions. Click OK and check again if it shows on the screen.
If you don't see it but receive a popup, open the "Computer Management" app on your PC and go to Device Manager. You will see a unrecognized device with a name corresponding to the product number. Right-click and select Update driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Browse > select folder w/ drivers from the archive > Next > Android ADB Interface > Next > Finish.
Now you should see it.
3. Type in adb reboot bootloader. Your phone will restart to a screen with a Russian Mi bunny tweaking the f**ked up Android robot.
From here, I'll be talking about unlocking it w/ XiaoMiTool v2. For the official tool, look at the guide from the link above.
4. Open the app and select Agree > your device's Region
5. Select the option "I want to mod it"
If the app doesn't see the phone, open the "Computer Management" app on your PC and go to Device Manager. You will see a unrecognized device with a name corresponding to the product number. Right-click and select Update driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick an installed driver/software > Android Bootloader Interface > Next > Finish.
6. Select Unlock Mi Bootloader and follow the steps to log in and verify device.
Step 2: Check Build and version
Go to the settings, "About phone" and look for the MIUI Version and the region on the build number. If your build number has:
MI-Global ROM
EU-European ROM
CN-Chinese ROM
IN-Indian ROM
Example: xxxEUxx means its European ROM.
Also check if it is MIUI 12, 12.5 or 13. If the boot/vbmeta image is different, the phone may not boot.
Go to MIUIROM, or any other trustworthy source and find the firmware for RN 11SE
In MIUIROM, I saw there are just China and India ROMs for your Note 11, sooo... check for yourself. :/
If you don't find the correct file, you can download the FW for RN 10 5G, BUT ONLY IF IT'S CODENAME IS CAMMELIAN!
Important: Download the FASTBOOT version, because only this package contains the boot/vbmeta images.
Step 3: Install the Magisk APK on your phone
1. Download it on your PC/Mac and copy it or download it directly to the phone.
2. Install it using any package installer of choice.
3. On your PC/Mac extract the archive and find the boot (boot.img) and vbmeta image (vbmeta.img).
4. COPY the boot image to your phone (preferably Documents because it's the default location). Do not move it, or else you'll need to download it again if something goes wrong!
5. Open the app on your phone and click the "Install" button on Magisk:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
6. After successful installation, under the title will be displayed "Done!" (Just in case)
7. Look to make sure where the new boot image is located on the phone.
8. Copy it to your PC/Mac (just in case rename it to boot.img and delete the old one)
Step 4: Installation
1. On your PC/Mac extract the Android Tools folder and copy to it the new boot.img and the vbmeta.img from before.
2. Start a new Command prompt/Terminal instance and type "adb devices" to check if the device is recognized.
3. If it is, type adb reboot fastboot. On your phone, you should see a screen with a blue FASTBOOTD screen.
4. Type "fastboot devices" to check if it's recognized in fastboot mode. If it isn't, follow the steps from Step 1.5.
6. Now run the following set of commands one by one:
fastboot set_active a
fastboot erase boot
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta_a vbmeta.img
fastboot flash vbmeta_b vbmeta.img
fastboot set_active a
fastboot reboot recovery
7. After the last command, you should be on the recovery screen. Select Reboot > Reboot System.
8. If everything succeeded, your phone should boot straight to MIUI and show as system-as-root in the Magisk app.
If something went wrong, and the phone doesn't boot, run the same commands again, but replace the modded boot.img with the factory one.
Have fun with your rooted Redmi!
