Cyberpunk 77 Theme in Redmi 9C MIUI 12.0.22 - Redmi 9C Questions & Answers

I installed MIUI Theme Editor, downloaded the .mtz file CyberOOS V12 and went to "browse", selected the .mtz archive and installed it. It works fine in my Redmi, but when I leave it there after a time it switches back to the classic theme. tried installing MIUI custom font because a troubleshoot video told it could be a incompatible font, but it didn't even show any font(I think the CyberOOS V12 doens't change the font). Can somebody help me? I really want to keep using the Cyberpunk Theme.

Dialer NOT themeing correctly in MIUI

I am running techno-update's MIUI port, and whenever I install a theme the dialer will not get themed correctly. It will have the background around it as if MIUI doesn't recognize the dialer. Is there a fix to this and how can I apply it? Please and thank you!

there was a zip, just found this thread and wouldn't normal comment, but just thought I would say that sparkyman makes some great MIUI overclocked D3 roms.

Theme auto changing

Hi,i have download miui theme editor app and installed 9t pro explorer edition themes, one in blue color and one in red color in my 9t pro android 10 miui 11
The theme is installed and works for one hour only, after one hour, the theme automatically changes to default themes.
Any way to fix this? Help please
Are you installing themes that are available on the theme store or some other source but installed via the theme app? If it's the latter, the themes will automatically change. If you've installed a theme directly available on the theme store, then they'll stick around.

Dual Punch Hole Theme for China Rom

I have a Redmi K30 with a China Rom and i can't use the Android Q Stock V11 theme to remove the black mask between the 2 selfie cameras. The Themes app won't let me apply the theme. BUT, i edited the theme using MIUI Theme Editor and it works! Open Theme Editor app, browse and select Android Q Stock V11, edit the theme's title, author, and designer info then save the theme. It works on the China rom K30.

This doesn't work anymore. Miui keeps resetting the themes to default after some time and it's utterly annoying. I'm just gonna flash eu rom once the warranty runs out. Plus it only worked in portrait mode, in landscape mode the cutout is still pill-shaped.

Have you gotten any other solution? Because i'm using EU rom and it doesn't have any option to enable the dual punch holes.

How is flashing eu ROM going to help in this case? And what has it to do with the warranty?

How to apply 3rd party themes?

My main frustration with Miui is not being able to theme it myself, I don't like any of those themes in the store.
I applied for designer in their website but my theme has been waiting to be approved by them for like 3 months now.
I've tried several workarounds, like the force close method (Doesn't works for me I'm on Miui 12.0.6 Btw) and the theme editor from playstore (Works but reverts to stock after a while).
EU roms have a fix for this but there's no EU roms for this device, screw MediaTek.
I have root access via magisk and the unofficial twrp as recovery, is there anything I can do to install a theme permanently?

I just looked it up, only works for Miui 11 and is paid.
Also, even though it is restricted, I prefer Miui theme engine, it is very customizable and system wide. That's the main reason I haven't switched to Lineage Os, I've heard custom app icons only apply to launcher in Lineage Os (No custom icon in recents or settings apps tab)
Did you download the Swift Installer? Because it will support every phone after you install it will cost some money but you can download apk
MIUI themes are in MTZ format, You can either import them in theme store, or apply them through an app named "Theme editor for MIUI".
Keep in mind since there's no proper support for third party themes, they get reseted after some time and the phone returns back to stock theme.
So for now either you enjoy your theme for a few hours and it resets, or try to get it on the MIUI Theme store.
