my moto e5 plus identifies itself as hannah even though it should identify as rhannah. also installing roms for the rhannah doesn't work due to this miss identification. any help?

I would not do that as it could mess up your phone.
I have the qualcomm unlocked moto e4 plus (XT1775). I am now on sprint and want to get wifi calling and VoLTE. Can I just flash the official sprint firmware?

do I have to unlock the bootloader 1st and then flash it I just don't wanna brick my moto x4 any help would be much help please respond fast bc I wanna get it working right on project fi bc it's not switching to us cellular on the amazon rom
The Amazon variant of the X4 cannot be unlocked, and cannot accept a different variants firmware, unfortunately...
