Question Bricked phone after MIUI 13 Update. Is there a way to backup through ADB? - Redmi Note 10S

Greetings everyone,
I'm pretty new here to XDA and really hope you can help me out with this.
I've had my Redmi Note 10S for about a year now and well I think Xiaomi hates me now.
Recently when I went to Pisa for a holiday, my phone bricked after updating to MIUI 13.
It's stuck at the Redmi logo and will only lower brightness a little bit after it then reboot, recovery mode works but if I try reboot it's the same stuff and it won't even boot into safe mode.
I haven't modded the phone in any way but yea it literally bricked after the first reboot.
I have no backups (both Mi Cloud and GDrive and no local) but really need to try to copy files from rom to pc.
There's some important stuff that I've stored as screenshots and really need to get em.
There's a few things I want to make clear though:
-Again, phone was not modded in any way and no root/custom rom was on it
-Only updated through the actual GUI and downloaded the update like normal
-USB Debugging is enabled
-Bootloader is not enabled
-Only device with Debug permissions with my phone is a goddamn Oculus Quest 1 (don't ask me why but yea it's the only one that I had connected with it)
If someone knows in any way if I can recover my stuff through ADB on an android like device (my Quest 1) lemme know, if there's other ways please lemme know as well.
If there's no way that I can do it...well I'll just hope that wiping it fixes the issue.
Already tried contacting a Mi Authorized Center and the Xiaomi Italian Phone Number, they both said they won't be able to legally recover my data due to privacy reasons and gave me the middle finger by saying I should have paid for storage on Mi Cloud (outside of one guy on Live Chat that was actually very helpful even tho he said basically the same thing).
Sorry for the long post but please I need help.
Thanks in advance

you can just flash the fastboot firmware with miflashtool and select the option to save user data and the device wil get the new firmware without lose your valuable data in the process

As long as you are pretty sure you're stuck and have a useless device, then you may as well try a retail version and re-customize it from there. A quick search showed this as a possible source for you (asia-aust v) http://firmware.center/firmware/Motorola/Moto X (2013)/Stock/XT1052/ for 5.1.
RSDLite it and good luck. Don't forget to backup anything you want saved from the /sdcard/* world, if you can still access it. The stock .XML file will blow that stuff away.

I re-read the thread and realized that I'm so used to people mis-using phrases like hard-bricked around here.. I figured that if you were even able to contemplate trying to somehow flash the partitions.fbn , that you must have some way into bootloader. My mistake. Sorry about that.
I've seen a couple of supposed ways (well, the JTAG way probably works if you want to go through that mess) for the moto-x when the bootloader is "gone". Another exploit for that for the Moto-X supposedly is to flash a blank bootloader. If I find any of the old threads on that, I'll post links. OK: For example, here's some old post with working links for the oddball f/w & drivers needed to do it. It's sort of a JTAG method without bothering with the JTAG H/W. It's also for a different model moto-x but I doubt that matters. Here's a link: http://www.usoftsmartphone.com/t300062.html

Its never bricked, i have flashed the wrong things before and screwed everything up just like you have and seen that exact same screen. You need to keep researching and reading. There never fully bricked.

Well, can you boot to it? If you can, mount USB, copy a ROM on the phone and try reflashing it.
If all else fails, boot to fastboot and sideload a whole new OxygenOS ROM.

Question cant get back yo stock from pixel experience ?

can someone help pleasae , i have pixel experience on my redmi note 10 pro and trying to go back to stock but its failing . when tring miflash the progress bar speeds to green in like 1 second and nothing is flashed and mi pc suite cant detect phone
whats best way to get back to stock please
Simple, do the same as for every other custom rom. Put your Stock rom on your sdcard and go into recovery(process as usual a full wipe), then install stock rom. You have to install TWRP/Pixel-Recovery again ofc.
Sorted it now . Thanks anyway . I had to delete a few lines of a batch file that was preventing rollback and did it in miflash

Xiaomi has implemented anti rollback to prevent switching to old builds. Recovery ROMs don't have this safety check but fastboot ROMs do have. Bypassing this might brick the device like many Note 5 pro owners bricked their devices by flashing older recovery rom which bypassed the safety check. If they'd have flashed fastboot rom their devices could have been saved.

Different question: Did you like the custom pixel rom? Is it worth to change it or should stick to stock rom? What issues you found there?
It's a good ROM the pixel ROM . Nothing up with it at all . I just felt I'd keep it stock . I didn't encounter any problems with it. Each to there own as they say . You may love it . Plenty of tutorials on YouTube reviewing it on note 10 pro

Yes, fine. ARB index should either be same or greater. Since it was same you're safe. All's fine. But be sure to check that index before doing this.
Thanks for that pal
ARB is not present with custom rom (aosp and miui) right ?

Question Fingerprint not working after using MSM tool NE2215

Hi,
I have a question about my OnePlus 10 pro. Some guy helped me revive my OnePlus through MSM tool after I bricked it flashing konabess overclock. It got me into crashdump. After a reboot, I got a fingerprint registration problem and wasn't able to register one ever since. As soon as I try to register one, it vibrates and doesn't show up any fingerprint icon at all. What can I do about this??
Phone used to be NE2213.
nothing. you may have lost your persist.img file. i don't believe that is recoverable using MSM. only if you have a backup.

I've had the same thing occur.
Unfortunately there's no recovery so you can't reset file that controls these items.
The only thing you can do now is perform a Local re-flash or update.
Reply to this if you need the files to do so.

One thing I forgot to mention is that you need to have your ROM version correct
- India ROM
- EU Rom

If the version I've provided ( World ROM) does not work for you, simply download the correct one, and follow the same steps.

I know what the issue is now, the persist.img is corrupted due to konabess overclock installation. This can only be recovered through another OnePlus 10 pro of the same model it's persist.img file you need to extract and flash it on the corrupted OnePlus to get it working again, the guy is going to share me a file soon. As soon as I'll get it, i might be the first one with the file for the OnePlus 10 pro. I'll share it here

I now read again and find out malfunction of your device is not caused by konabess overclocking but by MSM tool downloading. Konabess overclocking will only modify the boot partition so it has nothing to do with the persist partition. The latter was broken as you downloaded a full rescue package with a invalid persist image.

You mistake was using OOS12. When you are switching from COS to OOS or vice-versa the version you are switching to must be newer than your current version.
