oh boy. If you read the op forum, you would have seen a15 is a test build that got leaked on oxygen updater. Hopefully there's no major bugs and you can update when the final a15 gets released.

Hi guys i have a few questions:
1. If I have the Chinese NE2210 model of oneplus 10 pro, then I can use flash this global ROM to the phone?
2. Do I need to flash a different ROM if my OP10 pro is the 12gb/256gb compared to 8gb/128gb?
3. I heard you do not need to unlock bootloader to flash if you are using the official ROM given by OnePlus, is this true?
4. If I want to flash ROM, my current OS version needs to be any version lower than the desired OS version, whether on ColorOS or OxygenOS
5. If my stock os is COLOR OS and model NE2210 (Chinese model), and I flashed oxygen rom, can I revert back to the STOCK color os version OR any color OS version ? (in case the new flashed rom has bugs or issues on my device)
thank you

file in the link is NA not for Glo/Eu

You should just need to use the uninstall option in Magisk, hit restore images, install the OTA, then install to inactive slot and reboot in order to install the incremental OTA.

I'm on A13 I use oxygen updater and nothings come through for me as yet.

Incremental updates get the OS to exactly the same software as a full OTA of the same version so what you're saying doesn't make any sense.

But it changes only incremental files, it won't install whole system at all. It won't make sense, but it is known to happen on oneplus 10 pro once you are rooted.

Where does the download go to?
If you're rooted and you attempt to install a14 it'll fail then offer the 4.20GB full zip..
But where the hell does it download to?

You need the Odin3 v3.13.1 (attached below) to flash it. (Older versions won't work)
Most of you probably already know this but here's a quick tutorial on how to flash the stock rom after you extract the zip file:
1. Reboot into download mode.
- From PC, open cmd -> cd <your adb directory> -> type adb reboot download
- Turn off your phone, hold down Home + Volume Down + Power Button, release the keys once the screen with the "Warning" pops up
2. Open Odin3 3.13.1, go to options and make sure Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time is checked.
3. Connect your device and hit the Volume Up button to start the process.
4. Go back to logs,
- Click BL and select the file starting with BL (wait for the MD5 check to complete)
- Click AP and select the file starting with AP (wait for the MD5 check to complete)
- Click CSC and select the file starting with CSC (wait for the MD5 check to complete)
(Note: Since this device does not have an LTE modem the CP box will remain empty.
You can ignore the file starting with HOME)
5. Hit Start and wait for the process to complete, keep checking the logs, it should not take more than 15 minutes.
6. Once the device restarts you can unplug the USB cable. The device will now perform the final steps of installation and reboot the device once more.
(The device should finish its initial boot in 5-10 mins)
That's it. Not sure if it can be rooted safely at this moment.
Update:
To roll back to 7.0 after flashing this rom flash this rom: 7.0 T580XXS4BRI1 DBT

I have updated to 8.1.0 and now I can not go back to the previous version: Android 6.
Hi. I have updated to 8.1.0 and now I can not go back to the previous version, how can I remove this version 8.1.0? I have tried by all possible means and it has been impossible for me, now I have to have version 8.1.0 with no possibility of putting Android 6 or 7. I am very worried because I can not go back to the previous version. THANK YOU.
My tablet is: Samsung Galaxy tab A 6 (SM-T580)

Simply said, you can't. Samsung bumps the bootloader version with every major OS update, and you can't downgrade bootloader.

Weird. This FW does bump the BL version (last 5 numbers of the bootloader version, OS version, year, month and release: 4CRJ8 means 4th bootloader version, third major OS update (C is the third letter of the alphabet), R means 2018 (R is the 18th letter), J is October (J is the 10th letter), and 8 means it's the 8th build in October). My previous BL was 3, so bumping to 4 means I can't go back. But if there are firmwares with BL version 4, but on older FW, you can go back.
I went back to the latest DBT Nougat ROM, which is 4BRI1. So the latest DBT Nougat ROM also has the 4th bootloader of the series.

Still 32
Does this mean we will still be able to flash TWRP and use arm A-only GSI Roms? Which I can tell is a limited number of Roms.
Edit: I would settle for 32bit if it meant everything works and I can run a Pie GSI Rom.
Solved
Thank you very much everyone for the help offered, I have been able to go back to the Nougat 7 version, the problem is that I installed the Nougat 7-PHE version of Spain and Odin3-v3.13.1 gave me an error, I had to download the 7 Nougat 7.0 -DBT Germany and then install TWRP and I have already recovered my Tablet staying exactly as I had before.:good

After extracting the Oreo update, vendor still resides inside the system image. I answered my own question. The update isn't project treble compatible.

There IS a Treble-ish solution that hacks around Samsung's ****ty implementation and uses /cache as /vendor, but it hasn't been updated to these new binaries. Unfortunately they're still 32-bit, and not many (or pretty much, no) GSI images exist for 32-bit. Samsung is apparently consciously trying to keep us on stock firmware.

I'm currently using it. It's pretty impressive if you think about it. I wonder if we went with the 32bit vendor that everything would work.

Most of the stuff would work, yes, but there's little to no 32-bit GSI images available. I'm not even sure if Treble itself works with 32-bit.

You can, you don't need to update twrp (you will lose it anyway), just flash this through odin.
But you'd be better off updating twrp, and flashing a rooted, de-bloated 8.1 which is flashable through twrp.
It has all the stock features, and it's a bit faster in my experience.
You can find the new twrp and the rom in this thread:

UK version updated this morning( OTA update). November security patch. I am a light user, so havent noticed a huge amount of changes, but two what I have noticed so far. 1. When the charger is plugged in , the charge percentage value is flashed for a few seconds in the middle of the screen. 2. When I play Netflix and press home button, instead of killing netflix, if comes into a small screen in the corner . This is nice... Only worked for netflix though..

Which Color OS Closed Beta version was this build? Also is there a button for local upgrade because when I used versions F.09 and F.11 of closed beta for HD1910, the local upgrade disappeared for me and I had to use MSM Tool to revert to Oxygen OS 11 to reinstall the open beta.

My be its based on hydrogen? I dont know.
Is it from this post:

Either way, I recommend doing a clean installation, because you're going from closed beta to open beta.

Exactly download from this cite. Can U help with clean installation? With steps! Thank U.
I just installed it, it's very smooth & fast, thank you very much!
I've noticed a bug, in the Always-On-Display, the app's icons do not appear, I guess it's not a big deal.
Thank you again.

First, Always do a backup of everything on your phone(Settings > System Settings > Backup and Reset > Backup > Local Backup) and then transfer the backup from phone to PC.
Next, download an MSM Tool from this thread, preferably the latest Oxygen OS one:
Thread '[OP7TPRO][OOS HD01AA | HD01BA] Unbrick tool to restore your device to OxygenOS' https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/op7tpro-oos-hd01aa-hd01ba-unbrick-tool-to-restore-your-device-to-oxygenos.4002909/
and follow instructions to clean install.
If there are issues with screen rotation after clean install, check this thread:
Thread '[Fix] How to fix Rotation Bug when you roll back from colorOS 12.1 to oxygen os 11' https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/fix-how-to-fix-rotation-bug-when-you-roll-back-from-coloros-12-1-to-oxygen-os-11.4448267/
Finally, update to the latest Oxygen OS 11 through OTA, and follow the instructions in my post.
When you boot into ColorOS you can restore using phone clone by copying the backup files back onto your phone, and that's all.

Yep, there are known issues with the Always on display in both the open betas of ColorOS and OxygenOS 12.1 for the OnePlus 7T Pro, developers are working to fix for next patch, maybe in a few weeks.
Also, Oppo has confirmed that stable ColorOS 12.1 for OnePlus 7T Pro will come sometime in August but no specific date.

Truth. On my op7tpro HD1913 EU it works great and this version of IN has unlocked call recording regardless of the region
It is also not true that before installing this open beta rom, you need to update the phone to the latest version of Oxygen 11. I installed it on Oxygen 10.0.14 and did the data format in recovery after installation.
I made debloat - ADB commands - XDA there is a threat easy to find.
Plus AdbAppControl for Win.
Link for info:
System now is very light and smooth
I also on op7tpro HD1913 EU.

All you had to do to get the local update back in the settings was to enable developer options. And flashing closed beta 1 to open beta 1 worked like a charm

How To Guide [UNBRICK]How to flash stock OxygenOS firmware on OnePlus 10R.

NOTE: This method will ONLY If your device is able to boot into fastboot. If you are not able to boot into fastboot you will have to go to a service centre or pay someone to fix your phone remotely.
Prerequisites -
UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER.
You have the latest adb, fastboot & MediaTek drivers installed.
You have the latest platform-tools.
METHOD #1 - USING FASTBOOT ENHANCE.
- With an unlocked bootloader, Fastboot Enhance allows you to flash stock OOS without relocking the bootloader. It can also be used to downgrade your OS without losing data.
- To use it, download the tool from HERE.
- Try to find the latest firmware.
- If your phone is Oneplus Ace then use Ace's ColorOS firmware and then switch to OxygenOS later.
1. Put the phone in fastboot mode by press all three buttons at once (OR try all possible key combinations.) and connect to PC.
2. Launch the Fastboot Enhance app and double-click your connected device.
3. Click the “Reboot to Fastbootd” button.
4. Once in fastbootd, click the Flash Payload.bin button. If you get a warning about cow files, ignore and hit the Yes button.
5. Select the FULL OTA.zip of your choice (incremental patches not allowed.)
6. The app will extract the payload.bin from the full zip and begin flashing automatically.
(Do NOT touch your device or close the app during this time or you risk bricking your device.)
7. Once done flashing, you will get a “Operation completed” dialogue box. Hit Okay and then hit the “Reboot to System” button.
8. DONE.
METHOD #2 - PAY SOMEONE TO FIX YOUR PHONE REMOTELY
- You should find all necessary details here.
- This can cost you about $4 to $20 depending upon who you ask. (This has nothing to do with me, only sharing information.)

Exactly.
Technically, Indian firmware, not Global. 10R is India only device, Ace is China only device.
If your only concern is Russian language, you get that on 10R's firmware.
I bought mine from a local store in my country, partner of Oneplus.
Model is 10R (india) with Global OxygenOs. Of course it have rusian language.
Ace if for China with chinese ColorOS.

You can reinstall ColorOS on your Ace using the exact same method that used to flash 10R's OxygenOS on the Ace. Basically you have to unlock the bootloader, download the Ace's original firmware from https://t.me/s/OnePlusOTA and flash it using Fastboot Enhance.
But personally I don't think there are any reason to prefer Ace's stock ROM, the Chinese version of ColorOS is all bloated with Chinese apps and functions that mostly useless for the rest of the world.

How To Guide How to install ColorOS 13 (Latest Build: Nov 17, 2022)

In this post, I will tell you how to install ColorOS 13 (the sister OS and original version of OxygenOS 13) on the OnePlus 10 Pro!
Download: OnePlus 10 Pro ColorOS 13.0.0 C.23
In order to upgrade to this build successfully, be sure that your device is in the last OxygenOS 12 version (A.17) for the region you are in.
These instructions are only for the OnePlus 10 Pro. Please make sure the battery level is above 30% and a minimum of 6GB of storage space is available (more is definitely preferred ).
Please be sure to back up first.
Indian/EU Version Installation Process
Note: In order to upgrade to this build successfully, be sure that your device is in the latest OxygenOS 12 version (A.17).
Download the latest ROM upgrade zip package from the link above.
Copy the ROM upgrade package to the phone storage.
Go to Settings -> About device -> Version -> Click Build number 7 times and enter the password, now you are in the developer mode.
Go back to Settings -> About device -> Up to date -> Click the top right button -> Local install -> Click on the corresponding installation package -> Extract -> Upgrade -> System upgrade completed to 100%.
After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
Enjoy!
NA Version Installation Process
Note: In order to upgrade to this build successfully, be sure that your device is in the latest OxygenOS 12 version (A.17).
Download the latest ROM upgrade zip package from the specified server.
Copy the Upgrade package to the phone storage.
Install this OPLocalUpdateAPK. You’ll need it to update. Then open the app -> tap the top-right gear icon -> find the upgrade package and tap it -> wait to finish the installation -> tap reboot.
After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
Enjoy!

You've probably never seen it b/c Oneplus/Oppo hasn't released ColorOS globally for Onepus devices. ColorOS 13 is mainly used by Oneplus Phones in China.
Edit: I would also say it is better optimized than OOS 13 b/c it is the original OS that OOS 13 is based on.

I've certainly heard of it but haven't ever thought to commit to install it... If Google play services can be installed then id see it as a custom ROMs of sorts compared to OOS...
How sad android has got when this is what I'd consider a custom ROM.
I may give it a whirl.
When I place the update in the root of my device it says it cant find it ?

I've been considering trying to make a custom rom for the 10 pro as I've done it before for my 7T Pro, but like everyone is saying, the lack of easy access to the MSM tool is just a big obstacle.
very good tutorial
I have a question, I have the oneplus 10 pro just received, it is NE2215 and I have it in version 11.A.17.
I have already downloaded the update with oxigen updater and the file that you recommend for its installation.
My question is, I want to install oxygen 13, if I install I will have oxygen or Coloros? Or since the mobile is the CH version, I cannot install oxygen 13.
I would be very grateful if you can solve this doubt for me, even though it may be an absurd question.
Thank you very much and great job to help

If you want to install OOS 13 you can go for it, ColorOS 13 is just another option. For your questions, yes if you update to ColorOS 13, you won't be able to install OOS 13 unless you roll back to OOS 12 and update to OOS 13.
Ok thank you very much, with the oxygen updater I downloaded this version: NE2215_11_C.21
