Shutdown your device
Hold vol up + home + power in order to boot in recovery mode
Wipe data/factory reset (optional)
In main menu, select "install zip from sdcard" > "choose zip from sdcard / internal sdcard" > MS Team HD X.X.zip

Sure you can, you're even welcome to do so, the only problem i can see so far is the registration at the external page to be able to download your Rom. Disable the registration restriction for downloads or do it like many others and use hotfile, megaupload or something similar till you got your page sorted and your good to go.

Ok, now I'm confused, currently downloading without registration, but must confess on mobile.
Anyway just opened the page, clicked on request download token, typed in the captcha and clicked once more on download.
But the speed is horrible, 100kb/s.

4.) Reboot to TWRP and Backup Everything including Boot, Data, System, Product, Vendor, Version (Most important)
5.) Format Data Once with EliteTWRP, then Reboot TWRP... Wipe Everything in wipe section (dont wipe sdcard)

*If you still have Sync or Homescreen icons or Permissions issue, then try to change google services in k-settings OR replace vendor/lib64/libcutils.so with the one from ur previous rom or the one u had once worked using TWRP & wipe dalvic & cache... it will solve all your issues....
*No support for Magisk & Xposed Framework!!

its 1.65GB rom,,, and i have only 125kbps upload speed,,, i thought i will upload it on time but if failed many times,,, now uploading to drive so ETA 1d,,, 30% uploading done,,,

i dont own an OTG cable for now,,, so you guyz need to test it,,, i have added support both to ROM and Kernel... lets see,,, if it works,,,

If you want to report a Bug, read the F.A.Q First Then provide a logCat OR LoggingKit.zip with detailed explanation

You are not allowed to use this base, if you want to make rom, "DIY"

i want to bring you this optimized clean oreo experience to your devices. This is my daily driver over the PrometheusS9 Port as its much more suitable for our phones. and since alot of people like a light firmware instead of flagship ones, we have this rom.
Shame on samsung, we have been using Oreo for more than 5 6 months now unofficially (at august 2018) and no sight of official update.
RULES OF POSTING : READ everything before commenting, And especially the instlal steps, the rom has been tested throughly for a long time, so if you have an critical issue like not booting or no sim, you missed the instructions, posts that are irrelevant to this project will be ignored(Constructive criticism is welcomed). If you do face a new bug however, dont just say "hey bug here" provide more information, and a LOGCAT, bug reports without logcats will most likely be ignored.

ensure you have LATEST TWRP from Here
Download and copy the ROM to your device external SDcard (preferred)
Wipe everything (SYSTEM,DATA,CACHE,DALVIK and preferably Internal storage all together)
Flash the ROM.ZIP
Be careful, setup wizard will ask you to CANCEL/REBOOT for SIM installation, PRESS REBOOT and let the phone do its thing, if you did not install an OMC rom before you must do this, otherwise your sim wont work well. its necessary to have many countries properly supported, if you skiped this you will be asked agian but it wont do the right thing and will just be stuck[/B][/COLOR]

Good idea to read this F.A.Q While the rom is installing
NOTES :
For Facebook/whatsapp calling, if the audio is quite you should set the call volume to 1 step below max
For The full hapticfeebdback experience, settings>sounds>enable vibration feedback
- Download VibeOnKey and googlekeyboard for the rest of the haptics
SamsungFaceunlock is removed from the ROM, use google smartlock instead
- If you still want to use it for some reason, you have the chance at setup wizard to register your face
For the most optimal feature set, Pick CSC instead of OMC
- In some countries OMC can lose feature sets
If faceunlock is not working be sure to disable Figerprints+Fingerprint gesture
If you pick OMC be sure to select the RIGHT slection for simcard question at setup wizard
- Failure in doing that will keep the the popup and no simcard will work
- You can Pick CSC to avoid this or read the thread instructions
The DolbySpeaker Mod is experimental and EXTREAMLY LOUD so be careful with it
- If you want normal sound boosting, just pick the standalone soundbooster instead
Q : BixbyVision has weird stretch
A : Update the app in GalaxyApps
Q : I dont have root help plez
A : Install magisk app if its gone
Q : Phone took alot of time to boot, and is very laggy
A : pay attention to install steps and reboot

A : you DID NOT follow the instructions, Reinstall the rom and pay attention
Q : in the first SIM question in setup wizard, language is not english, what does it say
A : The RIGHT button is what you need to press, it will factory reset the phone (not touching your internal) and setup your /EFS with an OMC file that is linked to your simcard, so the rom will auto detect your CSC just like official samsung phones
Q : I dont see any EDGE panels after installing
A : Reboot the phone
Q : Where is edge lighting ?
A : This is NOT a flagship port, so the edge panel support is added manually, and LIGHT support cant be added
Q : How is battery Life ?
A : With some tests and some cycles, it will be better than stock due to optimzations
Q : What to do after the rom is setup ?
A : Go to samsung apps, let the phone update everthing
