Hello everyone,
Is anyone else here also experiencing issues with printing documents after installing the last trial update? I did that yesterday.
When I want to print something I just get a force close of the app (no matter where I'm trying to print from)
What I tried so far is deleting cache and storage of the print spooler, and reboot the phone too. But it doesn't seem to fix it.
I wonder if someone else having the same problem, or maybe have solved it.

Everything is fine here.
I am able to print to a laserjet pro printer with no issues. Device is up to date.
I can also print to Brother wifi printer

Hey everyone, i'm new to these forums...
i just got the X1a yesterday and last night i installed the facebook panel and i logged in fine but i tried to log in a few times this morning and it gives me login failed everytime. I'm logging in through WiFi the same as i did last night and nothing... anyone else having this problem? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the panel and did soft resets.
help please?

Did you see if you are able to connect to internet? If you can browse web, the panel should work fine. Make sure you typed the password in correct case. Just to make sure I would type the password in username filed and cut and paste into password field and then hit submit.
I get the same problem with Facebook and Messenger, it happens quite often. The internet connection is fine, i can browse websites etc. but i can't long in to any apps.
Out of curiosity, are you running the Vodafone X1?

No. I have X1a - US AT&T version
I have same problem and im on Vodafone
But, wont connect on wifi or n e thing...

Hi there, I have the same problem, and reading some of the other posts, there is a known issue if you are running touchflo (not sure which version). I run touchflo 3d hd panel, and it won't let me login to the facebook panel. Dunno if you have this installed, but it may be why. I use facbook via Opera Mini which works very well for me. cheers
Sorry to revive an old thread, but I just got an Xperia X1a yesterday and installed the Facebook panel. This problem happens for me too, and the internet connection is perfectly fine. I am on ATT.
I've googled this problem but to no avail -- has any fix been found? I think I have the latest firmware, R3A? I remember seeing that somewhere in my device settings.

I'm having problems sending messages in my gmail. I have no problem reviving but when I try to send my messages r stuck in the out box no matter how many times I refresh my gmail. I was wondering if anyone ran into this problem and found a solution. I would like to fix this without a wipe and reflash.

Tried rebooting? How about wifi?
Yup tried revolting any I get the same problem whit or without WiFi.
Did you find a solution? I realised this morning, that I can't send mails through Gmail from my G1 anymore. Already tried rebooting, but that didn't solve it. I got no wifi at hand, but will test this evening and post my findings then.
Don't mind it. Just found a solution myself. Just cleared Gmail Apps' data and everything is back to normal. Perhaps that will work for you too, if you did not find a solution yet.

I had a problem with sending and updating what was new and was unread on the website. Clearing the gmail storage and the other gmail email cache fixed it right up.
Clearing the gmail storage/data worked for me as well but the solution only worked for a day and then I had to do it again. I will have to see how long it lasts this time around. Does anyone know the reason why this is occurring? While the above is technically a solution, it appears to only be a quick fix. If we can figure out what is causing the problem then it won't happen again.
I can tell you that it happened to me for the first time when I upgraded from Cyanogen 3.6.8.1 to 3.9.8. I downgraded and still had the problem and that's when I cleared the storage. I really don't think it had anything to do with the upgrade/downgrade especially since I used a Nandroid restore which put a stable version back on my phone.

Well, somewhere I read that this happened to someone after updating / installating an app using the send intent. I am not sure whether it was at that time I updated Bluex, but it may be.
I dwnloaded bluex a lil ago maybe that might be it I'm going to unistall and see
Maybe, but I have to say that I only had those problems once and they did not reoccur for me.
Also I did not have that problem when running the official ROM. But I only had Bluex for a short while on the official, because receiving files made me root my phone.
Any updates on this issue? I don't have Bluex, fyi. However, I occasionally have this problem, and only clearing the Gmail storage fixes it... for a short time anyway. It's very frustrating, considering this is a Google phone and that's my primary email. I need to be able to send my emails quickly without having to constantly clear the storage...especially since I have 75+ mb free on the device and hundreds of mb free on my ext3 partition. As best as I can tell, this also affects synchronizing with Google's servers (obviously)... so if I delete an email on my phone or pc, it doesn't show that change on the other device.

I have recently begun to experience a major problem with my G1 running the latest builds of Cyanogenmod (currently 4.2.11 but I have had the problem with the last few versions). What happens is that for some reason some apps force close right when I attempt to start them (Google Voice, or any app that has a camera running when it opens) and other apps can not connect to the internet. When I open apps like Pandora or Wapedia it says "A network error occured" or "Could not connect to the servers."
The weirdest part is that not all apps are affected. I can still access the internet through the default browser, and the gmail app. Also the default camera and camcorder apps do not force close and work perfectly. In addition these problems do not arrise for some time after a reinstall.
I have wiped and reinstalled different versions and even started over flashing an HTC update and then returning to a cyanogenmod version. I have wiped all the partitions on my SD card for apps2SD and recreated them. However due to the nature of the problem I have guessed it is some problem with Apps2SD but I cant figure out what it is. I have run the fix_permissions script, and attempted to remove/rebuild the market/app cache.
If anyone knows anything about how to fix this or has experience this before themselves any help would be really awesome. If any more information is needed to help diagnose this problem I will gladly post it.

Is anyone using Press Reader?
It installs fine, works for the 1st day and overnight stops working with the message "Cannot connect to server".
If I remove it and add it again it works again for the 1st day and the next day it cannot connect to the server again.
Anyone else got it working?
Working fine here. I bought a paper yesterday and still works today. Installed several days ago. Good luck.

I have apps that i am trying to install from the watch and others that I would like to update and its stuck on "pending" with no download. Has anyone experienced this on their Gwatch R?
Yes. Had this problem since the 2.0 update weeks ago. I even factory reset it. Problem remains. I thought I could just uninstall then reinstall an app that refused to download it's update. Nope. Now the app won't reinstall. Very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated!
Experiencing this too. I resetted it once, then it started again. Found a few threads online of GWR owners with the same issue, someone solved it by disabling "ask for PIN" on the watch and "ask for password/fingerprint" on the phone, someone didn't.
I updated some apk (GPS, Android Wear, etc...) by downloading from apkmirror and installing them through adb, but this didn't fix the problem either. In logcat I can see some issues with an intent referring to the Play Store and one with some directories not being read.
This is so annoying. Is this an LG or Google issue? How do we petition help and they actually listen to us?
