Question Speaker issue!!! (Sounds like drowned in the water) - Vivo X70 Pro+

Hi,
I have been using the vivo x70 pro plus. And i had a huge update of 6gb few days (System update) (Funtouch 12 and Android 12)
Unfortunately, after heating up because of charging or randomly after idling for a moderate amount of time, the left speaker and sometimes the right speaker doesn’t sound right. It sounds like as if water is inside the speaker.
If the device is warm or getting hot the issue arises (specially just after charging). But oddly the speaker again fixes itself after it gets colder
If getting cold doesn’t work then restarting the device fixes the issue.
It is a serious issue for me as i have to receive calls a lot and if i can't hear the other parties It's a lot annoying.
What can be the fix? ( i am using all the original accessories that came with the box and also it was never drowned in the water also!)

[Q] Static sound?

I've had my HD7 for 12 days now but it wasn't until 3 days ago that I noticed a persistent static noise coming from the phone. It's not loud enough to be noticeable until I have the phone (screen side away, sound seems strongest very near the camera lens area) about 3 inches from my ear. It's constant though. The only way to make it stop is to fully power down the phone, but then eventually I'll notice it again.
Is it possible that I'm just oversensitive to sound and that is a normal operating sound that occurs after the phone has been running for a few hours?
I've had the phone for a day and I noticed something like this happening after I used the YouTube app. A battery pull fixed it however and I haven't run into the same issue.
how can we fix this??? it buggs me...it used to do that all the time then for a while it stopped....

Weird noise coming from area near the earpiece even when screen off

My Mi 3 makes a weird noise near the earpiece around the area where the proximity sensor is located. It sounds like EMI or as if there are moving parts inside the phone. The sound is audible even when the screen is off and no calls are active. The occurance of the sound is random. But it will always make noise while the phone is booting. Sometimes it will last for a whole day. My phone is only 10 days old and not even dropped it once. Tried factory reset/ flashing a different rom, etc. It makes sound even in the recovery menu so I don't think its a software issue. Does anyone have this same problem ? Just try placing your ear near proximity sensor. I discovered it recently. Got a replacement but the replacement unit has the same problem !

I'm experiencing the same issue from many days.. Don't know what the problem is...there is a"guuuuyyyyyyy"(not GUY) sound from the ear peice. Is that a harmful frequency emitting from our phone??? Anybody resolve the issue plz...

P20 Pro Speaker volume during phonecalls to quiet / Speaker next to front cam broken?

Hey,
My phone got really quiet during phonecalls 2 weeks ago. I have the slight feeling that I got a software update in that timeframe, but since I can't pinpoint either, that might be coincidence (unless others have the same problem). I also noticed that before while watching videos, you would get the feeling that the sound came from the middle of your phone (and had proper stereo), while now I notice pretty obviously that the sound comes out of the speakers near the USB-C connector..
I've also confirmed that everything is fine when I have a call on Bluetooth Headsets or on Loudspeaker, so it seems that only the speaker next to the front facing camera is affected.
Anybody else with similar issues? Makes phonecalls without bluetooth close to impossible in any crowded area.
Thanks, Olli

Check your audio settings anyway. Leave it on music, seems to help and check if mono is turned on in accessibility.
If like me you blocked up your earpiece grill, then get a toothbrush and get it clean, no water just (light) stabbing motions and circular whilst pushing against it .
For me it was what worked.
The main speaker (bottom) I would avoid pushing anything in there at all, but compressed air would work as it should.

"Hissing" coil noise when opening an App

I have a samsung s10 for a year now.
Today I noticed a weird issue. If I put the back side of device on my ear (roughly where the earpiece is) and I open an Application I can barely hear a hissing noise, like a coil whining for a half a second or so.
The duration and the volume of the heasing depends on how "heavy" the Application is.
For example, when running the 3D Mark benchmark, and put the back of the phone on your ear, you can definitely hear that sound in a variety of frequencies.
Can you notice it in yours?

Low front speaker volume during call and test SM-N950F

Hi,
I have a Note 8, now about 4years old. I began having issues with front speaker during calls about 2 years ago -about 2 months before warranty ended. First it was intermittent, about every 20calls, the speaker was so quiet, if I had aircon working, I could not hear anything.
During a period of about a year, it came so far that every call is problematic. I had a company phone with 2SIM so I put both in and I was ''happy''. BUT STILL MY 1000€ phone had speaker problems after 2-3years.
Now I got around - read got time to tinker - to fixing this issue and get my nice powerfull phone back in use.
As I was not to carefull with water (rain drops) on my phone - its IP67 or68 even - my first thought was that the speaker got wet. I ordered China replacement and bought 5pcs just to be sure one will definitly work.
Tried it with all 5 pcs + original and resault was the same. LOW volume. Yes I checked the contacts and cleaned them but no oxidation or any other clear issue with the HW.
I started googling for the problem and found that this was a problem on Samsung phones, though ''very'' rare. Solutions were usually in the line of restart/farctory reset/check settings of the phone and it will be OK. Tried factory reseting/settings.. and no luck, still have the problem.
Now I found a site with info on how to get inside Diagnostic SW in the phone. Got inside, tested and result was low volume.
I also found some info, that if the top mic had dust in the hole, the noise cancelation did somehow lower the output volume on the front speaker - not sure if this is legit info, I don't see how noise cancelation could interfere with received sound output. Just to be on the stupid safe side I removed the protection film on the case for the mic and cleaned it. No affect.
Now I do not know where to turn, if this is a SW or HW issue. I will be calling the Samsung distributor in my country tomorrow to ask what would be the solution, but from my previous experiance I am predicting the response - no solution or your motherboard needs replacing with cost of about 500€.
Just to get the idea how low the volume is - My wife and I bought same phone on same day, so I have a good comparison. Yes she does not have any issues and no I will not open her phone to check for my ''dead'' speaker funcitonality.
If I call the phones and put her on lowest sound setting, mine is still about 30% lower with setting to max. This result is same either phones are in same room or in different rooms - just to be sure the noise cancelation is not interfering.
Do you guys have any ideas/experiences with this issue? How did you fix it?
If you suggest reflash the phone, where can I find original ROM?
Hope you guys can help me.
Thanks.
