Question looking for firmware SM-R925F netodin compatible - Samsung Galaxy Watch 5

is the difference software or hardware ?
thank you for your reply

Looks like it may be the same watch, but the N version is titanium, and the F version is black.

the watch has already been purchased
the purpose of my question was to know if we could install the firmware of version f....XEF

is a version in F or XEF aviable for download ?
to be able to install it on the watch.

Sorry,
LowEST chance to get F Firmware. Very close to impossible...
Not available now nor you can expect "magic" soon.
I have only SM-R900 and SM-R910 and SM-R920 Firmware...

This is what I have...
Firmware and Combination Firmware and FOTA Delta and CSC change and...
Looks like it could be harder since Tizen... A Stock Firmware for netOdin/Odin not available yet... B Combination Firmware not available yet C FOTA Delta File for study I have...

OWN RISK!
Because not latest... only old...
From GW4 I know it is possible to downgrade fully... GWB1 tested...
But also few big problems reported...
No idea if in near future Samsung will activate their Rollback Prevention crap...
Also according to my test with SM-R875F aka GW4 LTE ... I was able to flash SM-R875UUUU US Firmware... and then back to F...
But also users known with less luck... hard bricked...

You need Root...
A.1
Root is possible BUT you need USB cable...
netOdin not allow modified boot.img to flash...
B
If you have Root...
Then you have fight with other problems...
B.1
WiFi on GW4 is horrible sh i TTTTT... to transfer huge files bigger 5 GB...
B.2
ADB via USB cable is disbaled... protected... so only ugly WiFi
C
If you like Puzzles...
Puzzles with Security... signed etc... then
Few files like boot.img are 1:1 possible to dump.... usable with netOdin/Odin
super.img for instance... not...
D
For SM-R875F I have TWRP Recovery...
So I can replace for instance system.img... part of super.img
Short Summary.
No easy 1 click

Once downloaded, do you recommend installing it? Is there a risk?

netOdin not support lz4 compressed files...
So you need to "prepare" for netOdin use.
And Flashing with netOdin is not riskfree.
So OWN risk!

Are you 100% sure that JVKD1 is what you were initially on ??
Samfirmware has EVERY ROM and it lists I9003JPKD1 as one of the ROM.
I will suggest you to use JPKD1 once and then try to connect to Kies.
After connecting to Kies, If Kies gives you the option to upgrade to any other ROM (JPKE1,JVKP5 etc) - you are good to go and you phone will be within warranty.

Extracted stock H3223 ROM images through XperiFirm - flash with NewFlasher

My plan is to upload all of the H3223 extracted stock ROM image files here as a repository. Extract with the free 7-Zip from http://www.7-zip.org.
Extracted stock H3223 ROM images through XperiFirm - flash with NewFlasher
One extracted stock H4213 France version ROM here, on request by @Ultramanoid . Thank him here!
For help installing drivers necessary for flashing, see my thread Easy steps/screenshots to install Windows drivers for FastBoot to work with XA2 Ultra (Thanks @li0nh3art3d and @AngryManMLS !)
For flashing help, see the NewFlasher thread (Thanks @munjeni !), and for how to download the very latest stock ROM image directly from Sony, see the XperiFirm thread (Thanks @IgorEisberg !). Similarly for TWRP (also attwrp.me) (Thanks @LuK1337 !) and root/Magisk help, see those appropriate threads.

Absolutely! I'll upload it to here - it'll be here ready for you to download when it's done. I'll also double-check it in the morning to make sure it uploaded okay. I've got it 7-Zip archiving to the sync folder now - hopefully it'll at the most take an hour or so to sync up.

I found the problem. It's my fault. I was looking in my email for Android File Host's support email which I know I had used before, and I came across the same problem I had reported about other files of mine. The problem was caused by the comma I had in the filename. I tested the July 2018 file before removing the comma, still had the problem, removed the comma and tested again and it now downloads. I don't know why people were able to download the files previously and not now.
I'll upload the latest updates to AFH.
Thanks again.

No rush at all ! Anytime. Really appreciated, thank you.
I have it and tried re-downloading it and reflashing to no effect, because I'm getting constant bootloops plus completely dead wifi in the device, so I'd like to get it from a difference source because all points to my firmware files being wonky for some reason. It may be also that I received a physically defective device... We'll see, I guess.

This is really, really weird. On the one hand, I get the same results with your upload as with the firmware I downloaded myself, which makes sense, no reason why it should be any different. Thank you so much, now I can discard there was a problem there.
Flashing goes well, both slots. But WiFi is still completely dead. Didn't really do anything beyond that to see if the constant bootloops stop or not.
Now, on doing a fastboot getvar all, I see a 'Product : H3213' ( !? ) which this is clearly not. It is the dual-sim H4213. I mean, the dual sim slot is very real, physically speaking. So is the labelling in the package box.
No idea what's going on here... Again, thanks.

looks to have what you want, if you haven't already got it from somewhere else. I have no idea whether they are to be trusted or not.
the specific ROM you would need (as I understand things) is the fourth one on the list, its URL is:

IIRC RMX2020 refers to the international/Narzo 10A variant with 32GB of ROM and 3GB RAM.
You can simply extract the boot.img from stock firmware ( download fastboot stock firm ) or boot into recovery, type these commands :
adb root
su
adb pull /dev/block/by-name/boot.img

Dear author and all ,
Maybe someone have Firmware for R850 (Galaxy watch3 41mm) and can share them?
I found just 1 topic regarding R850 firmware and theres wasn't any file to download.
Thanks in advance.
The benefit of having the firmware available is to be able to fall back on it if e.g. in a new version functionality disappears. I'm thinking about side loaded functionality like ECG, BP, O2, or the possibility to change the CSC by resetting your watch. I very much appreciate people sharing the firmware. So, many thanks.

Hi buddy wanted to check if there is possibility to change R845U to R845F to get ECG, BP and Samsung Pay to work.
If the answer is yes then do you have OWA file for R845F with combination firmware

Hi, is There a way to change my USA Galaxy Watch3 lte software to make it an Italian version?
I bought it from US with a great discoun, not knowing that it was not compatible here in Italy, and since that more than 14 days have passed I’m not able to return it anymore.
The only way I can make it work is to change the csc of the watch and make it compatible for Italy, but I can’t find any tutorial on the web for the LTE version of the GW3.
Could you please help me with this?
I’m quite desperate atm, cause if I can’t find a way to change the software of the watch basically I can throw it in the trash..
So I’m really hoping you can help me
