Hi all,
Yesterday I received notification of an update to MIUI 14 on my Poco M4 Pro 5G (Global version).
Performed the update and everything went smoothly.
I now noticed that the SIM Tool Kit app that used to be installed is no longer installed on my phone.
I am curious whether other Poco M4 Pro 5G owners that have updated their phones to MIUI 14 recently no longer have the SIM Tool Kit app installed?

Miui 14 is Android 13, certainly not supported by the app.
Moreover, the last update of this app dates from July 15, 2017.

I got the A2 on T-Mobile USA today. It did one update for a security patch but that was it. The phone is still on Android 8.1. I thought this phone was updated to Android 9 or was that only for the Asian or European market?
I'm a technician , you have to manually flash it via pc. Looks like xiaomi removed the ota upgrade from oreo to pie . This week I had to upgrade manually three mi a2 lite and one mi a2 for some customers . I don't even know if when android 10 ota will be available the upgrade from oreo to Q would be possible
I'm using Redmi K20 Pro (Raphaelin) with locked bootloader. Recently I've got miui12 update but for some reason I didn't update it and now I want to update to miui 12 from miui 11.0.6 but the there is no update showing on system update. What's wrong?

Just kidding. Probably blocked by new India's chinese website blacklisting. Try vpn or manually downloading the rom and flash using updater.

Tried vpn but no luck. Have to download miui 12 manually. Can someone provide correct OTA download link of miui 12 Raphaelin?
Bro wait till 13th july its the end date of rollout for k20pro in india...if still u dont receive the update then update it manually ..i too facing the same issue

I have a Redmi 9 on Android 10 MIUI 12.0.2. It's currently being offered an update to Android 11 MIUI 12.0.1. However, the latest version is Android 11 MIUI 12.5.1.
Do I have to update to 12.0.1 before I will be offered 12.5.1?
Or will I be offered 12.5.1 at some point so that I can then just perform a single update to get to the latest version?

I have been waiting for the miui 12.5 update for my xiaomi mi 9 lite (EU) since July 2021 anyway. only the gobal and russian version have already come out and i'm still waiting now and since miui13 on android 11 has already been announced for mi 9 lite i have a feeling the 12.5 isn't coming. Is there anyone here who can tell me if the update is coming or if I can switch to the global version without losing all my data?
I have a European sim card and it should still work! I've heard stories about xiaomi phones with EU SIM card that all work with English as language

Unfortunately EEA roms are always hit or miss when it comes to updates due to EU regulations. I wouldn't hold my breath for any updates past the last one we got way back in early 2021 (MIUI 12).
I highly doubt this device will receive MIUI 13 as it has already reached EOL (and was never really a popular model, sadly). You should be able to flash the Global version of MIUI 12.5 or a custom rom like Xiaomi.EU though; there are guides on the forum that you can follow.

Your SIM should work without any problems, however you will need to wipe your device clean to switch roms.
