My Lumia 635 is stuck on Lumia Cyan, but I need to upgrade it to w10 mobile. It needs to be at least denim before it can upgrade to w10, but all updaters seem to be broken, such as OTC, or the in Lumia one. Is there a working offline updater or how can I get this phone to denim?

I got an 920 from AT&T sim unlocked, model RM-820 059L484 when update it to 8.1 from 8.0 the screen touch comes unresponsive...
So I have no other option than swap it to 8.0 again...
I though that was a problem with the AT&T rom, 'cause my phone is sim unlocked, so I made all long process to flash it to unbranded 8.1 Cyan rom, but the bug happened again, with windows 8.0 with the first 2 software OTA updates woks fine, with the third arise the problem, so with the sock an 2 OTA updates no issues at all.
I'm not in US, and it's not under any kind of warranties...
Any Idea????

i have tried different methods like :
Windows Device Recovery Tool
windows phone image designer
WPinternals
and nothing work
any advice ?
