My phone came with EEA rom and now it has the latest rom V14.0.2.0.TKFEUXM.
The problem is that it has Asia servers at gps.conf and i had problem with gps indoor. If i flash Global rom it will solve my problem? I live at Greece

Yes. You can flash any region's firmware to your device. I have a UK device running firmware from Hong Kong.

You can always flash stock Chinese if you sell. This will remove any twrp or other files.
If you flash Global, updates are as regular as stable EU ROM, so nothing extra after first change. If you really want french, you have little options
