fastboot mode and recovery both are not working

hello sir,
I have Lenevo zuk z2 pro
when I blocked the bootloader with coustom recovery and miui 10 rom
Since then it has been restarting frequently and is not running in fastboot mode
please sir help mehow to recover my phone

Locked to official Rom K20 Pro

Hello everybody.
Today i have miui global 11.0.3.0. When i try to flash a custom Rom with TWRP Recovery (AOSP, Xiaomi.eu...) , my phone is lock to Recovery (TWRP Raphaël) I have a bootloop. I can fash Miui official and boot to fastboot (miuiflashtool) to restaure my phone.
Why i can't flash another Rom ? Can you help me ?

Im trying to install twrp on my mi9tpro so i can install the xiaomi eu rom, but its not working and i dont know what i can do more, already unlocked the phone with mi unlock. Installed twrp after but it will still open normal mi recovery? Can someone pls help.

Hey did anyone find any working twrp for poco m2 shiva. I tried the one a unofficialtwrp.com and it gets stuck in bootloop. Anyone got any lucK?

hey @everyone i cant install the twrp on my dipper. its china rom and downgrade to 9.5.13.0 global rom 8.1 oreo. i tried flashify/fastboot its say success but when i tried to boot custom recovery. the default recovery will show. do i need to flash the latest firmware before flashing the recovery ? can anyone help me i will realy appriciate noob here thank you.
