My bad, sorry for not reading the whole post.
Thanks!

Thank you very much for your hard work.
I installed LineageOS 20 from the Stock ROM Android 13. Yep, I did a clean flash. However, I found many problems here:
[Bug Report]
1. Camera keeps stopping. I can't use the camera at all, either the built-in 'Aperture' camera or any other third-party app (e.g. Google Camera, Simple Camera, Telegram, etc). And the torch is not working, the Torch tiles keeps showing 'Camera in use'.
2. The tiles in the Quick Settings panel (Notification panel) are frequently unresponsive or slow to respond, whether you click or long press on them. Here is the attached video:
Your browser is not able to display this video.
3. When using the Bitwarden (password manager), there is a significant delay both when switching to the Bitwarden app and when clicking to Auto-fill the password. Here is the attached video:
Your browser is not able to display this video.
4. File transfer is not available when USB debugging is on.
Finally, I hope this will help you to fix these problems.

Your issues are that you started from 13, I was a bit worried some issues would pop up but some people were telling me things were fine, I will go add 12 as a requirement to the wiki, that is likely going to be your camera issue, potentially as well as your USB issue.

I tried to downgrade completely to Android 12 Stock ROM, and then flash to LineageOS 20 agian. But no luck, the above problem remains.

So weird, I just took 10 photos and 2 video on the camera via the Aperture app - do you use Magisk or anything funny?
Flashlight toggle works for me.
And MTP works fine - I just tried - what host OS do you use?

Yes, it's very strange. Not using Magisk yet, and I only have MindTheGapps installed. The host OS is Windows 11 Pro v22621.1848.
Then I tried not installing MindTheGapps and the problem was the same too.

Thanks for the ROM!
I couldn't find "OpenGapps Beta Nano" as mentioned in instructions for Android 11, however I was able to successfully boot with: NikGapps-core-arm64-11-20210601. I tried basic before this and failed to boot.

Sorry, my mistake. It's called 'OpenGapps Test', which can be found here. https://sourceforge.net/projects/opengapps/files/arm64/test/. I have also added the link into the original post. While NikGapps might work, there may be a few bugs.
@EonOfBlack I installed your suggested package after I had issues with a specific app crashing. Are there any tips on ways I can debug it? I extracted the logs and see it gets a SIGSEGV, but I'm not that familiar with the Android logs so I don't know what to look for exactly.
Or would this actually be more of a problem with OpenGapps being beta? I had the same problem with NikGapps btw.
Other apps work just fine and overall it seems like a super nice ROM. Thank you!

Sorry for the late reply. While I have not had this issue myself, another user has and I have been informed about it. I don't think it would be the Gapps package causing the issue. When you say that you 'extracted the logs' where did you find these? The provided 'MatLog' app is an easy way of capturing a logcat. The next time it happens, can you please send me a logcat using this app?

[Discontinued][ROM][12.1][Unofficial][Instantnoodlep] Lineage OS 19.1 [08-11-22]

Official Lineage OS 19.1 is here, so there is no reason to continue these unofficial builds. That was fast!! Thank you for those who gave their support. If you were on this build, you should be able to update to the official August 28, 2022 build directly from the updater (or dirty flash it yourself).

Hi all. I noticed that there isn't official Lineage OS support for our OnePlus 8 Pro past version 18.1, so I decided to attempt building 19.1. Since it appears to be working correctly, I wanted to share it with anyone else who has an interest. I'm not changing anything about it (other than making it compile) and building straight from the Lineage OS sources. I'll attempt to build it roughly 1x per month, usually around the middle to allow for most security updates to take effect. I daily drive the ROM, so I'll only post updates when I see basic functionality working.
Latest ROM and recovery, August 11, 2022:
ROM
Recovery
Old Releases:
Older ROM/Recovery
Follow the official directions in order to flash the ROM and recovery files:
https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/instantnoodlep/install
OTA Support:
I modified the built in updater to support updates from my unofficial source for all flashed builds after 8/11/22. I added an option under preferences to go back to the official source in the event that official builds are started. Just go to Settings -> System -> Updater to check. I plan on uploading to OneDrive and Dropbox for these updates (bandwidth might be temporarily limited). You can always manually flash without it from a PC.

It should be OOS12 if that's what the TheMuppets GitHub is using for the vendor (if that's the same thing). Otherwise everything is just straight from the Lineage OS GitHub.

The lineageOS rom installs fine and looks good. I sideloaded the Mind the GAPPS package directly afterward before booting as directed with ver12.1 arm64 but there is no sign of Google play anywhere on the device. I have repeated 3x and downloaded package twice. Another GAPSS? Anyone else have this? I have not tried another GAPPS package but might do that

I've got GAPP's working. At least NikGApps 12.1 as I didn't verify the others. It wasn't clear in the instructions that you have to perform a recovery reboot between sideloading lineageOS and GAPP's.
Warp charging and wireless charger with quiet mode working?
Is face unlock on board?
everything works perfectly, to see if the battery life is good. Thanks!
New build for 8/11/22. See first/main post.
thanks
Installed this yesterday, with mindgapps and magisk. Works like a charm. Thanks for compiling this
Is there any progress on getting this to official status? I'm running official 18.1 but I'd really like to be on Android 12 at some point so I'm looking forward to being able to update, I just don't feel like wiping or having there be any hassle with data.
Got this installed yesterday with nikgapps and magisk. working great! warp charging doesn't say warp charging, but considering it went from 10% to 50% in 5 or 6 minutes, it's definitely there.
only thing, and it's not you, it's lineage, is not being able to change the display refresh rates. Hopefully that's something coming down the line..
What was sad was that Google backup and restore didn't see this as an IN2025 anymore. It shows as IN2023. But titanium backup kept my apps backed up enough

Afaik you can change the display refresh rate on lineage. They enabled a feature available in AOSP called "Smooth display"
Settings > Display > Smooth display
Keeping this off will have the device use the minimum refresh rate at all times (60hz). Turning it on will cycle between 60/120 depending on touch input.
You can also force the peak refresh rate by enabling "Force peak refresh rate" in developer options.

Question Custom Roms

Hello,
I'm an enthusiastic new Pixel 7 user.
So far there are two Roms that can be installed via the respective website.
GrapheneOS and CalyxOS.
Does anyone have any information on when the first custom roms will appear?
LineageOS is already building, as I have noticed.
grapheneOS is available and it's better than CalyxOS.
You can create a work profile to install sandboxed Google Play Services separate from your main profile. 99% of the apps will work fine (like banking apps).
There are a few custom roms out, but they are extremely "fragile".
Will probably pop up here in a few weeks.

## Corvus-OS vT5.1 | DejaVu | Changelogs for Pixel 7/7 Pro Cheetah
- November security patch
- Fingerpint works for cheetah on 1080/1440
- Stock Google face unlock
- Development options doesn't FC
- Minor fixes and improvements
- Initial official builds
Installation:
Be on November firmware
reboot to recovery (when you get to the "no command" screen, briefly hold power, tap vol up to enter stock pixel recovery)
wipe data/factory reset
reboot to bootloader
fastboot update rom.zip
Bugs:
On initial boot only- the setup wizard/boot animation. As the rom boots up for the first time, the logo bounces into the bottom of the screen for a split second. This causes no issues, just looks funny for a second.
faceunlock has a slight animation that looks kinda weird, but works perfectly fine. It is not meant for the Google Face Unlock implementation.
(removing next build)
When you attempt to get into raven launcher settings, it will close for a second, then opens within it's settings. (Only does it first launch)

Check this out if your interested in lineage os! It's very new but surprisingly it runs pretty good on my pixel 7. It's a work in progress but for a first draft of a ROM for a phone just released a little over a month ago its amazing! I can't wait for the official version to come out but until then, this will be my daily!

Recovery and GApps link are not working.
EDIT: FIXED
FOUND A BUG:
crDroid does not discover 5Ghz Wi-Fi networks, only 2.4Ghz are listed.
Also, if you set up it manually, it wont auto-connect to that network after reboot. You need to go to Internet settings for it to pick up saved 5Ghz network.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open Wi-fi settings, try to find any 5Ghz Network in list.
Workaround:
In Wi-Fi settings, press "Add network". Enter network name, encryption type, and password manually.
GApps build would definitely boost installs. Otherwise great firmware. I like all "tap to lock/wake" customizations, and they all work!
Any working gcam on this rom?

Thank you very much for the Rom, I installed it yesterday and it is very fast, but I have detected some problems:
1. Facial recognition does not work.
2. In some applications (e.g. XDA Developer) when you click on the login button the application does nothing. It is as if no one had touched that button. I also saw this behavior with the application. It also happens when I browse the default browser.
3. Camera applications do not work. The app opens, shows the camera, and when I click on the button to get the picture, the app does nothing. I have tried 3 different applications, with the same result.
Great Working rom. Does anybody know a working GCam Mod Kamera working with this rom/Android13? OpenCamera is not working unfortunately. Google Camera from playstore is working

But does the default camera work, or does that not work either?
Default Cam works. But no HDR and Picture quality is worse compared to a Gcam

You'll probably need to do a clean flash, so wipe data, cache + dalvik cache before flash ROM
Where is the Gapps link? I cannot find it at the first post.
Can you tell me the compilation steps of this kernel?
My last phone (Redmi 4X, have crDroid 8.4) is dead last week and I bought this phone and immediately flashed this ROM.
Here's some issues I've encountered for the past week:
- Tried several GCam and the photo mode doesn't work. Built-in camera app is working just fine.
- Sometimes in-app camera doesn't work. There's no respons after I press the capture button. I've to go back and then enter camera mode again.
- Split screen doesn't work.
Other than that I'm happy with this ROM.

Couldn't you put the files somewhere sensible?
I cannot download anything from Telegram until it is installed on my computer. I have never had it before, and I don't want to install Telegram.

USING THIS ROM FOR A WHILE, This is the best i have found in a while. My Device(Redmi 9I (4/64GB)) is pretty lowend so didnt' expected much but BOOT times are shorter, VOLTE is working(sometimes get buggy with Jio) and lot's of customizability with low ram usage. A little bit, of customization have been done to the device as i don't like the stock android feel i have used whatsapp and instagram, instagram is a little sluggish on the device, which wasn't an issue on the stock MIUI rom but, it's only occurs at once or twice while scroling reels section so not a big deal. The rom is now matured enough to be used as an daily driver for this low-end device especially the 2GB variant. Though am a little curious if anyone is using this devices as their daily driver.
Some things you should do first and foremost in this rom:
Use firefox focus instead of the included browser.
Use GOOGLE Files over the included file explorer with this rom.
Never put brigtness to the absolute minimum as the screen start flickering like crazy with autobrightness on.
TURN OFF automated video playback in youtube home page.
Anyways, here are some screenshots:
Problems encountered: Volts do not work; "Double click screen to close" cannot be closed; Power menu without key action in navigation bar setting; Two black screens appear when using the built-in browser. I don't know if Nusantara's new version 11 is easy to use?

did, you tried calling to other number?. also, what do you mean by "double click to close"? do you mean, double click to close screen or app?
Hey, could you, please, explain me how did you have a custom recovery on this device? I've tried so many times, but it keeps getting back to the stock recovery, and still couldn't find a proper explanation about this problem.
