Question Vertical black line in camera of redmi note 10s - Redmi Note 10S

I am facing black in the camera app of my redmi note 10s. This appears in both viewfinders and also in photo after I click it. I also tried different apps also. Please help me to fix this issue, this is so weird.

Test all of your cameras through CIT.
Go to settings, about, all specs, locate kernel version and tap 5 times on it. Scroll to the cameras and test them each individually and see which one is making the problem.

Regarding social media links please observe that as an exemption from the last bullet of rule no. 5 of the XDA Forum Rules, we grant only developers the privilege to share references to their social media in their own development threads and if thorough support is provided in the thread. These conditions obviously don't apply to you. Additional information is also available here:

OnePlus 6T Discord

Hey everyone,
got the 6T pretty much on release date and I love it so far.
Previously had the OnePlus 2, which had, or rather still has a very nice and active community on Discord. I tried to find one for the 6T, but there was nothing on google or the search here on XDA (if there is one already, please tell me and I'll just edit this and join that one).
So I decided I'll just create my own: MOD EDIT: LINK REMOVED
If you have any suggestions let me know either here, or in a discord pm.
(also if this is not allowed, please tell me and I'll delete the thread, but I didn't find anything in the rules.)
Per the forum rules promoting social media is not allowed on XDA:
Self-promotion is forbidden, this includes blogs, social media and video channels etc. Random links will be removed.

You are a bad mod if i am being honest with you
1. You are using incorrect reasons in your mod message
2. Rule 5 is "Create a thread topic or post a message only once, this includes external links & streaming media." last bullet point is
Self-promotion is forbidden, this includes blogs, social media and video channels etc. Random links will be removed
Which does not apply to me since i am sharing news, in the news channel, its not owned or affilited with me, i am not promoting it, i am only sharing a rom which people have done without any issues before. THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT GRANTING THE "PRIVILAGE" TO DEVELOPERS IN THE RULES
3. Yes IMEI changing is illegal IF ITS NOT YOUR IMEI

Mam, Sir!
I appreciate that you help me to correctly read the rules of this private website. And it's correct, you initially posted the thread in the Guides, News, & Discussion section. That section contains two stuck threads that are actually meant to be read and acknowledge prior to any posting. One of them deals with Telegram:
WhatsApp / Telegram Chat Channels - Way Forward
Please read the content by clicking on the following link: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/3769646/
forum.xda-developers.com
and it directs to nothing else then that we only accept Telegram links by a developer in his own development thread:
WhatsApp / Telegram Chat Channels - Way Forward
Why was your Telegram/WhatsApp group/channel thread closed? Well, it's just becoming too much. Going forward, we will only allow only one Telegram/WhatsApp link in a development thread by the ROM developer provided thorough support is still...
forum.xda-developers.com
And it doesn't matter if you own or are affiliated with a Telegram channel or not. If the developer teams of the two OS you've mentioned decided for whatever reasons not to publish their work on XDA, why should we allow XDA to be a platform to promote their social media?
And as a user who just joined XDA today - and I hope you'll always receive here the support and assistance that you require or even better publish your own development here, you probably don't know yet that Telegram is not accepted on XDA as a filehost because a download of a ROM would require a registration on Telegram.
Last but not least: I've not had the impression that you shared news but raised a question: "Both have android 12, has anyone tried these?"

I don't know how long you monitored XDA as a guest before you decided to register this account today. If you're a long-time guest you've certainly realised that we allow support for the restoration or call it repair of the original IMEI of a device. By the way, it's not your IMEI it's the one of the specific device.
And this is what you've stated in the thread that I've closed:
I could maybe use my imei from my other phone which is redmi note 9?

Your question is a clear indication to start a discussion not about repair/restoration of the original IMEI of the device but to seek guidance about how to replace the IMEI of one device with the IMEI of another device.
I hope I was able to shed some light on your concerns.

I am sorry for being mad at you in my first post, for me the first emotion i feel to anything is anger, i am aware thats a bad way to live and i am working on it, i am aware that doesnt excuse my actions and i really am sorry. About the IMEI change, i have asked if there was a way to repair IMEI, and if there wasnt if i could change it to mine, i am now aware that is wrong and i shouldnt have done. I have nothing else to say for my other post as you are completely right about them. Once again i am sorry for being rude to you and being a nuisance. You are a good mod and i shouldnt have said that you arent based off of one post

Easier way to make in-app purchases

I have a game posted on google play and now I get emails every day from a customer about not being able to make in-app purchases for $50 - $100.
I have researched and contacted customers and know that most of the customers who can't buy packages from $ 50 - $ 100 are using new devices to log in to their gmail accounts for 2-3 days.
So I would like your opinion on how to make the device reliable enough within 2-3 days to be able to purchase high value in-app packages without errors.

Question GCAM Port

Do you have a working Gcam for the S23? Has anyone tried it?
Shouldn't the ones from S22 work for us, too?
AFAIK we have the same camera setup
which works with s22? S22 uses exynos chipset, s23 only snapdragon...
I suppose that counts too.

Only in some regions the S22 had Exynos. Other regions had the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
I haven't checked the S22 / S22+ subforum.
Will probably do that later

It is too soon to have Gcam for a device that is launched this month!

Apk name LMC8.4_R8_samsung.apk : Official page
Profile used is the one from synapseburned: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...cam-for-the-s22-sd-base.4410035/post-86678301
I have it working on my standard s23

Thanks for the update, I install this soon as I get the S23 in my hands. I love Gcam!
I couldn't make it work, app crashes immediately. I've tested all 8.4 versions.
It works for me, but I'm not sure I want to use it I have to do some tests.

Long press the GCam Icon and start in Selfie or Video mode.
Then Import the correct config file.
After the import, the app runs fine.
Thank you sir, it worked

You are welcome
You can try out different configs etc.
So far I am just using the linked one from Synapsed with R15.
It works (all cameras) but I dont know if I like it more or not.
I need to see more opinions/review from more experienced people.

I don't have a problem with the shutter speed, and it seems to me that it is slower with Gcam
