Hello there🖐️I own an Oppo Find X3 Pro (model CPH2173), the phone was purchased from Italy in summer of 2021.Since November/December 2021 I haven't received any security updates. I tried all kinds of methods, VPNs, factory reset, but nothing worked. Also tried that oficial Oppo's software, still nothing.
Currently the phone has Android 11 based on ColorOS 11.2. Btw I live in Romania (Est Europe), I use the phone with a romanian SIM card.
Any idea what I should do to get software updates?
I can install an update manually if anyone got a download link.
P.S.: I saw someone from Morocco with the exact same problem as mine, but I think that post was deleted.

Hi. I have a VODAFONE oppo RENO 4 PRO 5g, CPH2089VF_11_A_46. I have followed this magnificent tutorial and switch to Europe EUEX (DUAL SIM) and now I have CPH2089VF_11_A_46. Well I get debrand it. But now I use VPN connected to italy and no update software.... In Italy the Reno 4 PRO have ANDROID 11. I thought that before I did not get update with VPN because it was from vodafone but now with Europe EUEX (dual SIM) I don't get it either.... i tried with vpn France, germay, Uk..... no sofware update....
For example in Egypt RENO 4 PRO have Android 11. If I swift to Egypt EG, Would the update to android 11 work, right?
but then, I But then I couldn't re-used unlock tool again to switch back to Europe EUEX (dual sim), right ?

Thank you. The problem is that the latest build from Oppo is CPH2089_11_A.36 and now i have CPH2089_11_A.46 so when i try install it i receive an error message: "The installed Version is lower than current version"

With all respect, the RENO 4 pro forum is empty, nobody can help me there. And I'm not asking about a Samsung, I'm asking about an Oppo Reno 4 Pro whose operation in this case is the same as that of the find x2 pro. I don't think it bothers anyone. Do you think it would be better not to help me by being strict with the rules?

First of all - sorry for poor English
I'm from Poland and I've recently bought brand new Huawei P30 Pro (not from official store).
I was trying to get update from EMUI 9.1.0.156 to latest version, but my phone couldn't find one.
I went to Huawei site and asked on a chat for help. I've got information, that phone i bought is from german distribution and this may cause problems with update.
Is there any way to update my phone?
Clearing cache and update data didn't solved my problem, erecovery and Hisuite too.

EEA

hello guys my oppo find x3 pro still on android 11 color os 11.2 Build number CPH2173_11_A.26 my device purchased from Italy but i live in morroco . I tried The VPN method but nothing i contact the support of oppo italy and says that i have to go to italy for updating my device plus oppo morroco says that this modele is not officially in morroco .
please anyone have a solution because already the color os 13 for this device is started .
I also had similar problems with updates, i installed Psiphon_Pro VPN and redirected to France, then it instantly seen my updates, after Android 12 / ColorOS12, i did not need any more VPN, you could try this

i tried this vpn but nothing my friend i don't know what is the problem is not a demo device is official do you try any specific method with vpn or you switch normally to France
When i started the app, i pressed stop, selected the server i wanted, pressed start again
The phone will notify me of using VPN, then i went to check for updates and found it
I suggest to read more thread and after a couple of days (3-4 days) until the device pops on the oppo servers, to try again with different countries (France Italy Span etc etc)
