I have reach HD V1.5 already and decide to take a quick break as I love my HD alot and I promised my mises I wouldnt be doing so much flashing this year.

HD V1.1 is a stable Stock Build 5.2.20764.1.43 which only needs the Facebook Upload fix on my site.

HD V1.2 is the same Stable Stock Build but with Microsoft Voice Command enabled which also needs the Facebook upload fix.

FAQ: Unable to watch Flash Movies in Opera Browser
Solution: Go to my Website and download the Opera Flash support cab in the HD ADD ON CABS Folder. Please read and follow instructions on how to install successful.
FAQ: Unable to choose all the official ringtones, alarm tones, album samples.
Solution: Download all the cabs here at my site at duttythroy.net and look in the HD ADD ON CABS Folder.
FAQ: I have no Jetcet Print, RSS hub, Worldcard Mobile and Google Maps installed.
Solution: Download all the cabs here at my site at duttythroy.net and look in the HD ADD ON CABS Folder.
FAQ: I am having poor signal reception, battery or bad GPS signal.
Solution: You can flash standalone HD Radio which are extracted from Official ROMs and test to see which ones work better for you. Radio Upgrades can be downloaded from my Site.
FAQ: I want to disable Threaded SMS.
Solution: Use Text Messaging application in settings to disable and soft reset.
FAQ: I cannot soft reset my Touch HD.
Solution: You can either use the Reset Manager in my ROMs found in applications folder or you can do it manually by removing the battery cover and use stylus to insert in the Reset hole.
FAQ: I Hard Reset my Touch HD.
Solution: With the device turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then briefly press the POWER button.
Continue pressing the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons until you see this message on the screen:
Release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.
FAQ: I want to disable screen turning off during calls.
Solution: Install the Dutty’s disable sleep in call cab located in my HD ADD ON CABS
FOLDER.
FAQ: I want to keep updated with newer version of Opera.
Solution: I will update Opera with a single Cab which will just upgrade to the new version which will also be found on my site.
FAQ: How to do a Rom Upgrade with SD Card..
Solution:
1.Copy BLACIMG.NBH into the root dir of your Storage Card.
2. Be sure to have at least 30% of charge.
3. Turn off your device by using the Power Button
4. Go to bootloader mode. Push and hold Vol Down + press Power button.
5. As soon as presented the message, push Power button to start flashing or Volume Down button to cancel.
6. The whole procedure will take about 3 minutes. After you finish and see the relative message, soft reset your device, you are ready.
FAQ: What are CVSD and MSVC.
Solution: CVSD is Cyberon Voice Speed Dial which is mostly the default voice application in most shipped ROMs. MSVC is Microsoft Voice Command which is an advance voice application from MS.

copy *.dll in \Windows using Total Commander or similar
install hologram
it should be slow because of d3d drivers from htc (which doesn't activated 3d acceleration)
install ati drivers
test it again (no need to reboot )

I’d like to ask you if there is any solution how to set as default - the SIP input to different keyboard (Resco, SPB, ...) after soft reset, permanently.
Utilities as the SKTools or the SIPChange don’t work – after reset, the system input “Keyboard” is back again and I must revert to Resco/SPB manually.
Would it be possible to unlock keyboard registry in your ROM version?
On HTC Diamond it was not problem but on the HD it is.
Users with different languages would appreciate it.

This problem might be a good example of solution for what we use and like these custom ROMs!

How to install?: Copy the Extendir folder found in download to the root of your storage card. Flash the ROM as usual, then go to Applications folder in Start Menu and select Preset Installer. When Preset Installer comes up you can click next and install the programs or utilities you want by checking the boxes for each program. Then Click next and then install. A box with a bold check will install automatically to Device, if it has a faded check this means you will be prompted for install location. This is needed for programs that require user confirmation like FingerKeyboard and No HTC Messaging Fix. Manila is Partially loaded in ROM and Most installed post flash with Preset Installer. m6 color icons are only for 21xxx builds ONLY If you install Manila modifications that overwrite any manila files they will not be uninstallable. If you want them to be uninstallable install them to Extendir\WinDir\Manila\Manila Folder that contains the file you want to replace. Don't let device go to sleep during install!!. Device will reboot after installation. You can remove any of the programs as needed from the Remove programs in System. I have made many new .cab files with shortcuts to my Start Menu folders structure. So if you try to use these cabs on another ROM it likely will not work.
If you install LIA_Flipit by Wildberry, you will need to remove the following Reg Keys to make it work. And it works well.
HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCSensor\GSensor
AutoRotation = 1 (Delete This key)
HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCSensor\GSensor\
ModuleName (Delete This Key)
WhiteList (Delete This Key)
Then Soft Reset, you can then configure which apps you want to rotate from the Configuration settings in Flipit.

On second boot the connection setup will run. Again be patient as it might start a few seconds after manila today screen is displayed.
What is the New Extendir? It is a file aliasing program that stores some of Windows Program files in a different directory and or on the Storage card.
This allows for a ROM to be built with fewer Files in windows and thus better performance.
Preset Installer is a Visual UC Interface which allows you to add your Cabs and customizations after Flash. It is not installed in the ROM but you can install it and the device is already compatible. See this Thread for More Info:

Rhodium Phone Canvass or dialer contact button will not work without manila installed
To Update My Location in Weather you have to have WiFi turned on.
It does not need to have a connection, just be on.
On music Tab in Manila,
Music player is slow to recognize the library the first time
When installing the Fix for HTC messaging cab in Preset installer
Select the check box with a gray check mark so you can be prompted during install
If you experience strange behavior try without storage card.
I had to reformat mine. It was the cause of some of my problems

Working really well so far, been using it just over an hour.
Using around 46% memory on fresh boot. Gets higher as you run more progs/apps but seems to drop down really well again. Running around 51% after 45 mins. Good selection of apps included in the rom.
The messaging app seems to auto start, changes both bottom soft keys too.

First of all let me congratulate you on this AMAZING ROM. It is very fast, smooth and stable. Nice background too.
I have tested the following features in your ROM:
Camera: Really good and by far the best performance I have seen in low light as well.
Email / Sync with Exchange 2007: Perfect. No problems there.
YouTube: Awesome. I could even play YouTube videos smoothly while I am on EDGE.
Topaz Dialer: This is the ONLY ROM that I have seen where the Topaz or HTC dialer worked perfectly. In the other 6.5 ROMs I saw a conflict between the HTC and the WM6.5 dialers. The WM dialer pops up for a brief sec before the HTC one comes up. In your ROM I did not see that happen. Even the most experienced chefs could not do this. You should highlight this on your release notes. Even when the screen is locked, the Topaz dialer works flawlessly.
Opera: No issues there what so ever.
Google Maps: Perfectly working.
WiFi / Bluetooth: No problems there as well.
Windows Media Player: No issues
Pictures and Videos: Perfect
CorePlayer: Working properly (I know it does not come with your ROM but I have it and I use it for videos).
CSVD: I know this also not part of your ROM, but I installed the cab and it works with NO issues. I prefer this over the MSVC.
Now the Issues I found on your ROM:
Music Player: I had problems paying music from my storage card. It was breaking up. This was fixed as soon as I installed SD Tuneup. So you might want to include this in your ROM.
HTC Album: It freezes a bit..
Calculator: I know the new HTC calculator is not included. But the WM 6.5 one SUX big time. For the release, you can probably include IPC Black Calculator. I installed the cab and it worked perfectly. I would definitely suggest this instead of the stock Cal.
Last but not least... I think you should clearly mention the SPL version as well for your ROM. I know you did say it works with HSPL and USPL. But here is the thing, I have USPL 1.54 since I installed Dutty's 2.7. Though I was able to flash it without any issues and everything works fine... But there is an issue with the screen after a soft reset. I get wearied colors. But this will go away when I press the power button and close the screen and bring it right back up by pressing the power button again.
So I think you should probably say that HSPL and USPL v1.14 or something.
I really liked the way you have integrated the Topaz apps within the ROM. They are launch and work as if they are part of WM6.5 Great work.
I dont know how I was able to do it, but the Titanium theme rotated in Landscape mode once (i was not able to do it again). But when it did, I loved the way there were an extra set of icons when I press start. Like you have 4 in potrait, mode... I got 5 in Landscape. I was not able to get it back to Potriate mode. Had to do a SR.
On a personal pref... I cannot use a ROM with out Manila, 'Coz I need to have Favorites for people. Unfortunately in 6.5 I dont have that (Unless I am missing something).
So waiting for your Topaz Manila version.
I do not use GPS or Nav, so I cannot comment on that.
Once again... GREAT JOB. To be honest... Acutally I loved yours compared to any other 6.5 ROMs out there. You have made sure that you resolved most of the issues raised by many members in other ROMs.

Very fast and stable until now.
- Ndrive (Portuguese Navigation Software), works perfectly;
- Coreplayer with excellent performance;
- Pictures and Video, works perfectly too
I will continue to do some more tests to this Rom, but until now 5*****

DUTTY'S WM6.5 R5 Turbo SPB Benchmarks
SAFEST WAY TO FLASH YOUR ROM IS THROUGH STORAGE CARD METHOD ALSO WITH USPL:
Copy BLACIMG.NBH into the root dir of your Storage Card.
Be sure to have at least 30% of charge.
Turn off your device by using the Power Button.
Go to Boot loader mode. Push and hold Vol. Down + press Power button.
Be sure that Device is connected to PC first before inputting the Storage card
Input Storage card when you see USB displaying on screen.
Now run USPL.
If all instruction is followed device will start upgrading through Storage Card.
Always ensure that you run USPL before flashing any rom when using USPL method.
ALTERNATIVE WAY OF FLASHING YOUR ROM WITH RUU.exe
Extract Rom download Folder.
Be sure to have at least 50% of charge.
Turn off your device by using the Power Button
Go to Boot loader mode. Push and hold Vol. Down + press Power button.
Connect your device to PC
Run BlackStoneCustomRuu.exe and follow the screen instructions.
TESTING THE ROM FOR PERFORMANCE
For users who has issues with the Rom, just try this, I have been using the rom for awhile and havent some of these issues, I will try and collect the bug reports unless someone else ca ndo for me.
Recommendations to trying the Rom.
Flash the rom
Hard reset/clear storage
DO NOT INSTALL ANY 3RD PARTY APPS UNTIL TRYING THE ROM FIRST, This is due to anumber of reasons new files drivers etc.
I dont use 3rd part apps or messed with tweaking ,as my rom is fully tweaked as how i use it daily.
After testing the rom and ur happy, INSTALL ONE APP at a time and use it, soft reset and try the device to see if anything strange or any bug as arise.
do this for other apps until u find ur source of the bug

SAFEST WAY TO FLASH YOUR ROM IS THROUGH STORAGE CARD METHOD ALSO WITH USPL:
Copy BLACIMG.NBH into the root dir of your Storage Card.
Be sure to have at least 30% of charge.
Turn off your device by using the Power Button.
Go to Boot loader mode. Push and hold Vol. Down + press Power button.
Be sure that Device is connected to PC first before inputting the Storage card
Input Storage card when you see USB displaying on screen.
Now run USPL.
If all instruction is followed device will start upgrading through Storage Card.
Always ensure that you run USPL before flashing any rom when using USPL method.
ALTERNATIVE WAY OF FLASHING YOUR ROM WITH RUU.exe
Extract Rom download Folder.
Be sure to have at least 50% of charge.
Turn off your device by using the Power Button
Go to Boot loader mode. Push and hold Vol. Down + press Power button.
Connect your device to PC
Run BlackStoneCustomRuu.exe and follow the screen instructions.
TESTING THE ROM FOR PERFORMANCE
For users who has issues with the Rom, just try this, I have been using the rom for awhile and havent some of these issues, I will try and collect the bug reports unless someone else ca ndo for me.
Recommendations to trying the Rom.
Flash the rom
Hard reset/clear storage
DO NOT INSTALL ANY 3RD PARTY APPS UNTIL TRYING THE ROM FIRST, This is due to anumber of reasons new files drivers etc.
I dont use 3rd part apps or messed with tweaking ,as my rom is fully tweaked as how i use it daily.
After testing the rom and ur happy, INSTALL ONE APP at a time and use it, soft reset and try the device to see if anything strange or any bug as arise.
do this for other apps until u find ur source of the bug

My ROMS are designed to be fast, stable & have decent battery life while retaining the OEM look and feel. It is mostly a clean ROM built for you to customize how you like. All ringtones, media files, and other miscellaneous files have been removed to recover storage space and useable memory. Major tweaks have been applied to every part of the ROM.
What's Inside:
All ROMs contain apps & drivers from the Touch Pro2 (Rhodium), Diamond2 (Topaz), Leo and other new devices. Software included in all ROMs are base HTC & Microsoft apps including Java, MP3 Trimmer, MS Office, YouTube, Comm Manager, Streaming Media, Camera and a few other apps.
Most software such as GoogleMaps, Opera, Bing, Facebook, Windows Live and other miscellaneous apps & utilities are not created with the ROMs. They are however include in the Pre Install Pack which you will read more about in the next few posts. I highly suggest you take the time to read about UC and/or other ways to customize your install at the final stage of installation.
AT&T Edition of ROMs are identical to HTC ROMs except the AT&T Edition have Push To Talk, AT&T Tilt2 Dialer and Video Share to allow Video Share calls on AT&T Network. AT&T HotSpot Enabler is included as an add-on.
ITA ROMs will be just as WWE but with Italian language of course.
The ROM was built this way to provide a clean & stable base ROM for you to customize how you like.
ROM Notes
This is a clean stock ROM for now. Compared to AT&T 6.5 ROM I was able to save over 120MB of storage space and lots of program space. No visual customizations have been made yet but plenty of performance tweaks.
No Radio comes with the ROM so use what radio is best for you. Once a HardSPL and unlock are released there will be diferent Radio's for you to try.
DO NOT ASK HOW TO FLASH! Read the forum and find out what we are waiting for. Hint: (HardSPL)
BETA ROM so there will be bugs. Please do not expect perfect ROM yet.
This ROM is built from the latest Official HTC WM 6.5 Test Build for Rhodium Device. Everything in this build is designed for WM6.5 on Rhodium.
Bug version is built with Leo packages and it includes Manila 2.5. It will be buggy and that is why it is called bug version. Please do not make many post about bugs in Bug Version. Search through thread and Bug Post, if you do not find your bug please post about it.
Since this ROM is BETA we will have a few Bugs to squash before Final V1.
This is a clean stock ROM with no visual modifications yet. Only performance Tweaks have been applied. Visual tweaks will come in new ROM and if no bugs are found in this BETA then the visual tweaks can be applied by cab so no need to flash again.
ROM is fully UC compatible. You should read about UC here especially if you are new to flashing. It's a great way to learn how to configure your programs and settings to be restored after a hard reset of fresh install.

The Pre Install Pack contains programs that have been modified so the icons and shortcut locations are placed in the correct folders to keep the theme of the ROM. Download Pre Install Pack, extract SDConfig.txt to the root of your SD card and extract all CAB files to a folder named Cabs on your SD card. If you already have a SDConfig.txt file then you should know how to modify it to use the programs I suggest.
Programs included: ClearTemp, Soft Reset, Advanced Config. Total Commander, SPBScreenshot, G-Config, Facebook, Resco Explorer and Registry Editor (Trial), Opera (From latest AT&T ROM), Bing, GoogleMaps, MS MyPhone Beta, and OZ IM.

All Apps have been modified so the shortcuts are placed in the apporiate folder. For example, Google Maps will show up in Naviation and Opera will show up in Onlie folder. All Apps are lastest version unless noted.

A: It is a known problem with the CustomRUU.exe file. There is no trojan/worm/virus and your AV programs is just giving a fals positive. Search around these boards to confirm the problem.

A: Not everyone uses the same version of those programs so it is up to the user to install what version they like. I have provided links to the latest versions of each in the following posts.

A: Depends on what your use is like. If you are an AT&T user and use video share then get the AT&T edition.

A: No that is why I created the No Manila version.

A: No, this ROM is just for GSM Touch Pro devices.

Just got my Tmobile TP2 today. I cant wait for a new rom! This sucks balls!

Just added some pictures... I am using this ROM as my Raphael and Rhodium base so there will be options to turn on/off Windows Classic interface features and HTC interface features. For example, new HTC Start Men, Windows Classic Start Menu, Notification styles, Program tabs and other enhancements. More to come...lots of other stuff.

All we need is HardSPL now...
So my ROM is all about complete, just figured out my last kitchen bug and everything is in place but for (HardSPL).... The last thing to do is tweak the graphics but they don't really need it which brings me to the question I have.
All of my graphic tweaks like organizing the start menu and replacing icons happen at the very end of flashing during customization via a CAB file. So I was thinking of making the visual tweaks an add-on since I began building my ROMs because I liked them to be bare, fast and stable (sounds like how I like my women too ) and thought many users would like it the same way.
So what would you would be potential users prefer?
I can't take pics yet but either way I go with the visuals it will be sweet and there is no worries about performance as is the case with all of my ROMs

BTW, With my ROM you will be able to select what Manila enhancements you want to run. You can go with the Windows 6.5 Start menu, the HTC Start Menu or use your own front end with my No Manila version. You can also switch between the style of notifications and otehr enhancements.

Yes since I began modifying ROMs I always made a version with no manila so users can use SPB or something else they may prefer.

A: Follow these steps:
Go to Start - Settings - Connections - Connections
Go to the right tab, click on Select Networks
In the drop down menu (first one), select T-Mobile MMS, and then Edit or whatever the button is below.
Click Edit again, leave the network name as is, and then change the access point name to: wap.voicestream.com
Finish that, and then in that drop down menu from step 3 or whatever, reselect T-Mobile Data. Then close out, and send MMS's.

How to improve battery life
- If you do not use 3G, goto Start\Settings\Personnal\Phone click on the Band tab an change your network type to "GSM".
- If you do not use Bluetooth, goto Start\Settings\Connectionsl\Beam and disable "Receive all incoming beams".
- Make sure that on Wi-Fi Settings the Power Save Mode is set to "Best Battery"
How to recover some RAM
-Goto Start\Tools\cleanRAM Config choose Level 3 and hit "Clean Now"

A: Just download the cab above for your native Language, copy it to your TP2, install it on device and reset, after that you can delete the Cab.
Q. Can I uninstall the Language Pack?
A: Yes, goto system settings and remove it, reset device and this makes it reverse to WWE.

A: Sorry, I pick the Manila Lang files somewhere in this forum and I am not sure that all Langs are 100% well translated, and as you can imagine I dont speak that many Languages.
Q: Will this work on Manila 2.0 or 2.5?
A: I have no idea, but I think the answer is NO.
Q: I Found the full language pack for all languages, why not install everything?
A: The full pack of manila files can be installed with no problem, but will create on your device windows folder more or less 500 files (7 Mb), and this will make your device slow. If you install your native single Cab this will copy only 36 files (300K)
Q: What about WM 6.5, is it translated too?
A: NO, this is only for Manila Sense 2.1, WM 6.5 stays in WWE.

Opera Problem
Rom looks great. Love the color scheme and icons. However, Opera will not launch. I get the "HTC Loading..." splash image, then it disappears, and nothing. Tried running from Internet tab and OperaL.exe directly, same result. I tried hard reset, no help either. Opera 10 beta seems to launch just fine. I'm using an AT&T branded (Tilt2).

Try to install opera 9.7 found here. I have cooked this Rom with Opera 9.5 and it seems to be issues when running 9.5 and Opera 10 at the same time.

Rom is running smoothly so far. Fast and stable. Only one problem though beside the opera issue. I can not log in to facebook through account manager. Does anyone else having the same probel?

Opera: Install Opera 9.7 (2 posts back)
Facebook: Try to Login from your contact card at Manila Settings Tab, it works with me.

Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, I have already tackled opera issue. As for facebook, yes it works greart through the contact card, but the account manager avails the option to view facebook contacts' albums through the album tab in Manila and this is the part that is not functioning properly.

Can the Taskbar Theme be uninstalled and will it revert to default Windows Mobile Taskbar? Or do you have to install another taskbar?

Yes it can be unistalled just goto Settings Tab -> Application -> Remove Programs and than remove gfreek V6 test 1 Brians Taskbar.
Soft reset to revert to default taskbar.

I have had quite a few issues with this ROM so far. 1) During installation of some files (Flexilis and My Phone update), the phone froze and would not complete the installation. I soft reset, after about 15 minutes then it would not boot up again. 2) I just downloaded some files from e-mail, then the HTC Sense would not start up. My home screen displayed "Press here to start HTC Sense". I pressed and nothing happened. I then soft reset, and it hard reset the device. Now it's at the setup again with all the files I installed, removed. 3) Installed the keyboard fix and soft reset, then it would not start up and got stuck at HTC Touch Pro 2 screen. This was on the AT&T Tilt 2. This all was after a 2nd flash, with no issues, and hard reset after the flash. Going back to v1.5 until another update.

Sorry about that but it is strange as I flash it a couple of times during trial tests with no problems. Did you try to flash it from SD Card?
Anyway, is there anyone with the same problem?
I flashed to some other ROMs just looking around, then flashed back to v2. I don't have the same issues as before. The only thing now, I was going to the menu and it showed a double blurred view of the icons. Soft reset and it was fine and hasn't done it since. It hasn't reset on me again, or froze up; so I'll keep testing it and see what happens.
i have tested version 2 from the first and it looks very good...like the facebook integration in album so i can upload photos directly.great!!!=)
I love the rom but i get constant freezes. Usually on the txt screen and youtube ( must reset constantly)
