Question Development? - Xiaomi 11T Pro

Hey!
I have been checking the subforum and theres nothing much about the phone yet, no custom roms, no Orangefox, no official TWRP.
Are there many users that have the Xiaomi 11T Pro?

There is TWRP for Xiaomi 11T Pro.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/xiaomi-11t-pro/files/TWRP/twrp-3.6.0_11-0_LOCAL-20220203-01-vili.img/download
Tested, working fine. Flashed MIUI13 rom using that.

K20 Pro > Which TWRP to use?

First of all, Thank You for your time.
This is the first time I am going to try custom rom (MIUI 11.0 STABLE RELEASE From xiaomi.eu). There are many TWRP versions, also Orange Fox, but I cant find anything official. Which one should I use?
I am on Official Global 10.3.2 (Mi 9T Pro Rom). Do I need to install Miui 11 first before installing xiaomi.eu rom?
Thanks again, appreciate the help.
u can install twrp in ur running version, no need to install any other version.
u can search in youtube for better understanding as u r doing it for the first time.
no need official twrp. unofficials are ok.

Dude, you don't need to install miui 11. The first thing you need to do is to install TWRP with Android 9.0 and 10 support "TWRP 3.3.1-15 Unofficial by mauronofrio" that works flawlessly on the k20 pro and Mi 9t pro models. Then upload the Magisk zip file immediately when you log in to the TWRP screen. After you do this, you can install any Custom Rom file.
And if you have the Mi 9T Pro remember only Mauronofrio's TWRP is working. Abhisheks doesn't work with it.
You can also try orangefox version 10.0-7. It's the latest I think.
FYI, MIUI.eu's ROMS all have TWRP as their default recovery. Tested both 10.4.6 and 11.0.2 without issues. Magisk 19.4 and 20.0 also installs without problems.

[Mi 9t pro] Flashing miui 11, android 10 indian rom (k20 pro)

Mi 9t pro
Want to convert to india rom (k20 pro) from global, already downloaded miui 11, android 10 india (.zip).
it's recovery rom, not fastboot.
should I put it in downloaded_rom folder and unlock bootloader then install a custom recovery to flash it?

You better flash xiaomi.eu miui11 Rom
Because indian rom doesn't support NFC
and it's pretty bloated. Even the xiaomi music app is bloated by Hungama add-on(and it's really frustrating).
If you flash miui11 by xiaomi.eu you don't need to flash firware and vendor file as the Rom itself contains them .
I highly suggest you to flash xiaomi eu rom
And it's far better than official MIUI
And less bloated
Only con is - no OTA updates in Xiaomi.eu roms
Every update is around 2.1GB in size
(I personally use xiaomi.eu MIUI 11 beta rom)

Yes you can flash any rom if you have bootloader unlocked and twrp.
I hear reverting back breaks your sensors. Did that happen when you moved from android 10 to android 9?

You do something completely wrong if you cant follow guides or search. Would be better if you dont flash your phone if you not even skilled to read and search.

Miui global 12.5.1.0 (QFGEUXM) on Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro

Hello everybody,
I owned a Redmi Note 7 with Miui global 12.5.1.0 (QFGEUXM) ROM. I now have an Mi 9T Pro with Raphael Global 12.5.2.0 (RFKMIXM). Since the Redmi Note 7 ROM has better phone, messages and contacts apps (in my opinion), I wonder if I could load that rom in my Mi 9T Pro.
I have to mention that I'm not very good in this kind of procedures but I always try to do my best.
Thank you in advance for any answer!
You can only install a rom that matches your device.

To downgrade or change version, the bootloader must be unlocked.

Thank you very much for your answer. I do know that I have to unlock the bootloader but I'm not sure if the older miui would work on my phone. Do you know anything about that?
