Question [SOLVED] Anyone with rooted 10s (with or without TWRP) and Google Pay working? - Redmi Note 10S

Hi
I succeded in rooting this phone without TWRP following this guide and applied the SafetyNet Fix without success.
I have also a rooted Poco X3 NFC with stock MIUI 12.5 where SafetynetFix is working fine. I have not flashed TWRP on the POCO, but I just use TWRP to boot into recovery, when needed.
Anyone succeded in having the RN 10s rooted with GPay working?
Thanks

no success for me too

Yup google pay is working for me. Make sure safetynet passes. I followed this: Root then install magisk as an app with different name, enabled magisk hide, enable safetynet fix, reboot and then install google pay

Safetynet unfortunately does not pass.
Which version of SafetyNet Fix did you use?
I will check again.
Thanks

This one: https://github.com/kdrag0n/safetynet-fix
You need to install magisk and riru for it to work

When you say "install magisk as an app with different name" you mean that I have to install Magisk normally, then from the Magisk settings, reinstall with different name to hide it from other app.
Is it correct?
Thanks

THANKS @abhinavprateek
Finally it's working!!!
Probably the issue was the correct version of SafetyNet Fix that has to be the Riru one, version 2.1.2 actually (and Riru has to be installed in Magisk previously, as you wrote).
After installing Safetynet fix I cleared all data in those apps:
Google Pay
Play Store
Play Services
and rebooted
Then the safetynet check in Magisk was working ad also Google Pay

Hey guys,
I've got a problem with the SafetyNet check.
Yesterday I rooted my Galaxy S8 and installed the Magisk Manager App und the newest version Magisk v14
Now I wanted to install Snapchat, but I can't due to the fact that the safetynet check fails.
I already reinstalled Magisk, unchecked, checked the box with magisk hide, checked the box for google play and snapchat in magisk hide.
I don't know what to do anymore. Do you guys have any tips for me please?

Try the universal safetynet patch that's in the magisk forum somewhere. I would link it but I'm in my phone atm and out.
Edit: here https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/xiaomi-safetynet-fix-t3600431 - install it in twrp, not through magisk manager
Also, next time please post your magisk log here so that someone who knows what they are doing can look at it
I have seen someone else's log here, suggesting that you may need a patched or custom kernel for it to be supported. I don't have a Samsung phone so I can't confirm though.

Thank you, I uninstalled xposed framework and used the unsu script and it worked for me.
But now I've got another question. How do i get xposed work for my phone without failing the safetynet check?
I wanted to install snappref but it won't work this way

For the moment there is no such possibility if Xposed is installed on Nougat to SafetyNet failed, without Xposed is SafetyNet Pass Green.
Ok thank you, where can I read if it is available?
You Can install universal safetynet fix on recovery mode

Safetynet checks failing with Magisk 20.4

hi, i just flashed my xiaomi mix phone with Magisk 20.4. everything is new but the safetynet checks are failing.
i have previously tried on riru and edxposed. the checks say YES but i still cannot load pokemon go. i think those fixes are fake and not working, Google seems to be able to detect it still.
Can anyone help?
thanks.

Having the exact same issue with my Mix 3. Just flashed a few moments ago. Been looking at the other threads and it seems that no fix works as of now. Hoping that it isn't permanent as Google is cracking down on unlocked bootloaders.
Try to hide what you want via magisk hide.
Sorry, but that is not helpful. Same thing here. Device passed SafetyNet on 20.3. After upgrade to 20.4 it fails. What can I do to figure out what changed?
please refer here to set it up in your phone.
Be notice: If you don't use edxposed, just skip it. If you do, please remember to install canary version of edxposed in Edxposed manager !

Thank you! You were right, this was not caused by the Magisk upgrade, but by EdXposed. After upgrading to Canary version SafetyNet passes again.
I'd also like to add (in case someone stumbles across this thread looking for answers) that Magisk v20.4+ has MagiskHide disabled by default. On a fresh install you will have to enable it before Hide will be able to do it's thing.

Device not Certified [SOLVED]

I feel like I am at a loss and i need help, like 2 days ago I reverted back to stock from a custom rom on my pixel 4 xl and google play store keeps saying device not certified, now I have come across this issue before in the past and fixed it with guides posted on the internet but this time they are not working. here is everything I have done:
-registered device as per guides on the internet, cleared play store data and even play services data and rebooted. waited a literal day. rebooted and cleared data of both then rebooted again
- i redownloaded the april image and flashed it to both slots and manually wiped user data in fastboot, tried registering again and waited atleast 10 minutes before trying anything else
- downloaded march image and did everything listed above
- downloaded the android 12 dev beta and did everything listed above.
- tried making safetynet pass with magisk and stuff in between there
- checked safetynet right off the bat on a fresh flash with zero modifications and it failed too.
- as i am posting this i am flashing a fresh download of the april image + platform tools on a different computer and different cable
if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
Did you flash the Universal SafetyNet Fix module after rooting? If not, try that. Also make sure you enable Magisk Hide in the Manager settings, clear data & cache of Play Store and reboot. Sometimes it takes a while for it to show up as certified.

SafetyNet passed, GPay not working

I am on MIUI 12.5 (A11), the phone is rooted using Magisk Canary (23016, Zygisk is enable). The Universal SafetyNet fix module 2.2.1 is lodaed.
I pass the SafetyNet test, but GPay refused to work.
Any Ideas?

Did you try simple thing like Wipe Data and reboot
First of all, does Playstore show Device as certified
What would wipe data do except all data being lost?

Apps sometimes remember that they found that phone was rooted and remember that (before you e.g applied MagiskHide to hide the root)
Not sure of that's relevant. With Zygisk the hide feature is no longer used

Question Pass Safetynet with Magisk

Hi guys, did someone managed to pass Safetynet test with rooter oneplus 10 pro ?
I tried to hide Magisk and use zygisk like I was doing with my op3t. But not passing safetynet here.
I'm with last Magisk version (24.3)
Managed to pass basic intégrity but CTS is failing. The goal is to use Google pay
Thanks !
Mines not passing either..
I may revert back to Magisk 23.. at least it worked and had regular settings, not this zygisk weirdness.

Guys, maybe you should install that "Universal SafetyNet Fix" developed by kdrag0n. Ask Google where to download.
Yes, installing universal safetynet fix zygisk by kdrag0n will resolve it.
You need this module for safety net passing then you need to hide the some Google apps but Netflix will never work with bootloader unlocked
