Hi everybody! I have a little problem with the play store. I have the play pass subscription but in the play store home screen not charge, and i see this error "code DR-DFERH-01", and another bug it's with the UI of the play store, it's the old UI. Anything in the system it's already updated. I try to clear cache and data and uninstall update of the play store, play services, an
d google services framework. I try to do hard reset, reinstall firmeware (LMSA), but I can't resolve the problem. I can download and update app.
Anyone can help me with this?

I have the same problem. Tried everything.
I have same issue. Did try the same and reset the whole phone. Nothing helps. And I lost the new play store design with this new buttons on the bottom. Maybe that come back anytime. Android 12 almost ready for sure and will fix stuff like this

Facing the same problem the only workaround I could find was to install apps is to search the app on the browser and open and install it from there

And the point with the new design, you can remove the google account and add again, then it comes back for a while. But, for whatever reason, it doesn't keep and it is going back to the old design very fast again. So, sadly there are no solutions at the moment, that work permanently. And yes, google app can help to find apps, at least as a transitional solution.

When will this problem fix? It also effects facebook and instagram videos..it keeps going pause and play.

Don't known, just motorola should know. Very annoying

Adfree does not block Ads on my TP and I have no idea what to do to fix it.
I have updated the hosts file and it says success you may need to reboot etc, but after a reboot the ads are still there.
I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times trying to get it to work but no joy so far.
I am currently running the official 0522 nightly but Adfree has never worked no matter what rom i have installed.
I would appreciate any advice you can give me.
I stopped using adfree a long time ago, mainly because of this(not blocking anything). I started using Adaway and it works perfectly.
I second AdAway. I've been using it for a while on my phone and it works great.
Thanks for the heads up, AdAway works nicely, it helps to stop my browser from constantly crashing and force closing without any warning.
Now if I could just figure out a way for the browser to remember to keep me logged in to certain sites like this one. Each time i leave the site I have to re log in. It didn't used to do that with the Alpha version. But on the nightlies it won't remember. The only plus to that is it does remember my user name and pw and enters it into the fields so all i have to do is is tap the logon button. It gets sort of cumbersome after a while when you use a site like this all the time though.

Well, I haven't had this problem with the chrome beta, but the only problem with it is that they've yet to give the ability to use flash player with it.
If I have to come here, I use the XDA Premium app. But that's just me. Chrome remembers most of what I need for most of where I go, and where it doesn't, it does the same - plugs in the username and pass for me.
Do any of you guys have this app that I can download directly. (Not through the market) Every time I try to download it I get this message.

Go directly to the play store website and sign into your Google account and install it from there, just select install and then your device

Thanks but that's not what I wanted. I should of been more precise. What I meed is the actual apk from somebody cause nothing else works lol. Thanks though for trying to help. It is appreciated.

Not sure what the rules are on posting apk's that are not mine here on XDA but I do know where you can get the apk. The developer posted it on several places. This is one of them.

Thanks guy. Your right searching is great, I finally went out and did that myself earlier. I have just been to busy to do it and thought if someone had the apk they could just send it over. Had that done quite a few times on xda. I appreciate all your help though.

I thought i had fixed this problem after setting Gmail as my default email but alas no.
The only way to recieve emails is when i pick the phone up and unlock the screen.
When the phones screen is off no emails are recieved.Whatapp and Text work ok.
Gmail is set to sync its the default in advanced settings.Its not even listed in protected apps so i cant turn that on.Im not sure if its the phone or marshmallow just wondered if anyone else was experiencing this.

it was duscussed before, its marshmallow bug, i believe that huawei will release one more update for marshmallow in Q1, because this is unacceptable for people that are using emails every day, and its one of the most important features that needs to be fixed

Not on mine it isnt.
I got 1 email after updating the gmail app but its back to before no email when screen is off.
Same here.It's quite irritating.
Gmail also doesnt appear under protected apps whats that about !
Does anyone have any idea of when this will be fixed?
I have the latest B317 firmware via OTA but its still not working. I've tried Bluemail, Aquamail and still nothing.

In answer to my own question its a System App so already protected.

Ive tried many fixes none work.You might try something and think it works but after x amount of time you stop getting notifications again.
Have a look here different phone but same problem and try some of the fixes,one may work for you.

Personally i dont trust the phone anymore to deliver messages so im looking to a Xiaomi Mi5.
Ive downloaded the Inbox app that has restored notifications.... or i thought it did FFS.

Dont know mate i cant remember if i had the problem with lollipop.
To be honest the only difference i see in Marshmallow is this bug.
well I better get my phone fully charged for the restore to lollipop, lol
I'll post back if it works as if its a Marshmellow issue only I'll upgrade when they fix it

With the 2nd update back to B200 i couldnt get the 3 button method to work so used the

Interesting if Nexus 6p has it as that huawei built, assume they doing something off with standby app handling in kernel & it should of been resolved many devices ago.
Unsolved ssues like this is killing huawei's sales & brand image.

After opening and playing a game for few minutes, the game close. This happened with many games. It only occurred after installing that latest update and this was the only problem I have not only with games but all apps in general

Someone with similar issue told me he fixed it by applying factory rest. I haven't tried it becasue i need to backup my device first and I dont have time for that

hmm, I am a fan of MobileLegends MOBA. Play everyday and I dont encounter such issue after the update B162. The only issue is GPU tends to underclock so much that game frame rates during battle are quite unbearably slow.
Maybe try to wipe cache and see first.

However, until now and even though I have this exact update B163, I am still having the force close problem
I have the same issue, can't download anything from the app store, there's often a couple of hours of delay. I would click the download button and it would show downloading, but nothing would happen. I'll leave the phone over night, and when I wake up it would have installed the app.
This also happens with imgur. I try to download an image, but nothing happens, then afer a few hours I would get a notification that the image is downloaded.
It seems they are aggressively closing background task responsible for downloading, to increase battery time.
But it's not working, I'm stills getting around 2-3 hours of screen on time
Cache was cleared more than 1 GB

The problem is still there. I guess I need to wait for the new update to come. I hope it will not take long but for now I will contact Huawei support
Disable Chrome
Hi, the constant force close is caused by chrome update, roll it back to v56 or disable it and it all works fine. I did the reset but as soon as i updated chrome to v61 force closes started. My phone is good now. I actually bought this phone yesterday and updated as the notification came.

I've found a workaround for it actually.
Try to call someone via whatsapp / telegram and see if it switches to your headset microphone.
As soon as I call someone via whatsapp while connected to a voicechannel / call in discord, my discord app starts using my external headset microphone (Xiaomi.eu 10.4.6. ROM)
You just have to initiate a call. You can immediately hang up as soon as it says "ringing".

Hello everyone! I have gms installed with lzplay before updated to. 147 and no problem, my question is.
When I'm going in to Aurora store it says there is an update available for my play services, but in play store it don't show the update.
Is it risk free to update it? Or will it make my play services stop working? Guess the one I installed when used lzplay was a modified version?
Has anyone tried to update it? What was the results?
I didnt try to update it since I am already on .147

I'm also on .147, but I'm wonder if there will be any problem if updating the Google play services thru Aurora.. In play store there aren't any updates for it.. So unsure if it's safe to install the update.. Isn't there anyone who have tried?

I update it via play store no problems so far all working as before updating it.

I been on auto update and my current play services version is 20.30.65
Everything is running fine [Except GPay and Notification? (I always put my phone on mute or DND mode)]
Gmail, G Store, G Map, A Auto and G Photo auto backup all works fine.

Strangely enough when i received the last update the play protect bug (which had only plagued Games, Pay etc) stopped and notification errors disappeared.

Nice! Have updated mine to the same version, but mine still don't get notifications and so on, hope it will get fixed later ?
Here my P40 Pro w/ 11.0. 0. 202 "googlefied" run the G play services 20.39.15 and from a couple of weeks I get many notifications of update to 21.30.16
I'm worry to update it and broke something.
Anyone had the same doubts/troubles?
