Touch is non working properly - Redmi 9C Questions & Answers

My redmi 9c touch is unresponsive some times, does downgrading fix this?
Or any solution?

Same issue in my Redmi 9c.
I think it is hardware issue not software.

Mi 8 does not turn off or reboot after some hours turned on

I'm having the same problem in all versions. After running on the phone some hours, if you try to reset or power off the phone, it doesn't turn off at all. The screen goes off but the phone is still on. It keeps working. It can be tested turning on flashlight and powering off or resetting it, the flashlight doesn't turn off. It does not turn on again until you force reset by pressing a while the power button. I think it's related to the GPS problem, after some hours the GPS stops working, and this problem also appears.
Looks like I have the same problem.

I think its a firmware issue, because I'm not the only one affected by this problem. Two friends on miui 9 and me on miui 10...
Nvm got the same bug.
I've installed with miflash latest miui 10 global beta, ant the problem is still here. I've found this problem only when gps stops working

If I want to reboot the phone after a few hours he won't reboot and the screen stays black very annoying problem.
Same problem with last miui 10 eu
Dont have this problem on official global beta miui 8.8.7, sounds like software related issue to me rather than a hardware problem;
Yes, I think this because before unlock the bootloader and flash the miui 10 Eu i dont have this problem
Seems that this problem is fixed with the last miui 10 Eu 8.8.9

Very strange problem

Hi guys, I have a strange problem with my other Mi 8.
A week ago the screen suddenly turned off while device was still on, so I could connect it to pc and transfer files or listen sound from device. I flashed it through fastboot to stock rom but I didn't solve the problem. After 7 days, the screen turned on and it seems working fine. I think it's not a software problem cause I flashed it, but it can't be a hardware problem cause now it works...
It's a Mi 8 China version, unlocked by unofficial way with global ROM installed: should I unlock it officially? Could be this the problem?
What do you think about? Thank you.

[HELP] Redmi K20 Pro gets automated rebooted

My Redmi K20 Pro gets automated rebooted while using the phone. I am using "Evolution X" Custom Rom on my Redmi K20 Pro. Can anyone please give me solution of this issue? TIA
Back up everything you need. Restore MIUI and see if the problems persists. If it does, it's most likely a hardware problem.
If you have no issue with MIUI, reinstall Evo X. If the problem doesn't return, you've fixed it. If it returns, choose a different ROM.
