If ok post the Miflash log.

Hi! Easiest way to fix this is to download a recovery rom for mi11t pro, boot into TWRP (you can look for it at this forum, no need to flash just fastboot boot into twrp.img) copy the rom.zip into mi 11t pro and install from TWRP. Hope it helps!

Hi, i know is been months since this. But i have sort of the same problem.
I am new user to android and bought a 11t pro, so when following youtube video instructions to instal the twrp recovery into the phone; after it, when trying to restart it, it automatically takes me to the fastboot screen, doesn't matter the combination, it automatically takes me to the fasboot screen. I can access the twrp menu, but nothing else. What i think it happened is that i used a wrong recovery file.
What recovery file should i be using? or how do i remove the twrp to start over again?
it has android 11, global 12.5.10 for what i remember

hi, i followed the instructions on the links you provided. and it turned a little bit worst XD.
when installing the twrp from the link it still leaves me at the fastboot screen, and when trying to enter the twrp menu the touchscreen is disabled.
is there a way to remove the twrp previously installed? or whats the best option here?

can you give me some instructions to flash TWRP on the phone cause i'm kinda new to this stuff
Use latest magsik manger apk extract your boot.img from your stock firmware then patch boot.img using magsik manger then flash the patched boot.img and first of all unlock your bootloader I recommend you use mi unlock sent request for unlocking your bootloader
Unable to install official TWRP in Redmi 8, Miui 11.0.7. It installed. and then vanished when rebooted. and then boot looped. Had to flash original recovery and boot img to reboot.
Had made sure that I didn't boot to system after flashing TWRP. and boot to recovery instead. It flashed okay. Could use the root after installing Magisk. But on reboot, all was gone. Boot looped.
hi bro how did you unlock bootloader on redmi 8 its on 11.0.6.0
Hey people, I have the same problem installing TWRP. When I reboot after installing twrp.img, the recovery mode show me the recovery from the original ROM stock. I made this process hundred of times and gets the same result, original Redmi recovery erase TWRP recovery.

Help - stuck in bootloop -redmi 9

Hey,
I need HELP.
I have Redmi 9. Unfortunately, I do not remember which ROM and which MIUI was installed. I think it was 12 GLOBAL.
I've tried to install TWRP and magisk, though something went wrong and I'm now in bootloop. I can get into fastboot but don't know how to continue from this position,
My thoughts that I've tried to install TWRP or magisk that don't fit to my phone.
Phone is unlocked.
unofficial twrp 3.4.2 Root Xiaomi Redmi 9 (Lancelot) claims to be a working TWRP and instructions for installing Magisk. (I don't have the phone, so I can't test it.)

well your best bet is to download the stock rom and flash it with sp flash tool using the brom bypass, only thing you have to know is which exact miui version you had, otherwise if you have an unlocked bootloader you don't have to worry that much as it will not harm your phone

Yes. I patched my boot.img with magisk, then flashed it using "fastboot flash boot_ab magisk_patched(boot.img file name).omg"
Caveat: I bricked my device like many others after unlocking the bootloader and flashing xiaomi.eu ROM. I had to have a authorized EDL account holder flash a factory ROM (in my case I had a China variant flashed with the Global ROM), after which I flashed xiaomi.eu latest stable ROM and then rooted it.
does google pay still work after root?

I flashed it separately on the second attempt for 12.5.3. The first time I tried flashing the patched boot.img I was greeted with an error.
Hi! I have the latest xiaomi eu weekly installed (21.6.23) as well as unofficial twrp.
I would like to root the phone with magisk, but I don't understand a few things.
Magisk manager require patching the boot.img file from the zip firmware.
I can not just simply install magisk zip file in twrp to root mi11 ultra?
If not, I understand that I have to patch the boot.img- but do I have to do it every time I want to install update of the latest xiaomi.eu firmware?
The second question is about data.
Am I loosing the data by rooting the device by this method?
EDIT:
Ok, I managed. So those are the steps that I did:
I unpacked the boot.img from the xiaomi.eu firmware in my phone. Then I patched the file, and copy this file to the adb installation folder of my pc.
Later it's easy- usb debugging needs to be active in developer options, then connect your phone by the cable to your pc, accept usb debugging in your phone, start CMD in the adb folder in your pc and write the command:
fastboot flash boot_ab nameofthefilewhatmagiskgenerated.img
then
fastboot reboot
And done, root works. Data are untouched.
I did it easier, boot into twrp and flash magisk.zip done
Also I'm on official EEA firmware, with original stock recovery, so doesn't matter what rom you use. On xiaomi EU you don't even need adb because you already have twrp injected
Is there anything to worry about when you update the phone while having root access?
Is the following order right?
1) update Rom over twrp and delete dalvik&cache
2)flash magisk.zip again
3)boot into system
Right ?
I have the latest EU Rom 12.5.7...
Just take this bat with decrypted Star twrp 3.5.1
unzip and klick Install-Star.bat
fastboot boot star.img are the commands in there

Question [Solved] Mobile won't boot anymore ! :/

Hi guys, i just flashed (with a light wipe) the last rom for my Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra (obtained on the update section of parameters) and i first lost all my config.
So, i decided to restore the backup i made just before flashing and here is the drama, it boot directly into TWRP and i can't seem to find my storage anymore (tried file manager)
TWRP also tells me that no OS is installed, please help, i'm desperate
I think the first step is to recover access to internal sdcard, and maybe then i can restore a backup
Thank you !
simply, Fastboot and install official rom using mi flash tool.
thats one of the penalties you'd pay of installing eu rom.

Thank you very much, sir !
Will try this and post the result, maybe with a little tuto if it's not already everywhere ^^
So, tried 5 times and not once a good result, the better i can obtain is 12.5.7.0 global working, flashed with xiaomitool. TWRP ok, and i will try Magisk next.
Every other tries solded by an sdcard/os/data loss T_T
That's a mystery. I ran on 12.5.17.0 all fine before this incident and i cannot get it work anymore :/
I obtained rom from https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=321331
TWRP from https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=14943124697586336381

The problem with global is it seems to be greatly outdated (patch from 2021.09, that's a huge security risk to be months backward nowadays, let aside bug correction, new functionnality, etc)
I can't seem to find a more recent global version (updater within settings tells me there's no more up to date version).
Do someone have an idea, please ? :/
What i'm doing :
1. put device on fastboot mode
2. launch xiaomitool and flash 12.5.7.0 global rom
3. reboot into fastboot
4. launch xiaomi unlock and unlock device
5. boot TWRP with fastboot boot twrp.img in cmd (command returned all ok)
6. into "soft" TWRP, One Key Inject TWRP
7. into "hard" TWRP > install and give it the .zip rom file
8. after the rom installed, all broken again :/
Hi,
there is no TWRP-ROM available for the Ultra - it's still in fastboot-ROM phase.
Flash via fastboot. Unlocking is just needed once until relocking with orig. ROM.
(Optionally) Copy boot.img from ROM-folder to phone.
Use Magisk to patch boot.img
Flash patched boot.img to boot_a and boot_b via fastboot.
Wait until TWRP-compatible-zip's for the Ultra to begin to appear.

You're telling me that i can, from my 12.5.7.0 global, patch the boot.img (90mb) from the 12.5.20.0 eu with magisk, flash this with fastboot and that it will work ?
Seems too wonderfull to be true XD
EDIT:
My bad, you said "optionnally", not "alternatively"
So, i'm stuck here, i don't know and can't seem to find the fastboot cmd to install the xiaomi eu rom in .zip format
Do you know it please ?
In all the 11 Ultra A12 weekly EU ROMs, the format is fastboot only. Just extract the .zip file to a folder on your desktop, connect your phone in fastboot mode, power on and vol down and then click on the update bat file. If your coming from a different branch, click on the update and format bat file ( the bat files will be in the upper most extracted folder). It is a simple as that .

Not 100% sure but it's probably because your device is encrypted which is the default behavior of miui when you setup your lockscreen method.

It is better to enter the password every time as this will enhance your security in case you lose your phone they won't find the password is decrypted therefore they can't access your data.
But still there is another way they might access your data and that if your bootloader is unlocked usually the best way to protect yourself is to leave the password in twrp and lock your bootloader.

What issues? Could you be more specific? I have both and I don't have any issues...
i have Tried as below:
Option1: Tried to boot Twrp after that go to Advanced > Flash Current TWRP > Done Magisk was missing so flashed Magisk from Twrp.
Not booting on system
Option2: Flashed TWRP on SLOT A & SLOT B and now messed up
This unofficial version of TWRP + Magisk root seems to cause network problems for me as the mobile connection dropped from 4G(LTE) to 2G(EDGE).
Using Magisk root without TWRP works like a charm.
Anyone else facing this issue?
I flashed the latest magisk on this TWRP and no problem facing.

Greetings.
Amazing, however, I want to know whether this works for the Xiaomi 11T or not.

It won't as it might brick your phone so make sure you install this in 11T Pro (vili) not 11T (agate)
Good morning, I use it with the 11t Pro, and no problem! great everything.
But now they updated to Android 12 and Miui 13, and it doesn't work anymore...
The developer will update the recovery to work on android 12??
First of all, thank you very much for the hard work you do.

Hello,
So i flashed TWRP and it all worked fine but now I can't install any stock rom anymore. I always get the "Antirollback check error".

i got help from the discord server and here's what i did:
> launched TWRP > Advanced > ADB Sideload
> installed the newest platform-tools on my PC
> then flashed a recovery rom with version 12.5.10
>> NOTE: if it crashed at 47% - 49% that's fine, it's an ADB bug so 47 - 49 means 100%
> rebooted to system
