Unlock the bootloader at HTCDEV.com and then you can install a custom recovery and then flash SuperSu or su-3.0.7.

There is already plenty of guidance on this procedure if you would just search.
You need to start at HTCDEV.com and fully understand that procedure and consequences first.
Then you can search for installing a custom recovery and Superuser. Start by reading the sticky posts in this forum. That is what they are there for.
Also in looking at your past posts, you have been directed to the HTCDEV.com site twice now. How many times do we need to give you an answer?

look in the general thread 5 lines down it's all there for you ,hope this helps you, sorry bud 6 line down, regards and make sure you make a TA backup before unlocking,

Why dont you search before asking? I wanna tell you some problem after unlock bootloader:
4.2: Camera doesnot work (BIONZ is disabled)
4.3: X-Reality doesnot work, camera still work
4.4: X-Reality + Camera still work
BUT DRM KEYS ON TA PARTITION WILL LOSS FOREVER IF YOU DO NOT BACKUP BEFORE UNLOCK BOOTLOADER, AND ALSO YOUR WARRANTY.
i dont have the warranty anymore so 4.4.4 is the best to unlock cause x-reality and camera still works?
can you help me unlocking sir?

It is recommended not to do that first, but to root first
That way you can backup the TA partition to relock your bootloader and restore your DRM keys if you want to. If you unlock first then you lose the DRM keys forever.

its not the place to give feedback about ur unlocking , its for questions and report a problem ! ..
and there is not relocking and relocking will not restore ur warranty will be void any way ! .,

bootloader is locked so I don't have any permissions to flash or sideload update also its bricked so I can't turn o grant access for unlocking oem if you have any idea how to do it

i have been able to unlock the bootloader throgh fastboot but since there is no TWRP for Nokia 4.2 yet i havnt been able to root it
