hey there, thank you for you superb work..this rom is awesome but camera is not working properly,front facing camera and video mode both are not working
Flashed the rom yesterday, and hot some feedback :
1) Dirty flash over 7.13 didn't worked for me, bootlooped. I had to format data and clean flash (but I had magisk install and I switched from NickGapps to FlamesGapps, so it may bé related to that). Google sync had a bit of a struggle to trigger (it did eventualy, after reboot, and all my apps were reinstalled)
2) internet deconnection. Wifi and data sometime just crash (I have the bars but get a "!" next to it). Fixed by rebooting
3) minor UI freezes (had those with 7.13 too, may be related to Signal app, as it happens on SMS reception)
4) sound is saturated on phone call, but it's a known bug from los 19

Nothing I can really do about that, it's still charging but the metrics for calculating that do not work for our device properly.

4) Flash ROM
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.

does not work either, i tried only that and only show root only adb, if i flash addon su from lineage os it show apps and adb but does not work if a app ask for root nothings shows, and in the dev options > manage root accesses shows nothing, there is something im missing?, thanks

So i found out that the cpu governor wasn't set right
set it to intelliactive and the battery is staying

There is an problem with Bluetooth and wifi.
Sometimes Bluetooth gets disconnected from my wireless headphone and doesn't detect it anymore and also when trying to search for Bluetooth device the wifi network connected to becomes invisible then I have to turn off Bluetooth in so the the wifi network becomes visible

Is it the one from the screenshot below you're looking for.
It can be added from settings>Crdroid settings>status bar>then scroll down to show logo and then logo style

Wifi sometimes dont connect in the first place! not always but occurred randomly! have to on-off again to connect. i am on 5.3

New build of 16th June, when there is an incoming call and the screen is locked the incoming call doesn't wake the screen and the screen stays blank. Screen has to be unlocked then the call can be answered or declined.
Not sure if it's just my device or if anyone else is facing the same issue

I am aware of this bug, will try to fix this in the future. For now, if you want to use non-volte sims, I would recommend going back to other A11 non-volte builds or A10 builds.

Ok, maybe a little off topic but......when trying to boot tablet into fastboot/bootloader with adb command it just sticks on "entering fastboot......." I don't remember this when getting crDroid on tablet back in March this year? I am trying to flash the newer Lineage recovery from OP in order to update to this newer crDroid. Anybody else see this problem?? Thanks

Found a small error here. As you can see, the device sources link text shows https://github.com/tabs6lite-dev, but the URL actually points to https://github.com/begonia-dev. Just thought you should know.
Thanks for rom. All works. But this is ugly and inconvenient. The player must be separate. Can you fix this?

It's not looking likely. Linux4, the official LineageOS maintainer for the Tab S6 Lite, tried to do TWRP, but abandoned it (you can check the thread elsewhere in this forum if you're curious as to how it went). Seems that as a result of that experience, he's got a really bad hate-on going for TWRP, so I'm guessing it'll be up to someone else to make it work, if it can be made to work. (I'm not anywhere near knowledgeable enough about the down-to-the-metal workings of these devices, otherwise I'd attempt it myself.)

Fixed
This rom is excellent so far. Great performance and customization. In damonps2 God of war is holding at about 30-35 fps, which is down from 40 with lineage but overall it runs much smoother. Really happy with this. Thanx for all the hard work and hope to see more in the future.
New update is up with november 2021 security patches and ui junks and lags fixes.

A great SM-P610 custom ROM! Hope to get Android 12 soon. One minor bug: the icons in the default launcher are too close each one from the near ones. The distance between the icons should be increased. Thanks for your work!
I have a weird bug I've not been able to track down the cause of, that only happens on this rom.
When I lose an internet connection, either by turning off the wifi or by my home losing internet while remaining connected to the wifi, the SystemUI continuously crashes until it regains a connection. I can force this by swapping wifi access point, where it will keep crashing until it connects to the new one. Although I usually have root access, it still happens without it.

I installed the newest crdroid yesterday on my gta4xlwifi device.
It works fine but I have the same problem as I have with my crdroid Poco X3 Pro:
I cannot set MicroG Services Framework to allow "location all the time", I can only allow when app is in use.
On my Poco I came around this by installing a older crdroid version where I was able to set "all the time" then upgrade to the newer verseion.
How can I set it on the tablet preferrably without installing an older version?
When I try to set location all the time I get the message this has to be done from "location settings" and not from app settings. But in location settings I can only enter app settings to set location where it points me back to "location settings". So I am stuck in a loop. I already deleted cache for MicroG but it does not change the location permissions.

Found the cause of this - if data monitoring is enabled in quick settings (either daily or monthly) it causes the SystemUI crash loop when WiFi is disabled. Disabling data monitoring fixes this.

Split screen works with gestures when you swipe to multitask and select above the icon of the application open for a few seconds, select split screen

I've encountered a new bug in the last crdroid 8.7 version (build date July 16, 2022): no deep sleep when Bluetooth is active (also without any BT device connected to the phone).
Do you need messages from logcat to find/solve this issue?

Hello ...I have 2 problems . How to turn on the screen when I receive a notification. I think the options are enabled . and also wanted to know when I put the headphone jack do not sound notifications and I have the sound mode enabled ... otherwise the rom works properly ....thanks and greetings!!!
My screen turns on by whatsapp only the first time. After 1 message screen flickers a second.
Signal messanger works well.
I'm still using crDroid 6.3 (A10, Feb. 2020) because this version is not possible to upgrade by OTA or dirty flash.
Now the A12.1 crDroid 8.7 or following versions are interesting to me, because sometime I would like to update my lavender by clean flashing. I do not use GApps and rely on FDroid, some Apps over Aurora and the only critical Apps (I use MicroG) are GCam, a Banking App, a VoIP App and some other locally necessary Apps (hope some will get obsolete as most rely unnecessarily on Google APIs). I try to avoid other Spy-prone Freemium Apps, but some I need.

Installed over 8.7 with OTA worked well.
Great Rom (8.8) so far. But deep sleep bug is still present. Running on predator x4.10-qti but nothing changed. Disabling Bluetooth is not working either.
