Teksoft FingerTouch v1.0 - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III Themes and Apps

Hi all,
I came across this software today and got a keygen for it too. Seems good.
http://www.teksoftco.com/index.php?section=fingertouch&tab=download
Maybe u peeps can try it out and comment ahead.
[Mod Edit - KeyGen Removed, WAREZ Not Allowed]

ehm? maybe mods should do something with this kind of posts

not worth pirating tho.. suck.

well......the attachment wasnt a good idea, but......the app works pretty well tho!

TouchPal from cootek is a better choice. It is free download before Dec 8, 2007.

Software Keyboard (seems fast)
Hi Guys,
I've just got a newsletter with a link to an interesting keyboard.
There are two version there, looking very similar, one's free, and the other is the PRO version and seems to do more. The link was:
http://www.fingertouchpro.com/
The guy in the video seems to type really fast with it, I was thinking that it would run well on my Axim's large screen. I'll let you know my first impressions after I install it.
Cheers!

Zoomboard from Vito
.....Regarding software keyboards / SIP.....
Have you tried Zoomboard from Vito Technologies.

Althought not free it IS the BEST software SIP for both style and options.
It is from Vito and I am buying it next as its on my wish list.I've been playing with it on a friends tilt. It allows for a zoom to be digitally created above the keyboard in various styles to show which key is pressed. Has to be seen to be understood when compared to similar keyboards like various others.
The BEST part about ZoomBoard is that it allows for CUT..COPY.....PASTE from within the keypad like the same as a conventional windows keyboard. I tried similar ones such as ones which try to emulate the Apple iphones sip and they were "pretty" and pleasing on the eye, but none can touch the Zoomboard for polish, quality and function.
Regards
Nick

PS, on another note, has anyone seen the new Holographic Text messaging as recently developed for the iPhone.
It would be great if it comes to the Kaiser / Tilt. Looks great. See the demo video HERE
What will they think of next (WINK!!)
Nick

LOL...is this a joke?

FFF (DRMWY) Style Keyboard?

I just started playing with FFF. Very friendly . Even though I have a keyboard on my Kaiser, I'd love to have an FFF-style keyboard for the screen. I know there have been requests to the author of FFF, but I'm wondering if anyone has seen something close to this concept in a keyboard.
Thanks in advance.

HTC Touch Keyboard + Keypad probably the closest. See Latest Cabs thread.

I looked at that. Lots of issues... Maybe a future version.
Thanks for your reply.
Same here, the HTC keyboard/keypad was looking great, but still far from perfectly usable.
So I keep PocketCM as my preferred one :

The keys look too small for my stubby fingers. That's the beauty of FFF; I can use it!
Have you tried TouchPal?
-Bob-
I had a Vodafone branded Universal for a few days, and it had a T9 / FFF ish keyboard plugin. It was awesome but I never did work out what it was.
If we could get that cab file, I think it would satisfy a lot of people's needs.
Joe
Go to www.cootek.com. It's free until 8th December and it's probably what you're looking for.
It's free... But very limited... (to QWERTY ie.)
The concept seems interesting, but with no intl support it's a full stop for me.
Of all the SIP's I have tried so far, Cootek's TouchPal in my opinion is the most Impressive and efficient so far. You need a bit of practice though.
In fact over time I find that I am relying less and less on the built in mechanical slide out keyboard of my TyTn II.
Just my opinion

Different iPhone keyboard

I was looking through different ROM posts and noticed a screen shot of an iPhone-like keyboard. when i googled "iphone windows mobile keyboard" it came up with a different one. Does anyone know which one this one is?

Go to www.vitotechnology.com, and check the the Zoom Board.
Those screen caps are from Dutty's WM6.1 Hybrid ROM. You can find it with the following link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=380991
Cheers.
Thanks for the replies. I already installed PocketCM but that wasn't exactly the one I was looking for although it is a pretty nice one. Could the one in the screenshot possibly be a skin or something for PCM?
Update: I did a little research and that is PCM but it looks like Dutty maybe did some editing of the keyboard.
Although can't see in the screen shot but do give Cootek's TouchPal a try.
Just my personal opinion after trying quite a few such as Pocket CM and Zoomboard I still find the TouchPal the best by far. But again my personal opinion and try it yourself.
the one in the picture is defo PCM keyboard, its the one i have installed.
It has an iphone skin on it called "iphone 12".
try searching for that.
hope this helps!

Thinking of buying Palm Treo Pro

hi,
Kaiser has been a disaster. I am tired of flashing Roms every other day.
Thinking of buying Treo Pro. I guess its got almost same specs as kaiser.
I just need to know if its being manufactured by those Taiwanese cheaters/Frauds. I don't want to use HTC Hardwares.
What about Imate do they manufacture their own phones?
Any info will help me make my life more simpler.
Tough luck man! Treo Pro is also manufactured by HTC!!!!!
See this - http://www.palminfocenter.com/news/9656/palm-treo-pro-review/
Anyway what is wrong with your Kaiser (or HTC)?? My Kaiser works perfectly fine
Indeed, I don't know what's wrong with the Kaiser. Some people flash repeatedly because they can't live without it and need their fix, but that's in no way necessary... I tried one custom ROM, liked it, and never flashed again in 6 months, and my device works just as I'd expect it to. Period...
HTC happens to make a fair amount of Windows Mobile hardware out there out the market. Sorry to tell you that? Their hardware is actually superb, its the software implementation that you're complaining about(and which I can sympathize to a degree with you). The Android is coming out on T-Mobile relatively soon. You might take a look at that. HTC made still, but the software should be MUCH nicer than Windows Mobile.
I need hardware as good as Nokia

I have go myself a Treo Pro. I also grew tired of the kaiser issues;
Camera
Video
Keyboard
GPS (on 6.1)
If anyone would like me to compare the two in specific tests, let me know soon before this Tilt is sold.

Your Fuze is VGA, those files are for qvga, they won't work. You would have to get VGA files.
.... ok well where would i get those files?
Take a look in the Athena part of XDA Developers! There's a RealVGA CAB for HTC Home and may be for the Cube?
hey ryan00793:
A couple of months ago i found a "vga" htc home and it worked better than the one you have but still only occupies only 1/4 of the screen. It is too small to work without the stylus
Too bad because i like this plugin.

Landscape for Sense 2.5

Hi all,
I'm creating a landscape like tp1 landscape & like i did on kaiser!
I just want to know, for you, your favorite application(basics ones) in landscape like message, mail, opera....
tell me...
Can I please get a freaking Opera button!?
I love TF3D, but I hate that push internet sucks, and disabling leaves you basically useless movements and buttons on your main page. Opera is my most commonly used app besides messaging.
Other than that, file explorer, and all the regulars.
yeah opera is already in but i can create only 6 or 8 shortcut... let me know!
Explorer, messenging,Opera, phone thats all I have on my side. I still cherish Kaiser days.

Thank god somebodies stepping up and taking this one head on! big ups for doing this. Seems like no easy feat.
Anything thats already included on 2.5! i like the footprints and twitter tabs. i think those should stay. but it's up to you, in the end.
I'm on it...

I have always said if someone could use the code for the quick links and put that in a landscape mode this would be the best. i do know they have been able to change it from 9 to 16 or 20 so not sure how hard it would be to make this into landscape.
ideally we should be able to select our own icons
Whats most important for me is Home screen, email then sms.
just so im clear.. this isnt on an individual tab basis? its only like a programs list, but in landscape..?
This will be great - might make Manilla 2.5 usable on the Pro2!
I like the links you've got - Wifi is good, only change I'd have personally is OneNote instead of Word (as it syncs easily with my PC), but I guess many would prefer word!
Keep up the good work - looking forward to release
