I have tried all Opera builds but not one of them seems stable enough to support flash!
In V7 I've used latest Opera build 15316 as cab so I leave it up to you what you do with it.
One thing do, because of the latest Esmertec Jbed Opera is improved a lot!
Internet Explorer 6 is stable and support's flash, Youtube movies play excelent in it smooth and clear!

A tip to watch Youtube movies in IE !
In Internet Explorer menu go to 'Option's\Other' and set:

Schap’s excellent apps, Advanced Config v.3.3, Advanced Taskmanager v.0.7 beta.
SD Tune UP made by Tnyynt to watch smoother movies stored on your Storage card.
SdAutorun made by Slueth255, autoinstall’s your favorit apllication’s after each romflash stored on storage card by by reading a config.txt file customized by you!
Latest VOIP client (taken from HTC Quartz) to make voip calls (voice over IP)
WVGA Calculator skin Diamond style made by Panosha, just beautifull!
Coloured Battery indicator measures in percentage made by FinixNOver.
Hide sim contact’s made by Luigi.ing
Curtain’s down mod by NisseDILLIGAF, it removes the curtain’s in Manilla today.

Fixed a issue with LockStreamDRM which caused the DownloadAgent.exe not functioning.

After many test I came to the conclusion that not one Opera build is stable enough to use flash.
I have used the latest Opera in V5 and it's uninstallable so it's up to you what you do with it.

A warning before you flash this rom!
You must flash HardSPL first to be able to flash this rom!

An alternative is USPL, it doesn't change your original SPL!

Tips about flashing the rom:
Best is to have your device fully charged
Switch off your device by holding the Power button untill a menu popsup.
Go to bootloader by holding Volume down + Power button at the same time.
Connect your device to your PC
Start BlackStoneCustomRUU.exe and follow the onscreen instruction's.
An alternative is to flash your device from storage card:
Rename RUU_Signed.nbh to BLACIMG.NBH and copy it to your Storage card
Follow the above steps to go in bootloader
A messages will popup, push power button to start flashing or Volume down to cancel
After it's done a new message popsup, softreset your device.
Aldo I have tested this rom many time's and it's currently running on my device I don't take any responsability incase something goes wrong with your device!

Love your work, Laurentius. Have used your ROMs many times. I'm curious about the 8mb pagepool. Do you think it might be the optimal size? I'm currently playing around with my own ROM, and have set my pagepool at 16mb. Seems to be quite responsive, but if it's excessive, I should change it. In Canada, I'm on Rogers, which supports Caller Name Display. It will show who is calling, even if they are not in your contacts list. I've replaced the rilphone.dll from the Rogers Diamond ROM and it is working, which is why I'm trying to cook my own ROM, but I'm having trouble with my packages, they seem to install, but I don't have any shortcuts in my Program directory. Do I need to do anything special when I create a package from a cab?? Thanks for any help I can get.

@Dann, I dont think he will be tweaking the radio for that. Its going to take alot more than that. Trust me im dieing for 850/1900 UMTS bands to be enabled. It MIGHT be able to be done by using the radio out of a usa Touch Diamond....

INSTALLATION STEPS

If you are in the US with AT&T read this post:

BEFORE FLASHING READ the README.TXT FIRST included with the release!
Flash:
- Uncompress the downloaded RAR file to the ROOT of the storage card :
1) Kovsimg.nbh
2) sdconfig.txt
3) V-LITE folder that contains 45 applications as CABs
4) readme.txt
- Make sure you have at least 30% battery left before flashing this ROM
- Bring x1 to boot-loader mode by turning off the x1 completely. Hold the "volume down" button on the right, and hold the power on button until you see the tri-color screen.
- Then follow the on-screen instruction (press Power button to start flashing...)
- Optionally Hard Reset after flashing by pressing the front left and right button (silver buttons) and then press power button.
Once the mobile vibrate release the power button and keep pressing the 2 left and right button (silver buttons) until instructions appear.
Press [R] then Space as per on screen instruction.
- During first boot proceed with Screen Calibration, Region and Password settings.
- Then Customization starts:
UC customization lasts this time longer, once the last app is installed press the OK Button if needed (the last app to be installed is AEButtonPlus so when the AEButtonPlus screen is shown click on "OK" button).
NOTE: BE PATIENT WITH UC CUSTOMIZATION IT TAKES ABOUT 15 MINS
- After powering off and rebooting, let the auto Setup Connection screen appears. Complete the Setup Connection then RESTART
- ENJOY

- SYS : ROM is based on the last XIP 23004 and SYS 23004 with optimization.
- OEM: based on latest RHODIUM OEM 1.19c released by Jerpelea (big thanks), NO MANILLA TOUCHFLO and SE PANELS STUFF, and latest MODULES from SEUS R3A and New Topaz Drivers.
- UC: Opera 9.7b1 included among the 45 cabs will be installed automatically with this release.
ALL cabs are optimized to run with V-LITE roms and they have been reorganized as well SO PLEASE INTALL THIS LATEST UC PACKAGE CABs and NOT a previous version from previous release for better performance.
DEFAULT ORDER OF INSTALLATION OF CABS IS IMPORTANT, YOU CAN REMOVE THE CABS YOU DO NOT NEED by editing SDConfig.txt BUT DO NOT CHANGE THE ORDER OF CABS INSTALLATION.
Note 1: SYS, OEM and ALL UC CABs are heavily tweaked to run faster.
Note 2: BEFORE FLASHING OR HARD RESET if you wish to not install any titanium plug in for example so edit SDConfig.txt and remove all cabs you do NOT wish to pre install after flashing or hard reset.
V-LITE COBALT HARDCORE series is running smoother and faster than any other previous versions I have released and as the edition name suggests this ROM is HARDCORE TUNED oriented (no Manilla Touchflo and no Sony Ericsson Panels since Day 1)

Notes:
- CABS that need a manual confirmation need to between HIDE tags (enable then disable) in the SDConfig.txt file.
- In my example included with the rar file, AEButtonPlus program needs the user to click on OK button to complete the install so this cab needs to be called within HIDE tags
- For the other cabs that do not require manual intervention can be declare withing LOCK tags.
- Do not forget to add RST: Reset at the end of the SDConfig.txt file.
- Example of SDConfig.txt included with the .nbh file:

SETTINGS
- Untick "Enable faster data synchronization" for active sync if you are syncing with XP
- Complete the Automatic Connection Setup for 3G network (selection pop up automatically shown) before using any application that requires Data connection
- Run Titanium Weather Update after the Automatic Connection Setup so at next Restarts the Mortscript pop up wont appear again
- Use cHome Editor included with this release to organize your TITANIUM plug ins as you wish. Do not forget to SAVE and click on EXIT (and NOT OK button) for the changes to reflect.
- Use reStart included with this release to organize your START menu icons as you wish.
- Almost all applications released with this rom can be uninstalled from Start>Settings>System>Remove Programs as more than 40 extra apps are pre installed via UC.
- change regional settings to yours (e.g: English (UK)) then restart time should be syncing automatically after restart (if not you can run the SynchroTime application included in this rom under Start Menu>Tools>SynchroTime)
- in fileexplorer, go to menu, then "view options" then select "icon" for a better finger friendly experience.

- For YouTube I notice on some rom you need to do this :
1) open Opera
2) click on any link to go on the web (so your data connection starts)
3) Enjoy YouTube
- Note that in V-LITE TITANIUM roms PANEL button is already assigned to show the START MENU.
- X1 has plenty of storage so do not have a taboo to install all your cabs on device (especially with UC you can install them automatically in one go easily) and use your storage for personal files as movies, pictures, docs, cabs installation files, ...!
- Remember the more you use the more it will be fast as caching is in place...

hi there, every time my phone turns the backlight off my phone hangs
sometimes black screen that wont turn on , or trippy colours only soft reset will bring it back.
any ideas?

Alright, as some of you have noticed, I have been too busy to update my rom series for x1. The main reason is that X1 feels annoyingly slow (takes a good 5-7 minutes to flash and another 5-7 minutes to finish customization) and lack of time. Most importantly, there are no new things to upgrade to. All sys from MS is the same and all HTC are the same old stuff.
Hence I have decided to stop working on x1 series. However, if someone wants a custom rom with application that you want to be cooked in, you may click on this link to find out more.
However, I will upgrade the ROM if:
• There is a bug that cannot be fixed via cab.
• There is an upgrade from MS/HTC that improves functionality/performance
• Cookie mod upgrade that required cooking
This decision may come as a shock, and some may even find it wrong as there are many a times that a lot of you helped me out….(hell I got a TP2, HD2, a new PC and other small things with your help). However, I think this is better for me, to concentrate on individual roms and not collective ones.

i boot up tf3d and saw the my fave tab. at program tab some of the icon where white square's. turn off tf3d then install the cab. took away fave tab from tmo and programs tabs. runs at 50% windows default and 57% tf3d active. runs pretty smoothly. install smabergs classic start menu and saw programs tab again. when playin youtube it loads with small preview picture but when you try to play it kicks you back out to ui. not only that but the play buttons from youtube(fast forward,stop,play,rewind) are stuck on the screen even if disabled tf3d still stuck. only way i got it to go w/o reset is load youtube don't play anything and exit out.

i think i found the problem on youtube.....
bout myfav and program tab- i din test program tab out properly and i don have tmob to use it. and u were not suposed to load manila without the fix. even i din try it...;p...anyway atleast it loadds...lol

did tried a number of wm6.5 rom before but unfortunately didnt liked any one of those, as i favor Manila 3d over titanium.
But after seeing that your rom has both the option to play with, i couldn't resist myself from flashing it.
Currently its overwriting Touch X ultimate (was using it for last 3 week), will give you some feedback for your next release,

this is installed by default..
all you have to do is go to start/settings/today/items and check touchflow 3d

SMS Prob, very slow
I flash this ROM about 2 hours ago. I can't open SMS , I get icon SMS in ~\windows\. Exactly : I cant make new SMS , menu in SMS program doesnt work

for me new sms is not working, and wmp cannot play video 3gp playback.
it seems to be a good one...for now it seems to need only sms fix
Another bug is WMP cannot play video from owned camera.

Known Issues :
Issue #1; In WiFi networks, soft buttons (Bottom bar) aren't visible. Cannot button to accept key or etc options.
Solution; Please install the attached cab. If cab fails to install, that means Wifi networks app is running in background. Either press and hold Wifi networks X button to force close or Softreboot and try installing again.

Notes:
All the above kitchens are based on OSBuilder.
Make sure you install OSBuilder (Any version) before using the kitchen.
Clean_Up_SYS.bat cleans/removes unnecessary packages. i.e QVGA and VGA DPI.
Repair Attributes.bat like the name says, it fixes files attributes. Run it once after editing any ROM files or before building a ROM.
Warning.bat is linked in OSBuilder and it runs before the ROM building starts. It has some points to warn you before building a ROM.
You can edit the above bat files to know more info about what it does.
Splash.nb is linked to OSBuilder and asks whether to include in the ROM at the end of ROM building.
mxip_notify.vol unknown. Will let you know once I come to know.
After building a ROM, the NBH file will be placed in Output folder (In the root of the kitchen). There is also a ruu to test/flash the ROM.

• This ROM upgrade is only designed for T-Mobile HD2 aka LEO 1024 and compatible with HTC HD2 aka LEO 512.

• By flashing this ROM upgrade, your HD2 may not extended or void warranty, so it’s your own risk and responsibilities.
• You're Anit-Virus software may find or detect the EXE's in ROM package as virus. No need to panic, those are just bat files which are converted to EXE's and for security reason some Anit-Virus softwares detects as virus since bat files are mostly used for virus programming. You are safe to ignore the message or add the files to exclude list in Anit-Virus software.
• RUU supports all Windows platforms.
• Before you flash, make sure your HD2 is CID unlocked aka HardSPL.
• Before you flash, make sure your HD2 has at least 50% battery power.
• Before you flash, make sure you have taken backup of all your important data(s) on your HD2 include contacts, tasks, messages, emails and etc.
• Before you flash, make sure you have disabled screen saver, power saving and the like on your PC.
• Before you flash, make sure your PC has battery backup provided for safety propose. At least for 15 mins.
• Before you flash, close all the running softwares on your PC. Soft reboot the PC is recommended before flashing.
• While flashing, DO NOT start another process.
• While flashing, DO NOT minimize the RUU window. Let it stay in the foreground.
• While flashing, DO NOT interact or use your HD2, unless instructed to do so.
• While flashing, DO NOT remove the USB sync cable from PDA, unless instructed to do so.
• UC Compatible is already supported in all the ROM upgrades. Click here for more info.
• After flashing and booting successfully, make a soft reboot. Hard reboot is recommended.
• On the first boot, start menu may take some time to open. Please give it some time before to start using your HD2. It should be fine on 2nd boot and so on.
• Before you flash any radio versions, make sure they are fully supported to your device. Radios are more likely to brick devices if not compatible.
• This ROM upgrade doesn’t include radio aka GSM, IPL, SPL or etc. except OS and splash screen.

1. Create following folders on your storage card
• XDA_UC
• XDA_UC\Manual
• XDA_UC\Copy2Root
• XDA_UC\Run
• XDA_UC\Execute
“XDA_UC” is a place for all .cab, .reg, .mscr, .cer files that should be automatically installed to device.
“Manual” is a place for all cab files you want install in usual "visible" mode with all questions.
“Copy2Root” is a place for all files and folders that should be automatically copied to device.
“Run” is a place for you self-extracting archives.
“Execute” is a place for you self-extracting archives if you want to continue customization while them working.
2. Run XDA_UC_NET and press customize button*.
*Make sure XDA_UC in Storage Card is selected as XDA_UC folder before you run the customizations.

Robotic sound ( In incoming voice and music ).
Reason - Its the Android releases/builds fault, At least in my ROMs.
Solution - Using Mdeejay FroYo HD, I don't have any Robotic sound or voice. If you do, please try different Android releases/builds.
Follow the instruction written on the Android release to successfully install and run on your device.

Place the Custom RUU exe in the splash screen package and flash
***Warning: T-Mobile USA HD2 settings are used to create these splashscreens so they work in T-Mobile USA HD2. Not all the splash screens are tested but suppose to work fine. I'm not sure whether they work on international HD2s. Its your risk and responsibility. DON'T TRY TO FLASH ON OTHER DEVICES. ***

yes CRACING you making roms for this phone makes it a much better experience so its worth it
although i got hooked on android, there r things about windows that i havent been able to do on android so it would be cool to be able to switch back between both.

I'm willing to release my ROM asap but one of issue is giving me more headache.
OOBE, its the one replaces welcome.exe on first boot. After it finishes, it just sucks until startmenu button is pressed. I can remove this app and the ROM works fine but OOBE is nice so trying hard to make it work since yesterday non stop.
May be I will tomorrow. Have to debug with my ROM and stock and check what is causing it.

I'm glad that I was able to fix OOBE ending issue, no matter it took 3 days to solve.
I think the ROM is more beta then a beta, of course its my first release but as best I can, I have tested and found to be stable and bugless.
