Question Lost Widevine L1 on my device

I have an unrooted Redmi Note 10 pro which i upgraded to MIUI 12.5.2 from MIUI 12. I've lost the Widevine L1 certification from my phone and now it's on L3. I tried downloading the L1 certificate from fingerprint payments section but to no avail. Anyone knows how to fix this or shall i wait for a fix from Xiaomi's end? Anyone else facing this problem? Has Xiaomi acknowledged it?
I have attached screenshots for reference.
