Huawei P30 Pro - VOG-L29 - No OTA updates since May 2022 - Huawei P30 Pro Questions & Answers

I have a P30 Pro, VOG-L29, bought in Singapore and the region is Singapore. CUST region shows spcseas. The last OTA update I got is from May 2022, EMUI 12.0.0.134 with the May 2022 security patches.
But I keep reading that others have gotten quarterly updates since then, and that the latest update is supposedly from February 2023.
But mine refuse to get any updates, I checked the "My Huawei" app as well but nothing there either.
Does anyone know if it's possible at all to "force" the latest OTA update? Or manually install it somehow?
This is still a great phone, but it worries me a bit that it's now lagging behind a year with no security updates.

Pie update not found for TA-1055

Hi,
I've a very strange problem. I've bought this phone 2 days ago from amazon warehouse deal (used like new). When i turned on the phone for the first time, after the configuration, i saw the android pie notification and i started to download it. Because of low battery level i postponed the update. After the update has disappeared and now my phone still with android oreo 8.0 and february security patches.
I've tried to:
reset the phone and configurate it with and without sim
reboot in safe mode and check for updates
hard and soft reset
I don't really know what i can do... its fantastic phone and i don't want to return it to amazon.
Someone can help me?
Maybe you can hard reset again... And try another google account ,... Clear the carrier service data storage, search streng connection and just wait it

Hi all,
same problem.
I turned on, for the first time, my new TA-1055 on 29 November.
I never had/saw the notification for any update and the phone is still saying to be up-to-date with Android 8.0.0, patch to Feb 2018.
I contacted the Nokia support using the "Nokia mobile Care" app. After some useless attempts, the operator asked me the Build Number and he/she said that there is a sort of delay with updates for such build...
So I googled and found some Italian users which had the same problem on May and October (I apologize, I'm new on xda-developers and the system does not allow me to post links).
If I understand correctly they received the update after few days.
Please let me know if you have news, I'll do the same with you.
Thank you.
OTA arrived: my smartphone is currently downloading Android 9 Pie (V3.22C).

It was the September update; updated further two times and it's now up-to-date with the November update.

Moto X4: Not receiving latest securty updates

Hello,
I have a Moto X4 phone, which has not received any security updates since April 1st. I have tried all avenues including hard factory reset and it did not help. My phone says that it is on the latest patch, although another Moto X4 in the household has May 1st update.
I called Motorola support and they said they do not control software updates and I should check with Google or Carrier. I am getting a run around and not able to find out who pushes security updates to my device and how I can get the latest one.
I lost access to my corporate apps because of the missing security updates. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Arvind.
I just received the July security patch on the Android one edition.
Any insights into how I can check if my X4 on Android One? I recall my phone being advertised as Android One when I bought it at Best Buy. I have no leads on who to approach for the latest security update. Please help.
Arvind.

I only got the March security patch today without that VoWi-Fi feature.

Problem getting security upgrades .

Hello. Hope someone can help on this issue. I purchased Huawei Mate 20 lite sne-lx3 in a Latin American country and was getting regular security updates from Huawei. I then moved to the USA and used this phone with TMobile services but cannot get any security updates. My current version is 10.0.0.267. I have activated to get upgrade event in my phone and it says software is up to date. Can anyone advise how can I get upgrades from Huawei.? Tis.
