I need help.
I can not unlock the SIM this smartphone.
I tried to Cert Install cp. I installed the file SP_AllowCertificateInstall.cab and executed SDA_AplicationUnlock.exe. Apparently everything has gone well but not unlock the SIM.
I have also tried another way to modificate the registrate with MobileRegistryEditor, but neither I unlocked.
Finally I tried to update the ROM but will not let me.
I have no more options left, please, if anyone has been able to unlock a SIM of this smartphone , which I could do as indicated.

I tried to unlock Wizard from TMobile with xda all unlocker but it would not work..This phone asks to enter unlock password..unlike other wizard models from O2, Qtek...If anyone knows solution to unlock this phone, please help, thanks
:roll: if you've searched a bit... Use lokiwiz for Wizard unlocking, the other is not working.

Download it onto your phone and run it - normally that error means that it's a PPC executable rather than a desktop executable.

SIM unlock; IMEI unlocks are illegal unless performed by a network operator. But of course, you already knew that.

I got my unlock code from Cingular, anyone know how to enter it in w/o a foreign sim?
Update: found a co-worker with T-Mobile. Popped in their Sim, entered the unlock code provided by cingular and i'm good to go.

turn on the PHONE function on Palm with the foreign SIM card in and type in
*#*#YOUR CODE HERE#, then press the center button.
Just go to ebay and purchase an unlock code for your phone. it fast, easy and 2 times cheaper than imei-check . it's just 17.99$ each

The Treo 750 does not have CID lock on it, you can intall whatever you want without restrictions. I dont even think it has applock.
The only lock is the SIM lock.
you can use the installer and when it errors steal the image file from the temp dirrectory and put it on your flash card and do the install that way. worked with vadaphone rom on cingular(AT&T) phone.

I have read a load of the tutorials and threads here and have now attempted to CID unlock and SIM unlock my G4, I used the hard_SPL-G4 to CID unlock, which has worked well and I have managed to upgrade to WM6 THe problem that I have now is when I try to SIM unlock the phone, I am using Lokiwiz03 which runs and get the SIm unlock code, but I enter this into the phone and it seems to unlock ok as I get to the normal home page screen, now as soon as the phone tries to register onto the network it goes back to the Network is locked please enter unlock screen, if before the phone has tried to register I put it into flight mode, then everything is ok (except I cant make calls )
Does anyone have any ideas why this may be? SHould I have sim unlocked before CID unlocking?

Even after doing the Hard SPL the device is asking for unlock code if I insert a foreigh sim card.
I tried doing the USPL also. Same results.
After Hard SPL I also tried to install Touch_IT_wm6.1_Full_-Herald_P4350.zip ROM. It installed well but show same SIM locked error.
Please let me know the steps to start fresh and unlock the phone for international usage. I also wanted to load custom rOM but as SIM not supporting so not able to proceed further.
Apreciate any help in this regard.

HardSPL is a cid unlock which does not sim unlock the phone. Seeing as how you have a tmobile wing, you should call tmobile and ask them for the unlock code. Just tell them you're going out of country
