Relocking the bootloader.

Hi.
I am gong to sell my Moto X but I want to relock the bootloader first.
How do I do this?
I think you need to follow a guide to return 100% stock, there's a thread on (I think) general section with RDS lite
Hi.
I did that but it is still locked. I'll ask in the thread.
Thanks.

Moto G6 limitations of a locked bootloader

Hi,
Perhaps a newbie question, but if I have a locked bootloader (that cannot be unlocked) am I able to:
1. Backup the NVram or original image somehow?
2. Forceably flash new stock firmware (eg. an unlocked version)
3. Proceed with TWRP and Magisk install
I have a Moto G6 XT1925DL (ex-Tracfone) and the bootloader will not be unlocked by either Tracfone or Motorola.
It's a snapdragon processor, so none of the MTK-based tools will work to create a backup.
As a result, I'm reluctant to risk step #2 and try new firmware
Any help appreciated.

You can only flash the correct firmware. You cannot unlock the bootloader by any currently known means.

is it possible to flash unlocked moto z3 play firmware on a sprint moto z3 play?

it is both sim and bootloader unlocked, but because of sprint not allowing to change apn settings, I can't use mobile data. I am using it on gsm
I will reply the question myself since it might be useful for someone
I flashed https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/beckham/official/USC/ this firmware, it is xt1929-4 USC using fastboot and it works flawlessly, it is like unlocked version no carrier bloats
from fastboot commands I excluded fastboot flash modem, fastboot flash fsg. and fastboot erase DDR doesn't do anything so don't need that as well

You need the bootloader unlocked, to flash full firmware for different software channels.

Question How to unlock bootloader in Realme 8 4g version?

Im not able to find in depth test app for realme 8 4g version
Try this. It's for the Android 11
A guide to unlock the bootloader
Edit: No guarantee that this will work! Disclaimer: Your warranty may be void after this procedure. I will not be responsible for any mishap that may happen after unlocking. Backup you data! Device resets after unlocking! Step 0: Enable...

Still it doesn't work. I have to wait for the release of the app for this specific device. When I installed it says this phone model doesn't support deep testing
The phone has a bug where it doesn't really enter fastboot anyway.

Access to fastboot is required anyhow. It's possible using the BugJaeger app on a rooted phone for sending fastboot commands. Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.sisik.hackendebug
