How does one get the app to download and activated for ECG and BP? When I try and activate it from the watch my Samsung Galaxy A52 says it's not available in my region.

I live in South East Asia, and i cant find an sold answer if my note 4 will work the Samsung gear vr. I'm planning on getting the gear vr from the states.
Heres the info on my note 4.

Android: 4.4.4
Baseband number: N910HXXU1ANL2
Build number: KTU84P.N910HXXU1ANK5
Edit: if it doesn't work, which will? I can trade in my note 4 for a different baseband which is N910HXXU1ANK5 if that will make a different. Or am I assed out.

I'm interested in buying Samsung Gear VR (model SM-R325)+remote control - for my Samsung Note 8 (SM-N950F).
That Gear VR model (SM-R325) is out of stock in all my country's official Samsung Mobile store (what a shame LOL).
Search on Amazon gives a U.S. version of the Gear VR SM-R325.
Is there any difference between U.S. version and other versions? (warranty is not an issue for me)

I bought the GW3, assuming I'd get the BP and ECG feature because i live in Dubai and i thought they'd have it. It arrived. No BP and ECG, but I do own a Galaxy phone. S10+.
Is there a work around, a firmware to install or something like that, so i can get access to the BP and ECG features??

Which region( csc) has all three features i.e ecg, bp and samsung pay ?
I have heard if i change to korea there is no samsung pay .
I guess changing to UK , ITALY may get all 3 features working.
Anybody having knowledge, please confirm
Spain has all three. PHE.
I'm in the UK and using the UK settings. Everything is working for me... Ecg, blood pressure, Oxygen and Samsung pay.
