I cant unlock the bootloader - Moto G9 Plus Questions & Answers

Hello friends, i get scam buying a moto g9 plus used.
first they change the imei of the phone and second the screen, because the setting were i tested the phone i cant really see the stupid high contrast of the screen, in the end i come home and tried to unlock the bootloader and get this:
fastboot oem get_unlock_data:
(bootloader) Failed to get unlock data.
OKAY [ 0.013s]
Finished. Total time: 0.014s
When i try to flash a rom with the lenovo suit i get the imei of this phone is not of compatible or using the imei of my other motorola i get in fastboot mode (bot motorla are zt2087-1) the build of phone is more blah we cant flash, i was trying ODESSA_RETAIL_RPAS31.Q2_59_17_4_3_8_ the same as my other g9 plus, but the phone have ODESSA_RETAIL_RPAS31.Q2-59-17-4-5-1 and this is not even the newer.... of eu rom but the assistant don't wanna flash it.
i try using comand line via fastboot and i gat this:
{

}
Even using the same stock rom or another more new i get the same result, well with the other rom my phone dont work and i need to flash the rom ODESSA_RETAIL_RPAS31.Q2-59-17-4-5-1 again.

i lose the imei in the processes. lo.

welp i think this gonna have no solutions, i talked with the official support of motorola in my city and they dont wanna give me any solution, so no rooting to me....

at last my saga have sweet end, i leave my g9 plus with cid 0x00000 and i can unlock the bootlader after being scammed, the official support of motorola can repair the digital signature, if your device is not ban or stolen they would do it is not free her cost me 15usd.
At last a happy ending.

after FRP removal have you tried to do a factory reset? This might help you. Another this is maybe your sim is no longer good.

What did you do to restore network? I've lost my imei after flashing lineageOS, i think I wiped data partition via TWRP prior. I might have overridden frp and rebooted to no signal. Thanks.

HELP !BootLoop after Modem Downgrade HELP!

Hi there XDAs members. I got into big trouble with a Moto E5 XT1921-6 from Verizon Wireless
I unlocked this device a few months ago. But after the Feb 21st 2019 Security patch update, the network was locked again. So I was trying to downgrade (don't laugh please, I give it a shoot) the security patch, I tried to downgrade the Modem, and I made this operations at Fastboot Mode:
Fastboot oem fb_mode_set
Fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
Fastboot flash gpt gpt.mbn
Fastboot erase modemst1
Fastboot erase modemst2
Fastboot -w
Fastboot fb_mode_clear
But my big mistake is that I installed the modem from a Cricket Firmware accidentally.
And I know that Verizon devices are bootloader locked, so I think this makes worst my situattion.
Before all of this I get the Firmware information of this device:

I can't find this Firmware to reinstall it again. I downloaded Firmware Upgrade Utility from Verizon for MOtorola Devices, but I cant Reinstall the firmware. It detects the phone but it doesn't gives me the option to reinstall the firmware.
I was wondering if I get another exactly device, if I can extract via Fastboot this partitions, and reinstall them into my device.
Any idea is welcome :victory:

Use the lenovo/motorola smart assistant to get the necessary firmware for your device. Just do a google search for the program then download it and follow the on screen instructions.

Could try
Code:
fastboot oem fb_mode_set
fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
Reboot bootloader
Then flash recommended flash commands from flashfile.xml

Thanks.
I am sending the device to online retailer to claim warranty. Hopefully they will fix it. If they don't fix it. I'll try this and everything else.
How do I put Device in EDL mode.
When I try 'fastboot reboot emergency' command in fastboot mode it just reboot and shows no valid OS screen.
Will microUSB EDL cable with Type-C adapter Work

Fastboot edl command won't work with locked bootloader.
Edl cable might work, but not sure.

moto g9 plus odessa hardbricked totally no edl no fastboot

Hi good day, i flashed pixelExperience UNOFFICIAL ROM last week but i found a bug that wifi kept disconnecting so I wanted to return back to stock so I did the process to go back to stock, and everything was fine until i decided to relock the bootloader, the phone got stuck at a screen that said "Operating system not valid this device wont boot" <--- it was something like that, i dont remember so I inmediately went to fastboot mode and try to reflash the rom but everything I tried to do didn't work because it kept asking me that my bootloader needed to be unlock by going to system usb debugging etc, but how would I do that if the phone was already stuck at fastboot, then i thought I don't know twhy I got the stupid idea that running "fastboot erase all" command would help me, so yes I ran that command and guess what the phone got much worse than it already was
now i can't do anything I've searched on a lot of forums and nothing seems to work I heard that using a blankflash would help me the thing is no matter the command i run it will always sends me back to fastboot mode I tried moto rescue and didn't work as well I've heard that EDL mode but phone keeps going to fastboot or maybe I'm doing something wrong, please help me!!!!
this is what fastboot getvar all shows
