ANDROID Q BETA 3 IS BOOTING UP ON OUR LOVELY DEVICE (LAVENDER)
- But it has so many bugs

Is it a custom rom or official miui update.
If custom rom then please can you port stock miui camera app fir custom rom.

A/B.
I tested it some days ago, it booted but was very very slow and laggish, nearly unusable

Still waiting 60 hour to unlock bootloader

I'm about to try final beta (beta 5) today. I've got System.img and vbmeta.img inside zip. Both to be flashed via fastboot? I've downloaded final beta directly from Google Developers site. It will work right?

Perfect, I think that for the first time it's working well.
I think that developer can do a good job with redmi note 7 and his hardware.

I managed to boot official Q GSI, was really really smooth for what it is, but many things didn't work at all, like Bluetooth, couldn't call anybody, I think even data was not working.
Hopefully someone will fix that.

I've tried one of ErfanGSI miui 10. MIUI-AB-10-20190904-ErfanGSI.img.7z
With permissiver v5 my phone went into bootloop
I've tried miui gsi roms from other forums as well nothing worked so far

Probably it happened because Realme X2 pro support Aonly rom. I am not sure.

As the screenshot indicates, the realme X2 Pro is an A-only device with system as root.
It's not A / B as it does not support seamless upgrades.

It clearly says use an AB operating system and for seamless upgrade you have to go recovery
Don't get people confused and PE gsi AB Aosp AB gsi works it's miui not working that doesn't me device is A only

I don't confuse people, I simply say things as they are. realme X2 Pro is an A-only device with system as root.
That fact is independent of what you have to do to make a GSI image work.

Question [CLOSED] Custom rom with good battery backup

Is there a good AOSP based custom rom with pretty consistent battery backup? Gaming is not a priority. I only play pokemon unite. I only want it to be stable, smooth and have good battery life. I am currently on AEX rom but the battery drain is bad. Roms, fixes or custom kernels.. please suggest anything that helps.

Hi,
I tried to flash crdroid but no success. Unable to flash it.
So i could flash arrow and aex.
Crdroid and AEX are my prefered custom ROM.

I was mainly asking for twrp and Xiaomi generally has a large number of roms but this has only two that's why I was asking

This phone is 6 months old.
It has no equivalent.
Twrp android 12 is not yet 100% functional for phones that are 2 years old or older.
Find developers and/or launch a crowdfunder.
Install a GSI rom.

Currently no idea.
development does not happen overnight.
there is no Chinese firmware for this phone so fewer updates and the developer must have this phone which has no equivalent.

There is a A11 TWRP
There are 3 ROMs available:
PA AOSP
Xiaomi.eu

There can't be a weekly rom for this device, it's probably an error, maybe mi 11 pro.(mars not vili).

Anyway, just as a FYI... lead developer will release soon the source tree for #vili.
Then ROM development will go wild. We have some good devs who now are working on this.

Install treble info app see if it says that your devices supports it, after that just follow my guide but use your stock fastboot ROM instead of the 11t pro one

I suggest you use a AOSPA recovery to install things and do the job. TWRP is nice, but the TWRP unofficial is in a bootloop bug mess. Check the forums to see recovery install, after that we can just unload the zip to the device for a custom rom just with a computer through ADB sideload means.

I dont unerstand why this phone is not sell in China , why is only for Globla market? one of the better phone not sell in China... thats why we dint have development, xioami eu weekly, only stable , most of developers are from China , Asia.. they dont have this phone so .. no custom Roms..

Question Can RN10 Pro SKFINXM Firmware be Installed on RN10 Pro RKFINXM Devices?

Hello guys, my device is Redmi Note 10 Pro India (RKFINXM). There has not been an MIUI 13 firmware update for RKFINXM devices but MIUI 13 update is present for SKFINXM devices. For this, I'm stuck on backdated rom. So, I was wondering, whether it is possible to install SKFINXM or SKFMIXM firmware on RKFINXM devices.
Note: Both SKFINXM and RKFINXM share the same codename i.e., Sweetin whereas the codename for SKFMIXM devices is Sweet.

Redmi Note 10 Pro India (RKFINXM) have a Miui 13 A12

First, your device's codename is called "sweetin" because it was manufactured in India. Meaning the ROM you will have to download from the shared link above is MIUI 13.0.5.0 SKFINXM. Make sure to download the Recovery Rom. After that, open the updater in the settings, find the Install Package option and find the zip file you just downloaded. It should update to the latest MIUI 13 build. SKFMIXM build is for the Global version meaning it is incompatible with your device. Updating to it will cause major issue like battery drain and camera tint so be careful when choosing the file.

So basically what you are saying is that I can flash SKFINXM rom on a RKFINXM device, right?
The dilemma I'm facing is that there are two different version of roms (SKFINXM & RKFINXM) for the same codename 'sweetin'
