I've successfully flashed this ROM with patched boot image of A.44 (Realme 8i), so I guess it can be flashed with other boot image versions.

WiFi may not work if you had another firmware version (not A.41) on top of which you've flashed the ROM. To fix that you may try to flash the boot from your firmware, but this will probably break the battery indicator - it will always show "-1%" and the boot will be extremely slow (like 3 minutes or so)
In short: this Pixel ROM should be flashed on top of A.41, otherwise it will be hardly usable.
Beware that the battery with this ROM is easily overheating (up to 60С or more) even when the phone is doing nothing special.
Tap to wake feature doesn't work unfortunately.
And the current date can't be removed from home screen - it will be hanging there (eating space) even if you have another widget with time and date.

Overall i liked the different UI it has but some customisation options are not available hide power menu on lockscreen. UI feels smoother and don't know about battery backup yet because i flashed this rom yesterday.
Overall a very smooth update. Battery backup goes upto 7-8hrs which is a fair deal. Some bugs which I found on 2 days usage is as below:
1. Styles & Wallpapers force closes.. cannot open.
2. Lockscreen clocks alignment on lockscreen is not proper as you can see below.

You cant flash android 11 custom roms with LR team recovery, upgrade it to either maurinofrio recovery or orangefox recovery and flash as per instructions given here..

hi everytime i try to flash the vendor it keeps saying that the zip file is corrupt,did I download the wrong vendor or I just need to download the vendor again?
update, I was able to flash the vendor and the custom rom but after i format my data. and reboot system it keeps going back to orange fox recovery. Any idea on how to fix the problem?
Currently using the rom, very stable and beautiful, thank you sir @chiru2000. But looks like smart charging doesn't work, the battery continue to rise above 80% even though I set it to stop at 80%.

I had same problem, What I did is flash Xiaomi eu stable A10 rom first, then checked if the phone booted to the rom. It did. The I flashed the vendor and ROM again and it worked fine.. I know its a bit weird, but it worked..

Not really, there is a chance of your device boot looping or getting struck on splash if you flash magisk along the from zip before the first boot

It works. Take time and figure it out.
Been using this build for the last 24 hrs, Apart from the occasional system UI freezes and some padding issues, this ROM feels really smooth for a beta.

it does but you cant put your finger on the sensor for some reason, press the power button with your nail and it works

Biometric auth seems broken. Doesn't show up at first and when opened as recent app and closed and then repoened, then it shows.
Essentially, you had to open app, minimise it and reopen it and close. Then after opening app for next time biometric screen shows up.
It's happening with both WhatsApp and gpay as I tested.

No but it inputs most of the carrier's APNs automatically

Nice work done! I love this ROM and all the features it has. Very good job!
Second:
Some bugs I have noticed on arcana:
- After restarting UI or phone: some settings from Tresdins Lair are resetting
For example "Carrier Label location -> disabled" turn backs on
Or under
Display -> dark design -> Theme Color -> Pitchblacksystem turns back to normal Darkmode
Also: OnePlus Clock on Lockscreen is very very small (also Widgets from OnePlus Widget app if installed)

Its hilarious that this ROM hasn't received the amount of love it deserves. I've ran SO many roms on my oneplus 8 pro, from 11 to 12 and this is by FAR the most stable rom I've ran. The customization is on par with evolution, without all the dumb bugs I got on that rom. Fantastic rom man, thanks!
One thing I'd like to see implemented (if you plan to update it that is) is OTA updates. That would perfect this rom.

Hi I tested this rom and some other roms today, and I see that microphone is very quiet , on oxygen os there is no that issue , I did clean flash , I tested pixel experience 12 , jaguar v18, project arcana dream , and cherish os , on all that rom my microphone is quiet , anyone know maybe why ?

I dont have this issue
I guess the dev don't answer questions? I'm with TMobile and I can't get any data clean install 3 times. When I go to try and select manually a service provider instead of leaving it on auto it says none found. I go to Canada and I can't see any of the networks I use to connect to data

Works perfect! Just bought from the bakery!
(in my case rooted + Magisk)
Based on other's experiences, I can already tell this ROM is so stable and good for daily driver. I just have 3 questions tho
1. Does the ROM charge the same speed as the stock ROM does? (Fully charged more or less than an hour)
2. Does SD card fully work? Like can read and write stuff with no issues?
3. (Just curious) Does the ROM use the pixel charging animation when it is on offline charging or it uses the stock MIUI one?

Did exactly that. But it was stuck at loading for a long time. Didn't start installing even after more than 20mins.

Is the miui camera working 100% on riceDroid? or there is still some error with it, like having to use the 3:4 aspect ratio for it to work correctly? or some problem like the app closes when using the zoom above 5x?
Can this rom be sideloaded from pixel recovery with full wipe ? i'm in evox now
Also, can anyone share a screen on time and charge time on this rom ?

A problem from your side brother. many others flashed and none complained. wait for next release and try to come from Xiaomi EU with format Data
I don't have any issues with nav gestures.
I'm using this rom from few days and its all good except i notice some stuttering in some apps and also when leaving/switching apps they have these stutters and also inside some of the apps like facebook, messenger, some shopping apps loading data inside a bit hard, not sure what is the culprit, if its from me or its a known issue, other than this the rom is really nice, all i need as customization and good battery backup, no major bugs found yet. Thank you!
LE: One awesome thing i really like on this rom is that it allows me to disable that annoying google bar on the homescreen.

Really nice update, everything is more smooth, stutering is pretty much gone or i don't notice it anymore, i like how good the light sensor is working on this rom in all light conditions, battery seems pretty good on wifi, on 4G is discharging pretty fast, idle discharge is good
The only thing is that there are still apps where the data is loading kind of hard but that doesn't really bother me

We will consider doing that, but after stablizing other things.
For now, you can flash this Magisk module (by @kota15th).
