Its because some user like Opera version 9.7 and some version 10. Both cannot be included or if any one of them, users will have troubles using/installing other version(s). So this is the better way I hope.

Known Issues :
Issue #1; In WiFi networks, soft buttons (Bottom bar) aren't visible. Cannot button to accept key or etc options.
Solution; Please install the attached cab. If cab fails to install, that means Wifi networks app is running in background. Either press and hold Wifi networks X button to force close or Softreboot and try installing again.

Notes:
All the above kitchens are based on OSBuilder.
Make sure you install OSBuilder (Any version) before using the kitchen.
Clean_Up_SYS.bat cleans/removes unnecessary packages. i.e QVGA and VGA DPI.
Repair Attributes.bat like the name says, it fixes files attributes. Run it once after editing any ROM files or before building a ROM.
Warning.bat is linked in OSBuilder and it runs before the ROM building starts. It has some points to warn you before building a ROM.
You can edit the above bat files to know more info about what it does.
Splash.nb is linked to OSBuilder and asks whether to include in the ROM at the end of ROM building.
mxip_notify.vol unknown. Will let you know once I come to know.
After building a ROM, the NBH file will be placed in Output folder (In the root of the kitchen). There is also a ruu to test/flash the ROM.

• You're Anit-Virus software may find or detect the EXE's in ROM package as virus. No need to panic, those are just bat files which are converted to EXE's and for security reason some Anit-Virus softwares detects as virus since bat files are mostly used for virus programming. You are safe to ignore the message or add the files to exclude list in Anit-Virus software.
• RUU supports all Windows platforms.
• Before you flash, make sure your HD2 is CID unlocked aka HardSPL.
• Before you flash, make sure your HD2 has at least 50% battery power.
• Before you flash, make sure you have taken backup of all your important data(s) on your HD2 include contacts, tasks, messages, emails and etc.
• Before you flash, make sure you have disabled screen saver, power saving and the like on your PC.
• Before you flash, make sure your PC has battery backup provided for safety propose. At least for 15 mins.
• Before you flash, close all the running softwares on your PC. Soft reboot the PC is recommended before flashing.
• While flashing, DO NOT start another process.
• While flashing, DO NOT minimize the RUU window. Let it stay in the foreground.
• While flashing, DO NOT interact or use your HD2, unless instructed to do so.
• While flashing, DO NOT remove the USB sync cable from PDA, unless instructed to do so.
• UC Compatible is already supported in all the ROM upgrades. Click here for more info.
• After flashing and booting successfully, make a soft reboot. Hard reboot is recommended.
• On the first boot, start menu may take some time to open. Please give it some time before to start using your HD2. It should be fine on 2nd boot and so on.
• Before you flash any radio versions, make sure they are fully supported to your device. Radios are more likely to brick devices if not compatible.
• This ROM upgrade doesn’t include radio aka GSM, IPL, SPL or etc. except OS and splash screen.

1. Create following folders on your storage card
• XDA_UC
• XDA_UC\Manual
• XDA_UC\Copy2Root
• XDA_UC\Run
• XDA_UC\Execute
“XDA_UC” is a place for all .cab, .reg, .mscr, .cer files that should be automatically installed to device.
“Manual” is a place for all cab files you want install in usual "visible" mode with all questions.
“Copy2Root” is a place for all files and folders that should be automatically copied to device.
“Run” is a place for you self-extracting archives.
“Execute” is a place for you self-extracting archives if you want to continue customization while them working.
2. Run XDA_UC_NET and press customize button*.
*Make sure XDA_UC in Storage Card is selected as XDA_UC folder before you run the customizations.

Robotic sound ( In incoming voice and music ).
Reason - Its the Android releases/builds fault, At least in my ROMs.
Solution - Using Mdeejay FroYo HD, I don't have any Robotic sound or voice. If you do, please try different Android releases/builds.
Follow the instruction written on the Android release to successfully install and run on your device.

yes CRACING you making roms for this phone makes it a much better experience so its worth it
although i got hooked on android, there r things about windows that i havent been able to do on android so it would be cool to be able to switch back between both.

I'm willing to release my ROM asap but one of issue is giving me more headache.
OOBE, its the one replaces welcome.exe on first boot. After it finishes, it just sucks until startmenu button is pressed. I can remove this app and the ROM works fine but OOBE is nice so trying hard to make it work since yesterday non stop.
May be I will tomorrow. Have to debug with my ROM and stock and check what is causing it.

I'm glad that I was able to fix OOBE ending issue, no matter it took 3 days to solve.
I think the ROM is more beta then a beta, of course its my first release but as best I can, I have tested and found to be stable and bugless.

I have tried all Opera builds but not one of them seems stable enough to support flash!
In V7 I've used latest Opera build 15316 as cab so I leave it up to you what you do with it.
One thing do, because of the latest Esmertec Jbed Opera is improved a lot!
Internet Explorer 6 is stable and support's flash, Youtube movies play excelent in it smooth and clear!

After many test I came to the conclusion that not one Opera build is stable enough to use flash.
I have used the latest Opera in V5 and it's uninstallable so it's up to you what you do with it.

A warning before you flash this rom!
You must flash HardSPL first to be able to flash this rom!

An alternative is USPL, it doesn't change your original SPL!

Tips about flashing the rom:
Best is to have your device fully charged
Switch off your device by holding the Power button untill a menu popsup.
Go to bootloader by holding Volume down + Power button at the same time.
Connect your device to your PC
Start BlackStoneCustomRUU.exe and follow the onscreen instruction's.
An alternative is to flash your device from storage card:
Rename RUU_Signed.nbh to BLACIMG.NBH and copy it to your Storage card
Follow the above steps to go in bootloader
A messages will popup, push power button to start flashing or Volume down to cancel
After it's done a new message popsup, softreset your device.
Aldo I have tested this rom many time's and it's currently running on my device I don't take any responsability incase something goes wrong with your device!

Love your work, Laurentius. Have used your ROMs many times. I'm curious about the 8mb pagepool. Do you think it might be the optimal size? I'm currently playing around with my own ROM, and have set my pagepool at 16mb. Seems to be quite responsive, but if it's excessive, I should change it. In Canada, I'm on Rogers, which supports Caller Name Display. It will show who is calling, even if they are not in your contacts list. I've replaced the rilphone.dll from the Rogers Diamond ROM and it is working, which is why I'm trying to cook my own ROM, but I'm having trouble with my packages, they seem to install, but I don't have any shortcuts in my Program directory. Do I need to do anything special when I create a package from a cab?? Thanks for any help I can get.

@Dann, I dont think he will be tweaking the radio for that. Its going to take alot more than that. Trust me im dieing for 850/1900 UMTS bands to be enabled. It MIGHT be able to be done by using the radio out of a usa Touch Diamond....

over at x1. i used to do roms in three varient
TR: manila 2.1 + customized titanium
LEO: manila 2.1 + non- customized titanium as it takes up ram n CPU
RHODIO (or XPERIO for x1): just titanim with only the nice apps from HTC
EDIT: ill edit the posts from page 1 when roms are ready .

my signature is not correct. i am using radio 4.49.25.05 at the moment. the 2.5 i was using before i flashed your version, my location was working. it was the same 2.5.19193431 TF3D build. it does not work over active sync either.

For the girls & guys who would like to try Android with HD2, I have found a nice one, that works fine with Elegancia Roms.
The two following Android builds for HD2 runs like a charm with Elegancia Roms.
I wonder if there is even one bug the battery last a day, which is not bad for HD2 Android. And most important voice is clear, and those builds do not screw up the Windows Phone

Device is not responsive/hanging frequently follow these steps*:
Step #1:
1. Connect your device to PC in disk mode.
2. Delete the folders "Appdata", "MSMETADATA" & search for files named "HTCIndex.info" and delete them all.
3. Scan SD card with default tool in windows.
IF step 1 is not working out then continue to step#2,
Step #2 :
Backup the files in memory card & then try formatting the SD card in "FAT32" format with "DEFAULT ALLOCATION SIZE" only.
IF step#1 & Step#2 are not working out then continue to step#3,
Step #3:
1. Try MTTY and then flash the recommended OFFICIAL radio for TMOUS HD2.
2. Flash the custom (elegancia) ROM now.
3. Hardreset after flashing.
Note:
Always try to remove the memory card & SIM or atleast the memory card while flashing.
Insert the memory card after you customize your device.

Usually Miri disables the My Location in all his ROMs. Hit menu either from the Home or Weather Tab and select Enable My Location and it should work fine.
Loving this rom, been running all day and no soft resets or freeze up or lock ups! Question tho, everytime i go past the media player it loads all the music again, the media player doesn't cache the songs?

Djdant, I don't have this problem.
Try the following, format the SD card, and add again after formatting all your Music back.

I just loaded this ROM. Looks nice, like the ebooks tab and the more elegant presentation. A couple of things I've noticed so far are that the slider in the lock screen sometimes freezes and won't allow access until the phone is turned off and I try again and also the program icons on the home screen disappear randomly and re-appear after a while.
I was using this rom yesterday, however, it did not allow me to check email. I always got the "error synchronization - click on settings tab". No matter what I would do it refused to synchronize.
I did not have this problem with the stock rom, or other few roms.
Anyone else have similar problems?
My TMOUS HD2 will arrive tomorrow and I think this will be the first new ROM I flash onto it. I do have a question about the system font though. Is it possible for me to change back to the HTC font? If I can do that and change the clock, I think I have a winner!

this is the 4th rom i've tried on my phone and so far the best out of all. basttery-wise, am still at 53% after a few hours, a few emails and a few text messages and at least an hour of phone calls. installed it with 64% battery.
I cannot find gMaps and IM on the Miri ROM. Any way I can add it?

User Customization
Use SDCONFIG.TXT (optional) on STORAGE CARD for User Customization.
If you direct to a CAB or TSK file on the STORAGE CARD, make sure it is available and read only (with Total Commander), otherwise it will be deleted after installation. If a CAB or TSK file isn't available, you will receive an error message and flashing will not complete.
To complete after this error, reflash without a SD card. After flashing you can insert the SD card again.
Only CAB files with a silent installation (no user input needed or messages to display with a keypress) are suitable for SDCONFIG.TXT.

UC_NET: User Customization whenever you like to run.
Make an UC_NET folder on your storage card. Make folders 1, 2, 3, ...
Copy CAB, XML, etc in the folders.

"XDA_UC" is a place for all .cab, .reg, .mscr, .cer files that should be automatically installed to device.

"Run" is a place for you self-extracting archives.
"Execute" is a place for you self-extracting archives if you want to continue customization while them working.

Manila Language
In the folder Language Files you can find cabs for requested languages.
Only the Manila language in the ROM will change.
Use a CHT versions for a CHT2.0-ROM (Orange_xxxx_Manila_CHT.cab).
Use a normal versions for a Manila-ROM (Orange_xxxx_Manila.cab).
Install and restart (Manila).

Tried 0.12. Very quick, tried 0.16, backlight settings not working. I dont know is that only by me or not. Wish there are one nice lock phone app integrated in rom, with button on home screen, so we dont need to push power button. When possible for lock screen is better to push button on the one and then on the other place of the screen to unlock, so we dont scratching the display. Very nice job. (sorry for bad Eng) See ya

I have noticed a bug (i think) my operator works in 3G mode and in 2G when is in roaming.. the phone stay in 2g mode and sometimes it lose signal, go on 3G and after a couple of second relose signal and return to 2G.. so practically it stay always on 2g (edge)..
ps: i have selected in band "auto"

LockScreen.exe in the add-onn toggle folder gives you a home screen link to lock the phone. I'll cook it in the ROM.
3G Works very good with my provider. Can anybody confirm it's not working?

If you can check it please.. after this problem (for me) i have switch back to swift edge rom and no problem.. if we can adjust this rom i think will be the definitive rom for our touch hd.. minimal,light very fast for me need to add only the htc dialer, office and maybe htc volume and notification.. only this.. i'm waiting for next release htc0017

Yeah ,just in time now i download 0.17 ,which i assume that will do fix that backlight problem from previous version 0.16 .

I have a "full version" listed in the to do list on the first page. Office is already included, but I think you miss powerpoint and onenote?

Yes also powerpoint and onenote.. i hope the "full version" is nearly like as this (for me is not needed a "full version" :laugh: ), because in my opinion this rom is great, only add the htc dialer (and maybe volume and notification, but not essential).. i in this way this rom still be light and have all is very usefull, and we will have a unique and definitive rom for our HD
Full version is ready for download. Try if it is still as usefull as the light one. I can always remove packages if you want.
Medium version is ready for download. See 1st post for details.
Light version:
I made a package from the HTC Dialer and stored it in the Add-on folder, but it is not easy to install.
1 Kill process CPROG with Taskmanager in the TOOLS startmenu folder.
2 Install the WM65X-Dialer3.5.cab.
3 Remove USB cable + Battery for a couple of seconds.
4 Start the phone.

I have flashed the 0.18 Full and i'm testing it.. in rom i see is included htc messaging that is heavy for our device, i prefer the wm one (faster and easier).. for me is better to esclude it :laugh:
