Like all the roms I build in the past, all junks will be remove in the beginning for the base rom. And eventually comes w/ a super full rom w/ Chinese support. Speed/highly optimized/stability and lots of features is my goal and it may contains lots of software you may not need. Just take the lite rom, OR remove the shortcut and pretend they are not there for the full rom

Installation and extra files
Installation:
1. Install HardSPL
2. Use RUU tools in *1 or Micro-SD method written by me
Some cabs and extra files you may need.
1. X1 Panel package to add panel back (divided into sub cabs)
2. X1 Opera v2141 WWE
3. X1 original dialer in case you pick the one w/ blackstone one
4. HTC task manager. Install and soft-reset
5. SDConfig.zip - UC script example for auto-installation after H-reset. And example script to activate Chinese/Japanese for 1.07 or after. Place the txt file in yr SD root. Check this tool out too! See below for more detail.
6. Asian support.zip. For Chinese and Japanese support if you don't want to deal w/ UC. Extract to yr ppc and open it w/ file explorer.
7. Other SIP for CE star: Japanese, Zhuyin注音 ,ChangJei, pinyin
How to use my SDConfig package:

should have a directory structure w/ SDConfig.txt under "\Storage Card":

a. add back the Xpanel w/ panels apps I want
b. install Google map, opera ...etc
c. Copy/move shortcut for start menu, and opera's config
to use ramdisk as cache and max for 9 tabs instead of 3
d. Copy the license file [U][B](NOT INCLUDED)[/B][/U] for Resco Apps
(Explorer, picture viewer ..etc), Core player, Gamin Mobile
XT ... etc

X1 is very impressive compare to Tytn II and beat Tytn II badly on almost everything. (Slower graphic test result due to X1's WVGA is 5 times more pixels than Tytn II's QVGA)

1. TF3D & Blackstone dialpad doesn't support landscape (since HD doesn't support landscape either...)
Some tricks & setting you may want to play around:
1. For all WM rom, SIP change may become slow after lots of software installed. Here is the solution that works by re-import the CLSID in registry.
2. Large Title bar:

the new PIE6 is on latest htc diamond beta rom. there' also a cab for it, when I tried to install on x1, it' unsuccessful and said it' not digital signed with trusted certificate. maybe pie6 need to be cooked.

As for the following requests for this in or that, we always have the same debate on every forum whenever there is any ROM.
The only solution that will please (nearly) everyone is to have a vanilla ROM with cabs for people to choose what they want in.
yes an vanilla rom should be the first thing and then for all languages

in linux I use pofs lrk - linux rom kitchen, it works reawelly well
As I replied in the rom thread, Rom Kitchen for touch pro work perfectly in extract the rom. But you need some changes in the parameters in order to repack the rom.
how can dump the rom for backup first?
The ROM sounds great! Any chance you will do the same with a german ROM? Even with the Links / Hints you provided I think I can't do that myself yet, even though I will try to learn... when I get some free time...

I did not remove quick-gps, acrobat can be found everywhere if you search around (maybe in adobe website too)

SAFEST WAY TO FLASH YOUR ROM IS THROUGH STORAGE CARD METHOD:
* Copy BLACIMG.NBH into the root dir of your Storage Card.
* Be sure to have at least 30% of charge.
* Turn off your device by using the Power Button.
* Go to Boot loader mode. Push and hold Vol. Down + press Power button.
* After that your device with have a white screen with text " Press to power button for continue upgrade or Press Volume down button for cancel upgrade , select press to power button and it will start upgrade Rom.
ALTERNATIVE WAY OF FLASHING YOUR ROM WITH RUU.exe
* Extract Rom download Folder.
* Be sure to have at least 50% of charge.
* Turn off your device by using the Power Button
* Go to Boot loader mode. Push and hold Vol. Down + press Power button.
* Connect your device to PC
* Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe and follow the screen instructions.

at first i wanna say that i like your font you use.....
secondly i didn't like your notification style at the top bar..
it's fast...as i can understand and smoothly...
the left home key (Phone) doesn't work...

Brilliant! a new 6.1 chef, sadly with the loss of kwbr we were kinda stuck with the older topix (not that there is anything wrong with that)

SMS Prob, very slow
I flash this ROM about 2 hours ago. I can't open SMS , I get icon SMS in ~\windows\. Exactly : I cant make new SMS , menu in SMS program doesnt work
This ROM's clean version so it's very slow and slower ship ROM. I dont know why?

for me new sms is not working, and wmp cannot play video 3gp playback.
it seems to be a good one...for now it seems to need only sms fix
Another bug is WMP cannot play video from owned camera.

The 1st one contain all std apps that came with original rom from HTC, the second contain updated Opera 10, and facebook, also added app similar to XDA-shutdown, the 1st rom is 62 MB free, the second is about 52 MB Free.

and in the four share download it says 23459 but u say 23451 kindly clarify on the build and the language

All apps taken from the official HTC ARA ROM, the translation removed, it supported with Arabic, its WWE with arabic support.

Hi, sorry i didn't make myself clear,the zoom bar is working but the magnifying tool is missing. I can see the battery, sound, connection etc icons, but the magnifying glass icon is missing.
I can't live without this. Its there in other ROMs of this build (eg christian 5.310 23568).
