Hello everyone,
I'm using only one eSIM on my Galaxy S23 but it showing that I'm using a physical SIM and it's inserted which I don't use. Please take a look at the pictures below:

}
I should have only one eSIM on my phone, and I don't know why I'm getting a physical SIM on the ringtone section
When I turned off the eSIM, I can see that there is a signal strength in the status bar, which means clearly there is a bug and I believe the root cause of this issue is Samsung Smart Switch.
In addition, my friend bought a new Galaxy S23 and this issue is not occurring on his phone, so please your support to fix this issue.
Thank you

I think you had phisical Sim before and sound profile remains after using esim. Nothing wrong I think. Just ignore phisical Sim sound settings

Thank you for your response. The problem with the signal bar is that in the status bar, it gives me fake information.

How to put 2 Lines on 1 SIM Card

I don't believe that this is possible - no - you have to have what USED TO BE CALLED a "dual nam phone". You are going to find (if you do a search) that there are adapters that they SAY can do this - but I think that you are working harder than you are going to want to in making this work.

I agree with whk, but how come my Kaiser has the option for swapping lines under Start/Settings/Phone/ALS?
Any ideas?

I have Start>Settings>Phone - but NONE of MY options have an ALS - there are TABs at the bottom of my screen with:
Phone
Services
Network
PIN
Band
Pin2
TTY
TimeZones
More
And none of those have ALS on them?
It MIGHT be the ROM you are using has the option?
Bill
Could be my ROM version (Laurentius Multimedia) but I remember seeing this option with all my previous roms.

[SOLVED] Suddenly my Xperia T has no signal

From yesterday on my Xperia T doesn't have any signal, I cannot search a Network neither. I don't know why or how happened, just did.
I clean-flashed the 4.3 Stock Rom with Flashtool but it doesn't work. I'm going to try to switch SIMs with my girlfriend so I can see wether it's a phone or SIMcard problem. Any hints about this? Never happened before
Well, it's my phone's problem, my SIM has signal in my gf's phone but her SIM doesn't have signal in mine
I fixed it.
To anyone else having the same problem:
1. Shutdown the phone.
2. Disassemble the phone. There are plenty of tutorials if you don't know how.
2. Find this connector and unplug it.

3. After a few seconds, plug it back again (when you do, you should hear a 'click' sound)
4. Reassemble the phone.
That should work, at least did work for me. This is the second hardware problem I had (the first one was the battery not charging offline issue) and both of them were just fixed by detaching and plug in back their respective connectors. If I would have sent this to Sony i'm sure they would have asked me to pay a lot of money for repairing it.

"Cell Information" Running In Status Bar???

Guys,
I just got my unlocked D5803 compact today and put my T-Mobile SIM in it to test, and I've got this app called "cell information" running in the status bar in the upper left. I It just lists T-Mobile and the time I put the SIM in, however I can't get this icon to go away. I am missing something stupid?
Thanks,
Y2J

This worked! Thanks! I wonder why the heck they have this enabled. It doesn't do anything or give you any information. I don't remember seeing this in past Xperia Z phones. This is build 23.0.A.2.93. I believe this is a Latin America variant D5803, however it the packaging is in all English.

[Q] Nexus 6 WiFi issue

So I got brand new Nexus 6 from Verizon a week ago and before installing any apps i used NRT 2.04 to unlock the bootloader and root the phone. Everything works fine except annoying issue with WiFi. What happens is that if you leave phone untouched for a long time you will discover that WiFi indicator as well signal strength indicator have ! on it and if you look on WiFi status it still says connected but in reality it's not so any help is appreciated.

No signals

Hello,
Ever Since I updated to 4.1.7 I am having issue where I don't get signals in my device for both sims (Jio and Idea) .
I have reset the phone to factory setting and I have also clean flashed 4.1.7 through booting into recovery and flashing internal storage and I have also upgraded my sim to check if I had sim issues or not.
But nothing has helped me so far I don't understand what I should do before I go visit the service center.
Are you rooted with stock ROM? Can you check whether IMEI numbers are shown correctly?
Can you share screenshot of SIM settings screen?
Same thing happened to my wife's one, sent for warranty service, motherboard replaced in few days...

This is not the screenshot I asked for. Go to Settings >> Sim & Network Settings
