Question miui 13(xiaomi.eu) no option for "Select best network automatically" - Redmi Note 10 Pro

Hi mayby someone know how to bring back automaticly select best wifi? It's problem with miui or android 13? Or how to speed up wi-fi scaning?

Just got the phone I found this menu in the network settings I can Add/Delete/Insert numbers

i am unable to connect to my university wifi in any of aosp based rom. is there any rom that i can use for my device other than MIUI based rom?

I can't turn off Quick Device Connect.. after turn off and I go to setting back, it switch to on again..
And what is ONet?
