Do you get notifications when dark mode is enabled? On all my phones I set the dark mode to turn on automatically after sunset, but on the Vivo X90 Pro+ no notifications appear, so I am forced to use light mode all the time

Notifications in dark mode don't work for me either. I have tested in the stock launcher and in nova (notifications only work in light mode). On the other hand, even in stock mode, the badges only work in a few apps. I use nova in light mode to have at least the notification badges in all apps.

It would appear the culprit was "sleep mode". It can be found in Settings>Battery>More settings, and at the bottom you should see the Sleep mode. Disable it and now you should be able to get notifications with dark mode enabled!
edit: spoke too soon... ((

Turn off battery percentage AOD

Hi!
I'n a proud Note8 owner (what a phone!!), but I have a question.
I like the Always On Display but I don't like the battery percentage. Is there a way you can disable it?
I've checked some skins but they are all with a battery percentage ;(
Hi.. You have to disable it in the Statusbar then it would also
disappear in AOD.

I managed to get rid of battery percentage on my Exynos Oreo Note 8 AOD by using substratum (with system mod by draco) and the andromeda client to get it working with oreo
Do you have a guide to do that?
Thanks in advance

Follow the instructions.. you'll need to install the desktop client for andromeda and run it in windows while your phone is in debugging mode.

I did install andromeda desktop client. Also Installed system Mods bydraco
After running the desktop client the "substratum" opens. Then I select System mods -> enable "Always On Display" -> Select OREO Remove Battery -> I press Build & Enable
Then it prompts that Theme compilation completed with no errors.
Even after restarting the phone... AOD battery is still there
Doesnt work with oreo. I hate to see it on aod screen.
And after install it, how to uninstall this AODnoBattery mod apk?

[Android 8.1] Pixel 2 XL Launcher + Google Feed

Hey guys! Me again... lol
I thought some of you would like to have the latest Launcher from the Pixel 2 XL like me... It works with the latest Android 8.1 that Google just released for our phone. All you need to do is download the apk and move it in /system/app/ and changed the permissions to "RW-R-R" with your favorite root explorer! Once you've done that you will have to reboot your device and you'll be good to go! Everything works flawlessly. Notification dots are working and you can also change the icons shape etc... Anyways, Here's the link:

Guess op might have to post it somewhere else like android file host or mega. Google is saying it's in violation of their terms. They might not like us using it on lower nexus devices.

Good lock 2018

Good Look is back for Samsung smartphones!
https://www.sammobile.com/2018/06/15/samsungs-good-lock-app-is-back-again-and-it-looks-great/
but currently available only in Korea and no APK :crying:

Thanks for the apks
Every app works except goodlock... How do I access the star named apps?
Official link: http://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.goodlock
Android Authority article with single APK: https://www.androidauthority.com/sa...p-876635/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=gplus
The single APK opens the app to an all white page at the moment and it won't let me update it since it's not yet officially supported. I heard that the 9 apks will get it to work, but im too lazy to download so many apks for just one app to work.

Guys all you have to do is ...
1. download all apks and install them
2. Downlaod and install Nova luancher
3 . In the home screen make a new widget and choose "Activity" then choose the apks that you downloaded
4. Now you have them as seperate apps :fingers-crossed:

[Pie] Remove Dual Clock Lockscreen V300L

Required ROOT
1 Replace system Roaming app with Roaming OREO version.
2 Using Dual Clock remover apk, can download apk from google.
- OREO roaming apk: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-iayVGEuqjRJyHuEKd7pDEL55Fc0eccz/view?usp=drivesdk
Here some step, I've tried.
I've used ES File manager pro for this process.
- uninstall Roaming app (System app) [backup before uninstall]
- copy LGRoamingSettings apk to /system/product/priv-app/LGRoamingSettings. Then change permission to "-rw-r--r--"
- Restart the phone
- install Dual Clock remover apk, open the app and click second option then untick the first one to remove roaming clock.
- install Roaming app that had backup in first step.
Done!
Now you can remove dual clock on lock screen on Stock Pie even no root.
Just use this adb command:
Code:
shell settings put secure roaming_dualclock 1
Done
finally..a guide that truly works for stock pie?
Love you. I come a long way rooting the V300L just to back to stock and remove the clock. How funny.

I'll give this a go and report back for science!
