Download it onto your phone and run it - normally that error means that it's a PPC executable rather than a desktop executable.

SIM unlock; IMEI unlocks are illegal unless performed by a network operator. But of course, you already knew that.

I used this utility to unlock my XDA IIi tonight and was able to put in a Vodafone SIM and make/receive calls. Thanks!

Hi, i am trying to simlock free my t-mobile mda... i followed all the instuctions from Lokiwiz02b... I put in the telfort sim card and i have to tye an unlockcode??? I cant run anything unless i tye in the code... Please help a frustrated person if you know what to do... Thank you!

Did you copy down the unlock code that the lokiwiz program gave you at the end of its thing ? cause that is what you will need to unlock the phone. If you dont have it, Im guessing that you should run the program again.

I got my unlock code from Cingular, anyone know how to enter it in w/o a foreign sim?
Update: found a co-worker with T-Mobile. Popped in their Sim, entered the unlock code provided by cingular and i'm good to go.

turn on the PHONE function on Palm with the foreign SIM card in and type in
*#*#YOUR CODE HERE#, then press the center button.
Just go to ebay and purchase an unlock code for your phone. it fast, easy and 2 times cheaper than imei-check . it's just 17.99$ each

The Treo 750 does not have CID lock on it, you can intall whatever you want without restrictions. I dont even think it has applock.
The only lock is the SIM lock.
you can use the installer and when it errors steal the image file from the temp dirrectory and put it on your flash card and do the install that way. worked with vadaphone rom on cingular(AT&T) phone.

I need help.
I can not unlock the SIM this smartphone.
I tried to Cert Install cp. I installed the file SP_AllowCertificateInstall.cab and executed SDA_AplicationUnlock.exe. Apparently everything has gone well but not unlock the SIM.
I have also tried another way to modificate the registrate with MobileRegistryEditor, but neither I unlocked.
Finally I tried to update the ROM but will not let me.
I have no more options left, please, if anyone has been able to unlock a SIM of this smartphone , which I could do as indicated.

I need some help with my tilt, i tried the sim/cid unlocker i got into the step 2 and then i flashed the dutty rom wm6.1 with cube. Now i get stuck in a sim lock page, i cant leave it and the usb is connect with activesync but the unlocker and the rom flasher dont work and say the device isnt responding, i am trying to unlock the phone for t-mobile
oh and i have a quick question, if i install the cube version will i be able to switch from non cube to cube like in settings?

Hey guys, i am going to china tomorrow. I flashed my phone to HyperDragon_III_PRO. Do i need to do anything to use my phone oversees besides buying a sim card? Do i just need to call ATT and unlock it?

okay you need to understand the core difference here:
rom flashing DOES NOT sim unlock your phone.
To sim unlock it use pof/olipro's sim unlocker or yes simply call att and tell them you are going overseas and you need your sim unlock so you can use it over there. They are legally bound to give it to you if you have had the phone over six months (i got mine after having the phone for 2 days without a problem).
