General SUGGESTION : Lsposed - Realme GT 2

Whosoever is using REALME GT2 ROOTED - If you update to the latest version RMX3312_11.C.14_IN_202306121558 - LSPOSED will stop working and there's no way to use it
So inorder to continue using it - you need to ROLL BACK using RMX3312_ROLL_BACK_android12_IN & then update to RMX3312_11.C.12_IN_202304230924 only!

Unable to see super user request using 1.17.3 or 1.18

Hey!
I'm using a UMIDIGI One Pro with a treble 9.0 ROM (https://forum.xda-developers.com/pr...ce-development/9-0-pixelexperience-p-t3833294). With stock oreo ROM everything is working fine but on android 9 I got several problems:
- I'm not able to install new Magisk modules (my phone starts in Magisk Core only mode)
- I'm unable to see super user request using Magisk 1.17.3 or 1.18 (but it is working fine with 1.17.1 so I keep using it)
- In the other hand ctsProfile is false with 1.17.1
Does anyone have an idea to fix these problems?
Thank you,
Thomas
Me too.I'm using lineageos 15.1 on mi 4S

Custom EMUI 10 Kernel and ROMs

Hey guys,
Just picking up and using my trusty P20 Pro after a couple years and noticed no custom kernel (4.14+) or ROMs for EMUI 10.
Anyway, just checking if anyone else has done work on this before I start up on it. I intend to start with some custom kernels based on 4.14. Then maybe a custom ROM based on the released 10.0.
I have hardware testpoint but I've sealed up my phone (for now) and will be using software testpoint (via force upgrade) from now on if required.
Edit: I couldn't even find work on the latest kernel on Github, so I have added one here:
xsacha/kirin970-kernel (github.com)
Since this seems surprisingly unpopular, I assume it's because people don't know how to do custom firmware on EMUI 10? I'll write some instructions here for how to do software testpoint in a separate thread here: How to flash kernel in EMUI 10 via Software Testpoint mode | XDA Developers Forums (xda-developers.com)
Hell ya I would like to help
when you have a new rom i am whiling to be a beta tester
Hello, can you add camera2 Api with this method?

NEED HELP REVERTING TO PREVIOUS MAGISK VERSION AND FLASH

Hi,
I know MagiskHide is going away, and I am planning to upgrade to the Pixel 6 Pro in the next 1-2 weeks.
However, my Pixel 4 XL is still rooted on Android 11.
I opened Magisk last night and saw that there was an update and updated to:
Magisk: d7e7df3b (23010)
App: d7e7df3b (23010)
When I did this, Magiskhide and SafetyNet Check were completely removed. i know this will probably be inevitable in the future, but can anyone ptovide me link to the previous Magisk flash and app version, so I can reverse everything?
As of now, I can no longer use Android Pay and many of my previously hidden apps will no longer run.

If you are referring to the latest stable version, 23.0, it's in his Github.

Thanks.....so I'm planning to revert back to 23.0 and then use 23.0 to repatch the stock boot.img. Hoping that will restore Magiskhide and everything I had before the update.
At this point, I am planning to stick with Android 11 and just want to reverse the upgrade from last night.
Really appreciate your help.
You can try Magisk Alpha (t.me/magiskalpha)
It is a forked version of Magisk by one of its former lead developers. It has option to choose between zygisk and magisk hide. I tested it on Pixel 4 XL and 6 Pro where it was able to pass safetynet checks.

How exactly should I do an update? (I really do not want to have to reinstall EVERYTHING all over again).
Thanks in advance.

You will have to do it manually if you don't want to loose root.
You'll find a detailed guide here.
Written for the 8 Pro but I don't see how the steps involved would be different for the 7T Pro accept for the files naturally.

Wow, nice job!!! thanks you , bro !
Some noob questions as I'm very new to this whole KernelSU thing:
- Will this work with LMODroid 3.3? The ROM is similar to LOS19.1 in functionality, and is using the same kernel and device trees.
- As both LOS and LMODroid (which I'm using) are still being actively updated via OTA, will OTA continue to work when using your KernelSU? (NB: Magisk can survive OTA if installed correctly)
- I wonder how much will it be able to conceal root from certain apps... Right now I'm using official Magisk with Shamiko to evade detection, which is adequate for now. How could I achieve similar functionality with KernelSU?
Thanks for reply !
1.It can work properly on some os based on LineageOS(19.1)
2.OTA will still continue to work but you will have to flash this kernel after OTA (MayBe you can write a addon.d script to auto flash it after OTA)
3.If you don't use zygote hook(zygisk/riru) modules , it is unnecessary to flash shamiko(can work on KernelSU)
PS: use the latest build may be better?
